The…read morefried rice is honestly some of the best around -- it's always flavorful and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous without being overwhelming, which makes it even more enjoyable. We also love the almond chicken and the lo-main noodles -- both are always delicious and consistently good. Another thing I really appreciate is that when we order to go, the food is always packaged well and never spills out of the containers. and I prefer the box instead of the back so that comes really handy. The restaurant is always clean and well put together, which makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great portions, and a welcoming place we definitely recommend! Great job guys... :)

The broccoli beef was $18 before tax. The takeout order came with a light broth egg, pea soup and rice. The egg pea soup was good, light and fragrant. The rice was somehow bland and old. The broccoli beef was disappointing in every way! As the name implies, the dish should have beef and broccoli only. This dish came with everything, mushrooms, carrots, onions, beef and broccoli. The seasoning was bland and watered down, from the extra veggies. The portion for $18 and less broccoli and beef was depressing. The bowl was the same size as my small hand. The mango green tea was fair. I wasn't asked about my sugar preference. The tea was sweet, but still good. The boba was chewy and slightly sweet, super happy it wasn't tasteless and firm. I wouldn't come back for broccoli beef. I might come back to try something else. The prices were high for the quality and portions.

Revel 77 Coffee - Raspberry scone Pour Over--Rose Garden Gesha

The kind of place you don't rush through... you settle into. Took the barista's recommendation--and yeah... she nailed it. That Rose Garden Gesha? First inhale hit like strawberry shortcake--sweet, inviting, almost addictive. Then the sip... strawberry comes alive, and just when you think you've got it figured out, that papaya slides in on the finish smooth and effortless. That's a confident cup right there. And then the pairing stepped in... That raspberry scone didn't just sit on the plate--it played its role. The tartness sharpened the fruit in the coffee, the sweetness softened the edges... and together? Ridiculous. Every bite pulled you back to the cup. Every sip sent you back to the scone. That's not chance. That's intention. Between the coffee, the pairing, and the atmosphere, this was one of those moments you wish you had more time for... Because one round? Nah... this deserved two.

Rocket Bakery - Lemon tart.... Soo good!!

I quickly did some research and found Rocket Bakery was just 5 mins away from where we were. We pulled into the tiny parking and luckily there was 1 spot left. When we walked in, it was more of a coffee shop than a bakery I had envisioned. However, they had a small area of baked goods and a glass window of cakes/pie and ready-made food. I didn't recall being greeted either. Vibe was kinda off, not the cool vibing coffee shop feel. After looking at everything, the only pie option they had was a Rhubarb Custard, which I went ahead and ordered a slice. I also got a slice of the Blueberry Cheesecake Tart, and a berry scone. My friend got a slice of the Lemon Tart and a chocolate chip cookie. The young employee helping us was really nice, but I think she felt overwhelmed by the line of people started to form. Towards the end of putting our order together, another employee came to help. I also felt we were kinda rushed out of there. So much so, that after we were handed our food, out the door, and almost to the car-- an employee came running out with a box in her hand. She forgot to give us one of our slices. The berry scone was pretty good. It was dense, moist, and cooked perfectly. I was excited to try the rhubarb custard pie, but unfortunately it fell short for me. The rhubarb wasn't tart at all, giving it a real subtle taste. Possibly could have used too much sugar to cut the tartness. The custard and crust part wasn't bad. I could taste the nutmeg and cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. The blueberry cheesecake tart had great flavor. It wasn't too cheesy nor sugary. Preferably, I wished it had a bit more blueberry topping. The crust was interesting--it was good and I think it had nuts, oatmeal, and coconut mixed into it. My friend said his lemon tart was really good but that the winner was the chocolate chip cookie. He said it was on the softer side and filled with mini sweet chocolate chips that he really enjoyed. For now, I'll continue my quest in search of yummy pies in CDA and Spokane.

I got a raspberry mocha, which is a baseline drink for me that I get at all new cafes. It was delicious! The coffee shot was prefect and it was sweet enough for me. Also got the berry scone, which has lemon frosting on it. DIVINE! I don't think I could try anything else; I'd want this scone every time I stop by. The tables are assorted in size but I never saw an employee in that area to wipe them down. It also was crazy warm in there. Even after taking my coat off I couldn't stay long in the heat. The employees were very nice and conversational. You can see why it's been around for so long.

Shortly after I placed my initial review, someone who doesn't live in the area posted how they didn't understand the "other reviews" (I was the only one at the time) because they come in all the time and the place is great. Yeah. They come in all the time. From the other side of Washington State. Hmmm, yeah, not a fake reviewer who probably are person friends of the business owner at all. Totally legit. Response from the business owner themselves elsewhere was flippant and sarcastic. And completely ignored my suggestion that as a place that sells food, they should focus on selling food that actually tastes good. I know, I am weird, I happen to like food that is prepared well and tastes good. I imagine this bistro is going to have the same bad luck as the last three ideas that didn't last very long here.
