Being that I live so close the convenience is great. The quality of the coffee is better than a lot of espresso stands around, so even if I wasn't close by I'd go out of my way. The coffee/espresso roast is a well balanced roast. Not bitter or burnt, but nice and strong at the same time. Also, they make a great mocha. I was worried these would be too sweet but it actually was perfectly sweet and the flavors balanced out really well. The flavors are unique, I just wish there was more ice, which I will ask for next time. I saw they had ube crepes, but when we went they didn't have it and onto had ube croffles, so I decided to try that. We also wanted to try the chicken melt crepe. I really enjoyed the croffle, it had a delicious chocolate flavor but wish it had more ube flavor as it was very faint. The chicken melt crepe was okay, but not my favorite. I feel the lemon didn't match, and it was inconsistently seasoned. Some parts were extremely salty, while others were not salted at all. It was nice to try but I'd try something else next time. Overall I would return again, but I'd try a different crepe and hoping they have ube crepes next time I visit.

I absolutely love the concept of Kitty Cantina--it's such a great way to combine a café with a cat adoption center. The food was incredible--seriously, a 10 out of 10--so I highly recommend visiting just for that. They also have a drive-through option where a lot of people bring furry friend to get a treat. The kittens do cost $200, which is good to know upfront. That said, the adoption process is very slow. Because it's off-season (winter) they have limited cats, and the website wasn't very functional. They open their books for a reservations the week of and they book up pretty fast. They do have walk-in visits Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for around $5, it's four people at a time and it's first come first serve for those visits. Same-day adoptions aren't possible; you need an appointment. If you're looking to adopt quickly, I'd suggest trying somewhere else--like Petsmart, where we found a beautiful kitten and adopted the same day. The process was seamless and so easy. Still, I'll definitely be back for the food and to support them with donations--just be prepared for a longer adoption timeline.
