There are so many beautiful and flavorful drinks at Starbucks this summer! Did you know the new blue drink even has vitamin B12 in it? What I like about their new menu is with the refreshers you can add extra caffeine a little caffeine or no caffeine at all. Stop and try one of their new drinks. The butterfly drink with the popping Boba is a refreshing delight.. read more

Today I arrived prior to the 4:30am opening and waited patiently. At 4:45 I could finally see employees in the store but the lights were still off. I then called and was told that they would not open for another 30 minutes, they also said there was no manager there. Later in the morning I called to speak to the manager and she did not seem apologetic regarding the late opening and proceeded to hang up on me. read more

It's your average Starbucks. It smells, looks and feels like Starbucks. We stopped here on our way home. The only downside is the parking situation. It can get pretty congested and hectic, at times. Luckily, we were able to grab a spot that was right in front of the door. The parking lot is shared with GameStop and Panda Express. Parking wraps around for Panda Express and there are quite a few shared parking spots across the lot from Starbucks and GameStop. We did not get anything to eat during our stop. The food did look fresh and delicious. Our daughter got a pretty pink drink to go. Linktr.ee/GreenEyedLeo read more

Wow, what an awful experience. I just left this Starbucks and management needs to retrain all of their employees. When I walked in, no one greeted me and the employees continued on with their conversations before finally taking my order. I order a pumpkin cream cold brew and, despite being the only one there, waited for quite a long time because the employees were too wrapped up in their conversation. When my drink is finally called, I'm handed what looks like a regular iced-coffee and the barista seems to try to rush off before I question it. I asked her why my drink doesn't look like what I ordered and she told me that the blender isn't working. I understand things not working, but I feel like I should've been told before she made my drink and handed me something different than what I ordered. It also tastes nothing like the drink I wanted and I nearly choked on the pile of cinnamon that was dumped on top (pictured). All in all, I was very disappointed with the staff here and will not be returning. read more

I've been here before and it was okay then, but my second time here wasn't great. It took way too long to order and way too long to get my drink. I understand staffing shortages, but by the time I got my dragon drink, I was more disappointed. The drink was all separated as if it had been sitting there, which I'm sure it had been, and just tasted off. The coconut milk was not it this time. I think the melted ice being mixed with it for first taste is what threw it off. It wasn't super fresh. I ordered 2 dragon drinks and spent 400 stars on them. $400s worth of spending for bad drinks.... No thanks. read more

I usually come to this location but for the past few weeks service has went down hill. I had ordered a drink and it tasted terrible. Didn't want to complain, asked for them to remake it and the girl making drinks instantly got frustrated when I asked, she re made the drink and it tasted worse then the first one but I didn't say anything and just left. read more

FYI no customer restroom or outdoor seating. We were hoping to bring our dog to the outdoor seating.

First a Starbucks is a Starbucks no matter where you go, so the drinks are 98% the same. The big difference I have found, is the customer service and the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms. The customer service here was very good, they treated us, a group of 6 very well and there was some odd things ordered. The only issue that came up was sadly my drink either didn't get made or someone took it, not sure which. But I walked up and they made me a new drink right then and there. The customer service here made my day. Highly recommend this location. read more

What a great Starbucks! Usually I go through the drive thru, and they got that down to a science, always super quick! The other day, my wifi was down at home, so I decided to come in here and get some work done until it was repaired. I ordered a pumpkin nitro cold brew with sugar free vanilla and it was fantastic. Also had some bacon and gruyere egg bites, they are drool worthy! The employees are just as friendly to everyone inside as they are to you in the drive thru. I sat there for hours and heard them greet almost everyone coming in, "Good morning how are you! Welcome!" The wifi was super fast there too. Its such a great location to focus on your work that they've convinced me to return and work from there some more. Definitely recommend! read more

I love a Starbucks that understands me, understands the words extra! I just let's me know the love is real! Thank you for getting my order exactly right! I do vouch for them and trust them with you order, with friendly service and clean location. You're alright with me. read more

This is the Starbucks that I always go to. I have never had any issues with it. They are very quick and friendly. Drinks: All of the drinks have tried have been so good. My favorites are skinny Carmel macchiato and magon dragonfruit refresher. Pricing: They has decent pricing. Many people say it is overpriced but for the quality I think it is just right. Reward: If you are coffee lover and stop at Starbucks a lot, you should get their rewards program. It is very easy to earn points and there is always opportunities to earn more every week. This Starbucks is good with service and quality. They always have the seasonal drinks. If you need a coffee fix then stop here. read more

Slow but I know they are trying! Between mobile orders and the drive thru be prepared to wait there 20+ minutes unfortunately

