Chicken Potstickers
Wendy S.

Went for my sisters birthday and shared appetizers and a bottle of wine. We like to go around 4:30 -5:30 before it gets too crazy. We love the staff and the Assistant GM and GM. They are all great and responsive to the massive amounts of people that are always there! Overall, the food never changes and can be boring and heavy. But we have found several appetizers that we love and always enjoy our time there. Favorites are : Thai lettuce wraps _ $20.99 - Sweet Chili-Crisp Glazed Chicken, Asian Cabbage Slaw, Pineapple, Crunchy Wontons, Bibb Lettuce; Sesame-Sriracha Aioli, Peanut, and Cashew Sauces . These are very flavorful and crispy. Cashew sauce is amazing! Chicken Potstickers - $17.99 - Sweet and Spicy Mustard, Ginger Soy Sauce. Come on an Asian slaw that is delicious. Always perfectly cooked and has a great flavor. Over the Border Egg Rolls - $20.99 - House-Made with Southwest Chicken, Corn, Black Beans, Cilantro, and Cheese; Tomatillo Salsa, Cilantro Ranch, and Cashew Dipping Sauces. These are delicious! Perfectly lightly fried, wonderful flavor with chicken and beans and cheese. The Cilantro ranch and Cashew dipping sauces are the best!

Pretzel bread, shaved prime rib sliders, Caprese flatbread

I came with a friend for a wine tasting and we ended up staying for happy hour. My friend is part of the Cooper Hawk's Wine Club and one of the perks is a monthly free wine tasting for two. I got to try all new wines, which was a great experience. It's so awesome to be able to taste wine before buying it. After our wine tasting we decided to have some light bites and drinks since their happy hour was going on. I had a couple of Cosmopolitans which were perfectly made and I really enjoyed them. For food we had the shaved prime rib sliders (2 per order) and the Caprese flatbread. They served us their delicious pretzel bread as well. Service was wonderful, can't say enough good things about it. Very attentive without being overbearing.

The best waitress ever! Ask for her, her name is Paola

We decided to come back to Cooper's Hawk, and once again, it was the best decision ever! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by our wonderful waitress, Paola. She was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. We asked for help choosing a wine, and her recommendation was spot on -- I ended up loving it so much I ordered a bottle! It's always nice when someone truly knows what they're talking about and helps elevate the experience. For food, we ordered the bruschetta, wedge salad, tortilla soup, Dane's Parmesan-crusted chicken, and Elle's chicken piccata. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every dish came out perfectly prepared and fresh. I highly recommend coming here, and if you do, ask for Paola. You won't be disappointed!

SMOKED BRISKET HASH; just ok.

Good experience with some dishes better than others. It's an open and spacious restaurant with wine being the star attraction though none in our party drink. Food was average to good with standouts being the Applewood Smoked Bacon Pizza and Smoked Salmon Toast. Service was great. Prices are comparable for this style of restaurant with both inside/outside seating with easy access via large parking lot outside. Overall good experience to try though doubt will return anytime soon.

Have been ordering with them to-go instead of dining in for the last couple of weeks due to an injury. To say the least, this has been a complete horrific turn around from my experiences this past 6 years since I've been going there. The rudeness of the hostesses, the service, the food, and even playing phone tag with a manager, having orders canceled on us, being on hold for 10 + minutes with zero response. Coopers is canceled for us... so is our membership. When we can get someone on the phone of course lol.

Cooper's Hawk is still one of our staples at Dania Pointe and we'll definitely be back. This time I ordered the double burger and it was really good, super juicy, well seasoned, flavorful, and definitely filling. The fries were the only letdown for me. They looked and tasted more like basic fast food fries, almost like something I'd get at a fast food chain, and I was expecting something a little more premium here. Service was great as usual though, which always helps, and overall it was still a solid meal.

Continuing our exploration of as many Coopers Hawks as we can get to. We were cruising the next day so we came down to Lauderdale the night before just to try this one. Pretty busy for a Thursday but we got to the bar for a tasting pretty quick. As with other CHs it was really nice with great service. Food is always good with everything cooked as we like. Vide is upscale but casual. CH never disappoints.

My first time at Coopers Hawk! The area surrounding it is amazing (especially if staying at the nearby Marriott or AC Hotel. Very cool vibe. The wine selection is amazing! You. An also ask for samples. Brandon our waiter was GREAT! Gave some fantastic suggestions for wines and food!! The food was delicious-I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my husband had the Sausage and Chicken Rigatoni. The chocolate cake for dessert was AMAZING! Food arrived hot and flavorful. The bread is like a pretzel but sweeter and SO TASTY! Cooper Hawk Red with e was lovely-a mixture or Cab and Merlot. Highly recommend this gem! It's busy but not super noisy and we were able to get in on a Saturday night with no reservations (we did go earlier though) Will be back!!!!

