Wow!!! I buy a drink here at least 2-3 time a week! I was walking around the parking lot getting some exercise and came in and ask for a cup of ice water! Didn't bring my wallet along. Just really need a cup of water to drink. I ask for one and the cashier told me I had to buy something. I told her I didn't today. But I did yesterday. Would you like to see a receipt. Drive through is convenient and the store is nice but the baristas miss the mark 30-50% of the time. Cannot make a proper cappuccino - comes out heavy and milky like a latte. I go for convenience but end up having to redo poorly made drinks. This location used to be one of the better ones. Not lately. Review update: store has not improved in any way since my original review. The wait is very long for drinks whether in line in drive through or inside (and I order from the app, drive over and still often wait). For several months I had to come to this particular Starbucks almost everyday as my wife was convinced that something in the iced tall lite decaf latte settled her stomach when she was pregnant (Yes, I assure you that we asked the doctor several times if this was OK - if you look at the caffeine information on the Starbucks website it is far below the allowable limit per day). The baristas here are extremely friendly. They get to know you pretty quickly. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I can't comment on the drive thru as I dislike them (l like being able to watch my drink/order being made) so take my review with a grain of salt if drive thru is what you're looking for. Also when I review a place I review it in comparison to similar places if there are similar- so this Starbucks is relative to other Starbucks. That said- Starbucks is dang convenient, and I am a shameless Gold Card holder that uses the rewards program to my advantage. Plenty of seating, couch chairs when you simply want to relax, ambiance music (however played a little louder than the usual Starbucks volume), and my order was correct. The only downside with the order was that it was not made in a timely manner and I saw people that came in after me with larger orders being served first. This is probably the lone drive thru visits I will do at Starbucks, but it seems like every time, more specifically this whole area, that people have a hard time ordering from drive thru. It's not too difficult but with a baby in the back seat, drive thru is a nice thing to have for coffee. This whole area neglects coffee drive through, as the Dunkin' on 441 and Johnson is always out the door. I cannot stress drive thru orders are slow in this area, and I hate to relate it to education but it's definitely a trend in this area. Overall, coffee is good, but I'd avoid due to slow drive thru times. read more

Placed an online order over 15 mins before arriving. Order was not even started when I arrived at this location. The place was empty, I was the only customer inside at my arrival. Asked the barista if they could prepare my order for me. They made the drinks but only finished one of them. I waited another 5 minutes before finally asking if they could finish making the second drink. The response from one barista to the other was, "the second one is there is just needs the milk and powder added to it." Mind you, I'm still the only customer in the place. The milk and powder was then added to the second coffee, was never stirred or mixed and therefore I had a big clump of vanilla bean powder sitting on the top of the coffee. Very poor experience.
