However, there were a couple of minor issues during our visit. It was a very busy evening, so I understand that the staff was working hard to accommodate a full restaurant. We did wait a little over an hour for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived, our entrées were brought out only a couple of minutes later. Additionally, I have a mushroom allergy, and some mushrooms were accidentally mixed in with the grilled onions on top of my steak. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. As soon as management became aware of the cross-contamination issue, they immediately stepped in, took it seriously, and worked quickly to correct it. Their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. While no restaurant is perfect, great service is often measured by how challenges are handled, and Wolf Steakhouse's management team did an excellent job making things right. Grumpy's seems to have something going on almost every night. Open Mike night on Wednesdays hosted by my friend Peggy Silvestri. Some kind of poker night. Other musical entertainment. Very fun. I've honestly never had a bad experience here and I've been a loyal customer since '18. The Dania Pointe location is relatively new and I love that they have complimentary valet bc parking is horrible due to all the other stores and restaurants. This location is always clean, smells good and welcoming.