Classic Tomato Bruschetta

Best dining experience ever. Eva is amazing. Seriously, immaculate service. We came here on a busy Friday the day before valentines and she just did not miss a beat! She made our celebration just that much better! Started off with a wine recommendation that we tried, and loved. We ordered a bottle of that. The bruschetta was so good and creamy, it just melts in your mouth. The skirt steak was to die for. I cannot wait to go back. I would ordering the same exact items again. This is definitely a classy little date night spot. Highly recommend.

I went to brunch at Cooper's Hawk Winery with friends and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the atmosphere. I liked that they offered both a dedicated brunch menu and the full menu, which gave us a lot of options. I started with a fun boozy iced coffee, basically an espresso martini in disguise, and it was delicious. For my meal, I chose the Parmesan-crusted chicken from the "Lite" menu. It came with a creamy tomato-style sauce, was under 600 calories, and the portion was so generous it could easily be shared. Our table ordered a few appetizers to share: the Tex-Mex inspired egg rolls which were a big hit, the chicken dumplings/potstickers which were my personal favorite, and the drunken shrimp which had great flavor with a nice kick. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Service was excellent, super friendly, and patient with our larger group. Overall, I left feeling very impressed. Dania Pointe itself is also a cute spot with a nice mix of restaurants and shops, so it made for a fun outing all around. Would definitely come back again.

Thai Lettuce Wraps
Rachel P.

Solid experience! But the waitress, Edith, really made our experience exceptional! She was soooo helpful. And the nicest part was when she knew we split our burger and had to pre split for us. It was so nice!! App was very filling. I would get the Thai lettuce wrap for a main, tbh. The burger was good! I loved the French onion sauce. I got the strawberry Moscow mule. Came in a non mule cup. That was kinda confusing lol. Would come back. But it's a chain spot. So nothing extraordinary!

Classic Tomato Bruschetta

I came here for their wine tasting almond wine 10/10 At this point I need to add this to my subscription list, their vibe gave r&b this evening. I shared the classic tomato bruschetta platter and chose the Dana's dinner meal. The services were quick, accommodating and warm. I can't wait to come for a girls night for some wine tasting.

I finally got the chance to check them out one afternoon when I was in the area. Brewlihan Mead is a 1,700-square-foot mead house and tasting room owned by John and Stacey Hoolihan. John had a background in science education and started out brewing as a hobby. What turned into a passion became a business. Brewlihan Mead is the first commercial meadery in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Mead, sometimes called honey wine is an alcoholic beverage made from three ingredients: fermented honey, water and yeast. It is the first alcoholic beverage consumed by mankind and is believed to predate wine by nearly three thousand years. Since the taste of honey can vary by region, mead can have a diverse and complex flavor profile. To make the mead at Brewlihan, the water, yeast and honey is placed in fermentation tanks with fruit and then aged in oak barrels for 2 to 5 months. You can take your mead to go in cans or they have a nice bar inside the tap room where you can enjoy your drink. I took my mead home and while I enjoyed all of it, my favorite was Winter in So Fla which truly evoked the tropical feel of a winter in Florida. Mead is a great alone or as a pairing to a meal. If you are a mead enthusiast they have memberships for $300 with a host of benefits listed on their website. Whether a casual or refined drinker of mead, you are sure to find something unique and delicious here. John and Stacy are so warm and friendly and this is the kind of science I really enjoy.

Like I mean in $80 plus a bottle and being told that the wine I'm tasting has a nose of blackberry with undertone hints of peach; none of which I have ever been able to truly discern. So it was a joy for me to stop by The Simple Wine shop where I was given the opportunity to try several not to be found elsewhere wines and also to purchase a couple of bottles for myself. The Simple Wine had wines I've never seen before and a few I've never even heard of previously. So, I became completely fascinated in trying these new flavors and tastes as well as some that were familiar. The selection of Italian wines was amazing as they mostly came from small craft vineyards as in the type that would only supply a few select restaurants, but because of their limited capacity, not something like the big box wine chains such as Total Wines. Having spent considerable time in in the smaller country like regions of Italy, I quickly learned that I never had to purchase a bottle of wine as any restaurant house wines were the equal if not superior to any I'd find in a retail bottle. The secret behind it was that these restaurants were supplied by the small craft like vineyards. So finding out that I can now obtain these regional Italian wines from smaller craft vineyards is a real delight and a big money saver too as most of his prices seemed to have run between $15 to $25 dollars.

For our mains, I ordered the Cilantro Ranch Chicken Sandwich -- Tillamook Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smashed Avocado, Cilantro Ranch, and Seasoned Mayo -- but asked to swap the chicken for grilled mahi. The kitchen handled the substitution without a hitch, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered from the gluten-free menu and had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon with Wasabi-Buttered Mashed Potatoes and Asian Slaw, which she raved about. What really stood out was how well Cooper's Hawk accommodates dietary needs without making it feel like an afterthought.
