Delicious kosher dairy which means good coffee and melted cheese, my favorite foods. Ordered a Ziva which I have never eaten before and it was so good with the puréed tomatos. Everything was perfect. Most people sat outside on the patio, but I like air conditioning. There were plenty of servers to fill my water and my coffee. I do not usually spend $40 for lunch, but it was worth it today. I will definitely return and try other dishes, like the mushroom pizza.

Man! This hidden gem is super great! The outside seating is covered from the environment and the fans keep the area very cool. They also have inside seating. The food was great and very Kosher! They are certified! Our service was amazing! Our waiter is the cutest and sweetest person. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back and they have plenty vegan options!

Grabbed lunch here for the first time on a Monday afternoon and can honestly say it exceeded expectations. Service was great, and the food was excellent. The menu is easy to follow and gives you lots of healthy options. Plus, I thought the decor and atmosphere/seating area was nice and relaxing. Music was also great too. Hoping to visit again in the future.

Long but worth reading review - had a horrible experience today - let's begin with be prepared to pay a service fee and tip, which is already included in the check without you being advised or it being posted on their menu or anywhere else in the restaurant ((or was it added to our bill because they thought we weren't going to pay a tip)) The food was great, fresh ingredients - no complaints! When it comes to their customer service, there's a lot to be said about feeling welcomed in a restaurant where your skin complexion is more melanin (darker) than those who are sitting around you maybe because the restaurant is Israeli .... we are a family of diverse backgrounds and love to eat different foods, today was possibly the worst experience ever. Never would have I imagined the waiter would have questioned if we could pay a $2.00 fee for a change in our sides from salad to French fries. Well, guess what he did! He took our order, when we asked for fries instead of salad, he turned the little handheld and said it's $2.00 more and showed me the screen and looked at me and was waiting for a reply as I was sipping my coke! I shock my head yes, and he asked again and he didn't move on until I verbalized the words "ok, that's fine." Our food came out very fast before we were done with our burrata appetizer ... oh, here's a kicker, we ordered the burrata, the platter came out and I had to wave our waiter down for small plates because where and how were we suppose to eat it, on our hands?!?!? We never saw our waiter after the request for the small plates, he was around but didn't even bother to check in once the food came out, nor did he bring the check it's as if he was bothered with our presence! The ambiance seemed to be welcoming just not for us, we paid $90 for a meal where the staff clearly didn't want to be bothered by us - we were 3/4's of the way done with our sandwiches when someone came to ask if everything was ok, we asked for a side of spicy mayo and finished what we had left. We sat outside, the restaurant wasn't full at all, one table inside, one table outside was finishing up - another family of 5 sat down and a large table of 8 - more than enough staff working and hanging out inside so no excuse for us being ignored. I have lived in Hollywood for 40 years, proud Latina, often go to the Grove market in the same plaza and our dog's vet is in the same plaza, today we were looking for laid back, chill vibes and I have to say the entire experience gave me indigestion. When you have a restaurant in a diverse community be prepared to accept people of all races and backgrounds just because you're in "Emerald Hills" doesn't mean you aren't a part of Hollywood! Ok

Such a great find in this shopping center! Extensive menu with so many delicious and amazing option. It was so hard to choose! We started with crispy rice, which was just phenomenal. Decently sized pieces and jam packed with flavor! For my meal I ordered the salmon zen bowl. Although it was pricey, it was a large serving with SO much flavor! Overall, the food here was absolutely outrageously good but I will say be prepared for a pricey meal. Also, a 20% tip is automatically included so something to keep in mind. Worth checking out!

Stopped in for a bite and coffee at breakfast. I chose the mushroom and cheese sandwich with a cappuccino. Beautiful presentation of the coffee, and the sesame toasted bagel the sandwich came on was super fresh and perfectly crunchy yet chewy!!! Very tasty.

Parents tend to bring. Food for the staff at times and today was this place. Usually I don't go for food like this . But I thought why not at least try it . It was on a. Sesame bread with some kind of meat ,cheese and olives it had so much flavors im not an olive eater but I didn't want to take anything of the sandwich off and it wasn't that bad of a taste . I would love to try more things one day here.

Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, or dessert, head on over to Grand Cafe where there is literally something for everyone! Their menu is completely kosher and PACKED with all the options you could possibly imagine!! Plus, they have delicious lattes (with pretty latte art) and mimosas!! ⁣ ⁣ Here were some of my faves:⁣ ⁣ - Crispy Fried Cheese: can you ever go wrong with that?! - Wild Mushroom Truffle Jerusalem Bagel: this was probably my most favorite thing I ate! Loved the flavor combo! - Batata Extravaganza: a salad topped with sweet potato fries?! I'm in! - Creme Brûlée: yum! - Chocolate Soufflé : it's a must!! The staff and owner are all incredibly kind and accommodating! I definitely recommend checking this place out, especially if you are on a vegetarian, pescatarian, or kosher diet! Endless options! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

