It was very delicious but I will say the milk was luke warm and not very hot for a hot latte, next time I would ask for it extra hot. I also got the Logan latte, iced. It comes with oat milk which is nice. The flavors went very well together and it was delicious. It was a little sweet so I recommend getting it half sweet next time. Overall it's a nice spot with decent prices and pretty good coffee. I'll return again when in the area.

They gave us time to read the menu and decide what we wanted. We got three coffees and three sandwiches to go. They came out pretty fast and were AMAZING! I got the seasonal brown sugar latte and the breakfast croissant sandwich. The latte was super tasty and the sandwich was even better. I was able to eat it while driving and it wasn't too messy. The spread on it was absolutely delicious! My friends both loved their drinks and sandwiches too. The cafe is super clean and easy to find. There's plenty of street parking. I only saw stairs to the front door but there may have been a ramp on the other side, I'm not sure. The bathroom is pretty clean and is gender neutral which we all appreciated. All in all this little cafe is lovely! If I'm ever in Spokane again I will make sure to stop by and support them.

There is a small space to sit that is primarily within the business, but plenty of room in the shared space if you are looking for a place to extend your visit. I asked the barista some questions and noticed that he was meticulously measuring coffee grounds by weight and tamping with precision. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day. This establishment serves only beverages (as far as I could tell) but they are made with care and skill. Highly recommend.

Hatch beaker + burr transcends all of these. I never expected that I would find one of the best lattes I've ever tasted in Spokane of all places after being a Portland/Seattle coffee elitist. The seasonal dulce de leche iced latte was so strong in the best way and brought me back to life with how flavorful it was. Seven dollars even and worth every penny. You can see in the attached photos that I really tried to get every drop of the drink. It was so good that I got another latte to go (cardamom), also so so good. Everything else: cute space with lots of plants and two tables (but other seating available in the commons), barista who is clearly very knowledgeable about every part of the coffee and actually likes making the drinks. There are also warm food options to order. The staff was friendly and upbeat and answered my questions about the baked goods and food. I selected the ginger crinkle and was not disappointed.
