I'd heard a lot about this place in Hollywood, and had driven by it many times, but like they say, don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, it looks small, but once you walk in, it's surprisingly big and beautiful. I would recommend this place for an afternoon lunch, drinks, or appetizers. Even if you only have half an hour, it's a great spot for a quick stop to enjoy the view and atmosphere. I only had the fish dip and cocktails, but both were very tasty. What a perfect spot to enjoy dinner with friends at sunset! We made reservations because there were 5 of us and it was a Sunday evening. The vibe is very clean, beach, chill. The seafood tower for two was $90 and you got a half lobster, a half crab, four oysters, about eight clams, a small cup of poke, a basket of plaintain chips, about 8 shrimp, an assortment of sauces like mignet, drawn butter, and cocktail, and a coconut filled with swordfish ceviche and lots of lime juice. All the cooked then chilled seafood was clearly done in Bay's and perfectly cooked. The poke and ceviche were pretry well done and the quality of the seafood was pretty dang good. This past weekend we had an amazing time for Sunday Brunch at Tiki Tiki. We got there just before noon in order to be the rush. We got a table centrally located as we were a party of six. We also had the good fortune to be served by Andrew an extremely nice young man (he is a keeper) We started by ordering a few libations, and as it was Brunch Bloody Mary's we're a necessity. Came here during the week approximately 5:30pm. Valet parking would be the best option when parking as it only costs $5, otherwise finding parking would be difficult. Happy hour is only at the high tops and bar which is currently until 6:30pm. We didn't know this before we were seated and decided to do the regular menu as there were tons of things worth trying. Immediately I could tell that the experience was going to be a great one as my waitress had such a good positive, fun and playful vibe. This alone makes a huge difference as she was exemplary! We had the spicy mango margarita to start followed by the Tiki Tiki Popcorn, which apparently they are known for. Who would have thought these would go together well? There were calamari and shrimp glazed with sweet chili along with the popcorn. We then followed it with a special they had lobster rigatoni I believe was the name and the flavor was great and there were definitely some lobster chunks in it as well. The seafood platter was another entree we had that also hit the spot. The scallops were my favorite part of the dish but everything was just really good! I will absolutely be back here in the near future. It does get packed by 6:30 or 7pm so definitely try to get there sooner! read more

Our waitress was friendly and knew the menu well. Service moved quickly, which was impressive considering how busy they were. I started with stone crab claws which were incredibly fresh and served ice cold. The mustard sauce was fantastic and paired perfectly with the claws. For my entrée I had the lump crab eggs benedict served with their house potatoes and vegetables. The eggs were cooked perfectly with a runny yolk. The crab was flavorful and the hollandaise was rich and creamy. The English muffin had the ideal toast, firm enough to hold everything but still soft inside. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun with a mix of vintage photos and great music playing in the background. Tiki Tiki is everything you would want from a waterfront brunch spot. The hostess was friendly and the server was polite and quick. We sat outside by the intercoastal and got to admire the sunset - a nice view. I also ordered the Key West Pasta which, unfortunately, was very disappointing. It came with 6 large shrimp on top of a big bed of pasta. All of the shrimp were overcooked and dry. Despite all of the menu options - We kept our selection to known reliables. Smoked fish dip, poke, and the whole fried yellowtail snapper Each dish was solid! The smoked fish dip was served with crudite along with crackers and had a lovely slight heat. The poke bowl was solid (and comparable to those in Hawaii) and the whole fish was done just right. We live in the area and have tried most everything and Tiki Tiki is great. Wonderful food. Great service (thanks Laura(sp?)). Tiki Tiki is owned by the same folks that own GG's and Le Tub. Tiki Tiki is more casual than GG's with less of a "fancy" menu, but just as spendy. Waterfront seating is literally waterfront: there are no barriers between you and a stumble into the intercoastal! We saw a dolphin leaping out of the water. Not just surfacing (common) but leaping! But that's a random thing... The stone crab claws are the same as at GG's (or Billy's for that matter) and "winter" is the best time to get them. It's also oyster season and the James Rivers were delicious. We got the grouper fish-n-chips and it was outstanding and that's from a Catholic fish-on-Friday guy from Wisconsin. The ice cream sandwich for desert was fun! Wine menu was fine but nothing special. 3 Sons Brewing beer (local) was outstanding! If you had to pick GG's or Tiki Tiki or Le Tub, it only depends on your mood. Do you wanna feel a little fancy, maybe throw a blazer on or a business casual evening dress? GG's. If you wanna go a little more casual, but still wear longpants and a nice shirt, maybe a sundress? My family and I had dinner at this location last night and let me tell you the pros and cons of this place. Pros: after being seated, the table we were all placed has a water view which was amazing! At night time and the moon was out displaying at full capacity, beautiful. We shared most of the meals but if you like Brussels sprouts, this place is it! I LOVE tiki tiki. The bar is fun, the restaurant has good service and wonderful food, and the drinks are tasty. They also have a fun happy hour. It is located right on the intercoastal near Dania Beach pier, so it is in the heart of the hollywood beach area. I love the different tiki drinks, and some come in fun cups. The beer menu is average. You really come here for the intercoastal location and beachy feel. It is great at what it does, and a place we bring visitors every time. read more
