The entrance way is nice with a patio equipped with several tables and umbrella shade. The Starbucks model is usually very modern as this one was no different. The aroma of fresh coffee beans were evident and welcoming. The normal muffin, oversized brownies, cake lollipops and poundcake offerings. Oddly, no espresso was listed on the wall menu which was confirmed by the barista, so I had to go with the hot coffee (maybe an Ethiopian blend) but not as strong as an espresso. I'm really not into the commercialized Starbucks intended experience and always try to find nostalgic cafes instead. I took the coffee to go and sipped it while driving. I come to this Starbucks location every Sunday morning and the service and attitudes that these baristas have gets worst every visit. To be spending the kind of money Starbucks charge and disrespected because you've walked in and been standing in line with no one ever addressing you. Then when I asked if they're only taking drive through orders only and this barista got very nasty attitude and said we short staff and I have to wait in the rudest tone ever. Love this location. The baristas here are always sweet, and will chat with you at the window or at the counter while you wait. I've never had an issue with my drinks here - they always pay close attention to whatever comes in on the ticket and they make them the way they should be made (no half-frozen drinks or forgotten toppings or unmixed syrup at the bottom). They always ask if they're unsure about something, instead of assuming. This location has a decent amount of seating too, so it's not bad if you want to camp out or get some work done. I haven't had as many issues with things selling out here either, so it seems like they do a good job managing their stock. If I had any feedback at all, it would be for management of the store. I've seen the poor staff here get absolutely inundated during busy hours between the drive-thru and the indoor line. While the staff manage to keep things moving fast and clean, management really should do more to support them and make sure they've got enough hands behind the counter. That being said, this is easily the best location in the area, and one that I go out of my way for instead of visiting closer stores. read more

I would give this place 0 stars, but since I can't, I'll use my words. The Starbucks suite is unsuitable for customers to consume the food and beverages as the vents are FILLED with dust. I have severe asthma and I coughed uncontrollably while there. Not only that, I have witnessed one of the managers being super disrespectful with several of the baristas, and I truly believe that it is undeniably unprofessional. Great ambiance for a Starbucks cafe with plenty of seating! Easy to park at and the drive thru is large. Extremely clean and organized as well. Our drinks were great, but service was extremely slow. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink, at the 20 minute mark I had to ask if it was going to be made. They were mostly nice about it and had it ready within a few minutes. Many guests received their orders before me after ordering in line after me. They made half of my order within 8 minutes. Quality wise our drinks were great! I stopped by this Starbucks on what was possibly Starbucks day in a very long time: the AWS outage day, making app orders impossible, which I'm sure lead to grumpy people. I drove through to get my dad's coffee. The problem was, I don't drink coffee so that's never my Starbucks order. I don't know what the equivalent of a Colombian roast would be. I messed up the order and had to ask. When I got to the pay window, I had already paid when I apologized for not knowing what to order and told the sweet cashier that my dad was in the hospital and needed his coffee (he is very confused but know he loves his coffee!). Despite having what I'm sure was a tough day, she said wait, I've got you and immediately cancelled the charge, gifting the coffee. It was only $4.00 but it might as well have been $100. It was just such a small but big act of compassion. I didn't catch her name but she had a bright, beautiful, flamingo oink bob haircut. I went to this starbucks and ordered an iced caramel machioto. i was served in a smal cup suited for about beverage and I wasn't even ordered a straw. Adding to that, the cashier kept reminding about the tip option. The drink didn't even taste good. I've had that before and i was given in a regular cup for cold beverages and was given the option for whipped cream or not. At this location I wasn't! The cup was filled with ice and very little drink in it. I will not be back! All the caramel was stuck To the side of the cup and not blended into the drink so it tasted sugarless. This is one of the newest Starbucks, my first time here and its awesome, lots of parking, lots of seating tables, Both indoor and outdoor. I came here on a Saturday afternoon, the staff is pretty friendly and nice. High ceiling and open space makes you feel like you are in a modern cafe and not in Starbucks. I ordered a cold brew and loved, this was my first cold brew I've tried and I deff recommend it, especially if the weather is hot and you need something to cool you off. Their pastry shelves are pretty clean, everything in this place looks nice ofcourse because its new. They also have lounge like chairs that looks really comfortable and cozy. That was very good as well except they don't have any vegan toppings to go with it. In a world with ever growing dietary options, you would think the biggest of corporations would try to accommodate us too and not just the people who are will to ingest 700 calories in one cup of coffee. I pass by Starbucks and turn my nose up like so many that think they are taking over the world and the coffee doesn't have a smooth taste. Well, there are times I stop by to sample their new brews. Today I ordered a Blended Cacao Cold Brew, Grande with and extra shot of espresso and a banana for extra protean. Today I give credit where credit is due. I paid extra for extra and don't mind paying. However, they were out of bananas as told by my barrister. He offered his that he brought from home. I declined, and got a shot of almond instead. On my way out I told asked the cashier about the banana delivery. She said I charged you and please take this gift card for the next time your here. Sweet! This is when I realize, these young people has honed their craft and give excellent service. Some go to college, or support a family. But lately, the afternoon crew (on weekends) often takes the wrong order and looks at me like I made the wrong order. Completely disappointed. Also, I usually order my drinks with heavy cream, but don't expect the whole drink to be made with heavy cream. It happens when I order both hot and cold drinks.