We came with the family during the first half of the day and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant specializes in Uzbek and Russian cuisine and is located in a beautiful spot by the lake. There is plenty of parking, and one of the highlights is the outdoor terrace overlooking the water. The view is peaceful and makes for a very relaxing meal. I also loved the entrance design. There's a large decorative mirror surrounded by flowers, and the restaurant's logo is reflected in it. It's a thoughtful detail that immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes a great photo spot. The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite, and service was fast. Our food arrived surprisingly quickly. I ordered a cappuccino, two khachapuri, and accidentally ordered Kharcho soup when I actually meant to order Solyanka. Thankfully, the Kharcho turned out to be delicious, so no regrets! My husband ordered a steak, while the kids were happy with chicken nuggets and fries from the kids' menu. For dessert, I finally got to try the Pavlova that I had seen on their Instagram page, and it did not disappoint. I've also heard that they host live entertainment and performances on weekends, which makes me want to come back and experience the restaurant in the evening. Overall, we left very satisfied and had a lovely family lunch. Thank you, Aida, for welcoming us so warmly. This review is a little overdue, but the visit was memorable and definitely worth sharing.

I did get up & dance for a bit- but there wasn't much room for the dance floor. I would consider going back for lunch when it's quiet & order off their menu. I did get the shrimp kabob & hubby got lamb kabob. Both very good. Obviously, too full for dessert.

Just to give you a rundown, start with Khachapuri for the whole table to share. This is just a boat-shaped bread filled with melted cheese, butter, and make sure you get it with the egg options. Tear the crust, mix the center together, and use the rest of the bread to dip inside the mix For main plate, you should try Khinkali, which is a dumpling stuffed with meat and broth. I also recommend Ozhakhuri if you want so thing simpler, which is a mix of pork, potatoes, and other vegetables and seasoning So Askaneli is a large restaurant, and at the time I went had a nice and private ambiance. The server was good and let us sample Georgian wines. And the food was obviously great. So if you are looking to try something different, I'd say go to Askaneli and try good Georgian cuisine for yourself

When we arrived and walked through the front door, the restaurant was completely empty... No host, no staff, no one in sight. We waited around for about 15 minutes before deciding to walk around the property, where we eventually found a side entrance near the bar with two employees. When we told them we were there to dine, they seemed genuinely shocked by the size of our group, despite the fact that we reminded them we had a reservation. We were then asked to wait another 15 minutes while they prepared a table. During this time, the air conditioning inside was not on, which is unacceptable given this is South Florida and the heat can be relentless. We ended up asking to sit outside, which was surprisingly cooler. Once seated, we immediately noticed bird droppings on the floor and on a wall/pillar just inches away from our table. It was very off-putting and confusing why this wasn't cleaned, especially since the outdoor area is clearly meant for guests. Service continued to be disorganized. After sitting for several minutes, we were finally asked if we wanted anything to drink, and we requested water. Immediately after that, we were asked what we wanted to order for dinner -- before we even had time to look at the menu. It felt rushed and poorly timed. When the food began coming out, it arrived in random spurts rather than together. Half of our group received their meals and started eating, while the other half waited over 20 minutes. At one point, more of our food was brought out -- but instead of being served to us, it was left sitting on the bar nearby for about 15 minutes. We had to ask three separate times if that food was ours, get ignored, then FINALLY be told, "Oh yeah, sorry, we'll serve you now." By that point, the food had been sitting out, exposed, and had gone cold. Not to mention we were already outside so I'm sure some flies were on and around the food. The server attempted to give us the food and we told him it was cold. He then said he would "warm it up". We had to explicitly ask for fresh plates, which should never have been necessary. By the time the replacements arrived, the rest of the party had already been waiting 30+ minutes after others had finished eating. The entire experience just felt chaotic. There was obviously a noticeable inconsistency in service. A table next to us appeared to be receiving extremely attentive service, while our table struggled to get even basic needs met. I think they may have been Georgian so they got special treatment. One of the particularly frustrating issues was water -- all of us were drinking water, and not once were our glasses refilled until the very end, when they were completely empty and we were visibly thirsty. Even then, we had to ask for more water!! Because this was a birthday celebration, we had originally planned on getting dessert, but given everything that had happened, we decided to just ask for the check. Getting our check took an additional 20+ minutes to arrive. To add to the confusion, another staff member repeatedly brought food to our table that none of us had ordered, forcing our server to redirect him to the correct tables. It seemed like nobody was trained?? With all that said, the food and drinks themselves were very good overall and tasted unique compared to standard offerings in the area. Our waitress was also very kind, and it was clear she was overwhelmed and likely did not have enough support to properly manage everything. The location is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, with fantastic views of the surrounding buildings and nearby water in Fort Lauderdale. Unfortunately, the lack of organization, cleanliness, and basic service overshadowed what could have been a great experience. I really am rooting for them and hoping they can get it together because it has potential.
