This was a super light, refreshing and tasty start as the waiter Melanie torched it for us table side with the option to cook it as much as we liked. I was surprised to see Crispy Steak Chicharrón on the menu as most places usually only serve pork, we definitely had to order that as my Muslim partner never experienced Chicharrón. The dish was considered shareable which I can say was nicely filling for us as it included fresh guacamole and yucca chips, yum! For the main course, it was hard to decide but we chose the G1-Certified Premium Ribeye with the loaded baked potato. We have gone to many steak houses but this steak truly blew us away and tops them all, we couldn't stop saying "wow" after each bite as it was so favorably juicy. The chef prepared it perfectly as we requested it to be cooked medium which is recommended for the best flavorful experience, we were able to request a sizzling hot skillet on the side in case we wanted to cook the steak a bit more but we were so glad we ordered it the way we did along with the chimichurri to top it off for extra flavor. For desert we went with my all time favorite, churros! I've eaten them from many places, but these are now at the top of the list as they were thick, not overly cooked and not too overloaded with chocolate sauce. The restaurant is located inside a shopping plaza which includes free garage parking and outside dining. Outside was so peacefully romantic as the entire plaza is lit up at night with dimmed relaxing lighting around the palm trees and open spaced area which the kids can run around safely. I highly recommend this restaurant, we will definitely be back soon to try something new even though it's so tempting to go back for the same delicious dishes. So thankful for everyone here making this an unforgettable experience, the positive energy made everything even better.

Despite being here multiple days, staff have repeatedly struggled to pronounce a very simple name -- JILL -- instead calling out "Geo" or "Byron." At one point I didn't even realize they were attempting to call me, and we were passed over. It's a small thing, but after several days, it starts to feel careless. One evening I ordered a cheeseburger -- just cheese, well done. I clearly and politely stated (three times) no onions, no peppers, no pickles. The server didn't write it down. The burger arrived undercooked and bloody, loaded with onions, peppers, and pickles. I had to send it back. That kind of mistake is avoidable with basic attention to detail. Another night, despite the restaurant being half empty, we were told the kitchen was shutting down for an hour because it was backed up and they didn't have enough wait staff. It was a holiday weekend -- one would think staffing would be planned accordingly. As hotel guests, we're somewhat of a captive audience, so that was disappointing. Overall, the breakfast buffet has been the highlight, and when the service is good, it's very good. But the inconsistency, lack of organization, and poor communication have left us frustrated.
