I recently visited New Love Coffee, referred by Canopy, and it exceeded all expectations. Maddie, our delightful guide, was knowledgeable about their extensive selection of coffees, teas, and savory treats. The Matcha latte, featuring Revival Tea Company's matcha, was a standout, perfectly complemented by the soothing flavors of honey and vanilla. The Bean & Pie offerings, especially the chicken and tater tot quiche, were a delicious addition to the experience. I appreciated their commitment to quality, using Holy Kakow organic syrups and locally sourced ingredients from Oregon. The welcoming atmosphere, adorned with beautiful paintings, coupled with lovely music, made for a memorable visit. Maddie's exceptional customer service and engaging conversation made me feel right at home. I highly recommend New Love Coffee for a delightful and refreshing escape. They have 3 locations Kendall Yards, Liberty Lake, and on Francis.

I stumbled upon this shop while I was out with my friends one rainy afternoon. The staff greeted us with such kindness and offered to help with the menu if we needed. It was fun and bright inside, but not overwhelmingly so. There were a lot of spots to work from or just relax with a coffee. My drink was delicious and I even went back the next day because I couldn't stop thinking about it. Although I think it's nice they don't charge for alternative milks, their price point it on the higher end so it's not like you're saving money. Nevertheless the coffee, service and atmosphere is great.

There is a small space to sit that is primarily within the business, but plenty of room in the shared space if you are looking for a place to extend your visit. I asked the barista some questions and noticed that he was meticulously measuring coffee grounds by weight and tamping with precision. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. This establishment serves only beverages (as far as I could tell) but they are made with care and skill. Highly recommend.

#1 coffee in Spokane FOR SURE. I mean that so seriously. In…read morethe past two years I have tried several well recommended spokane cafes that were all great, tasty, and slightly more expensive than I would like. Hatch beaker + burr transcends all of these. I never expected that I would find one of the best lattes I've ever tasted in Spokane of all places after being a Portland/Seattle coffee elitist. The seasonal dulce de leche iced latte was so strong in the best way and brought me back to life with how flavorful it was. Seven dollars even and worth every penny. You can see in the attached photos that I really tried to get every drop of the drink. It was so good that I got another latte to go (cardamom), also so so good. Everything else: cute space with lots of plants and two tables (but other seating available in the commons), barista who is clearly very knowledgeable about every part of the coffee and actually likes making the drinks. Really nice service and you get updated on your drink even when it's busy which is nice, I've never had that in other cafes. I really can't reiterate how amazing this coffee was. Must try if you have not, and if you have you definitely already know.

Also, my toast came already with melted butter which was a nice touch (can't believe some places still don't butter their toast, but I get that some ppl would prefer they not do that). The waiter staff are excellent. They will start a conversation with you if you engage. Very friendly. Even the cook-I was sitting at the bar-asked me how my meal was sitting. I told him-well, I did not actually say it-but I should have told him the hash browns were to die for! If I had just a tiny complaint, I would mention to fry up the browns a little crispier. (That's just me). I always order the chicken fried steak with eggs. Perfection. The correct temperature when served. And, they keep filling your coffee mug until you are wired and need to take a hike to burn off the energy! Anyway, you drink as much or as little as you want. Any time I'm hungry for breakfast food, I think of this place. Throwback decor, real waitresses, and energetic cooks. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, people are waiting to get in. But you won't wait long. But if you do, it will be worth it.

I also ordered a rose vanilla bouquet decaf latte. Let me tell you.. That sandwich was fantastic! Hot, huge, and melty. I was so dang impressed with the flavors and the size, it was filling!