Obviously Starbucks is great, in my opinion. Frequent shopper here lol. HOWEVER, this location is so adequately staffed. The building & drive thru line is insufficient. Cars are constantly backed out into the street. It doesn't matter what time you come to this location the line is always asininely long. I've been to other Starbucks where the line can be long but it still moves pretty quickly, almost like a chick fil A. This is the only coffee shop in this immediate area with lots of traffic! They are rude and I will NEVER spend money with this Starbucks and I love it. I visited the store today They are busy so I ordered through mobile ahead of time. Went in and wasn't greeted nor assisted. I sat there patiently because my order wasn't ready while listening to one of the girl deny people's order for food because she wanted it for herself. I should have known they did bad business after that. They greeted another mother and daughter who walked in and immediately assisted them. I had had speak to someone for them to assist me and even they were rude short and not helpful at all. When finally offered if I wanted something else, I was so disgusted with their legacy of professionalism I just wanted a refund. Definitely will travel to Avon after I post this review everywhere. TRASH SERVICE and wouldnt recommend EVER. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

Coffee is my lifeblood. I love their coffee here and since it's in my town, it is super convenient to go to. Lately I've been going for the iced vanilla chai, but I always change my mind. The downside is that when they get busy, they can't always handle the rush of people. Today, it went smoothly and I had no problems, but I have had issues recently where they forget my order or I wait 15 min and they realize my cup was put to the side. It can be annoying when that happens, but it doesn't bother me as much as other people. If you don't have patience or time, don't come here during a coffee rush! I still give this place 4 stars because my good experiences completely outweighs the bad. People have their good days and their bad, and the employees have always been nice to me even when I know they're stressed about being busy. read more

I have been a loyal customer of starbucks for a few years, and over the past year alone I visited starbucks at least 4x every week. I have always been satisfied with my order and the amount of time it took to prepare, however, I am extremely disappointed with their service in the course of the past few months. The store hours have been decimated so much that it is almost impossible to get in there once a week. I have made many phone calls asking for the new store hours but i get different answer every time. The website has not been updated and myself as well as a few others have tried to be flexible and come by when we can, but it is almost always closed. I'm not sure if this is due to short staffing or covid, but you are losing customers and money. Please take into consideration everything i have said. Thank you. read more

This place used to be amazing and I LOVED coming here, but lately it has gone down hill. And when I say down hill, I mean DOWN HILL. It absolutely SUCKS now. Curious as to why? Please read below: Wait Time: The wait is always forever. I feel like I could knit myself a sweater in the time it takes to go through that drive through and that's if I'm the only car in the drive through. I completely understand that Starbucks is popular and very busy, especially during peak times, but why is it that management cannot staff to demand? Is it really to difficult to know that during peak hours, the establishment might need a few extra hands? Now, I know the reasonable thing many might be thinking: Mobile Ordering. An absolutely fantastic idea. And for a while, worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, it seems as though it is impossible for these orders to be made correctly. Not sure why mobile orders are any different from ordering at the drive through or in store, but there's something that just makes them impossible to be made correctly. Also, in case anyone is curious, I haven't ordered anything complicated, especially through mobile ordering. If I want non-fat milk or sugar free substitutes, I order at the Starbucks. Cups: Most recently, my sister and I came in and ordered some frappes and we received very liquid and disgusting drinks in sticky cups. Now I know I shouldn't have high expectations, but I really do not think expecting a clean cup is too much to ask for. What really put this trip over the edge was that when I asked for new cups, the barista ignored the fact that they gave me sticky, dripping cups and just put my drink (in the same cup) into another cup. So I walked out with my drink in literally two cups. Now, I know it technically solved the problem, but this is not the first time this has happened. In fact, I cannot remember the last time I received a drink from this Starbucks and the cup was not dripping or sticky. The absolute worst is when you stop before work, in your work clothes, and you don't notice the liquid on the outside of the cup and it drips all over your clothes. Sorry Starbucks, didn't realize I needed to watch out for part of my drink on the outside of my cup. Is it too much to ask for my drink not to be on the outside its holder? Quality: I would also like to mention the quality of the drinks at this Starbucks. Now, I'm not a connoisseur of coffee. I do not have high standards when it comes to the quality and taste. As long as it tastes like it's supposed to - I'm good. That being said, I cannot remember the last time my drink from this Starbucks was actually right. It's been close, it's been drinkable, but it has absolutely not been correct/perfect, or what it is supposed to taste like. One might then ask, "Well how do you know what it's supposed to taste like?" My response: "I've been drinking Starbs for years - it's what got me through college. There's no way they changed their recipes for all my favorite drinks in the past few months." It's honestly just sad. I'm not a barista nor do I pretend to know the trials and tribulations of what it might be to be one, I'm sure it's difficult and my respect to all the amazing baristas out there, BUT don't many of your barista instruments have measurement marks on them? Doesn't Starbs use specific measurements for many, if not all, their drinks? Again, I'm not a barista, but it just seems like it would be really difficult to use the incorrect ingredient measurements. I'm sure if someone was new, of course it would be difficult to remember all the measurements and what goes in what drink, but come on. Eventually, after making so many drinks, it would have to become second nature or at least somewhat of a habit. Also, the amount of Starbucks trips that have resulted in a cup of milk being handed to me has been one to many. At this point, we must have to realize that there's something wrong in the coffee making process. I would never go to Starbucks and pay $5 for a cup of steamed milk. Overall: I'm just really disappointed in this specific Starbucks location. When I say it got me through college, it literally got me through college. I loved coming to Starbucks. It was my treat for the day and it just made my day better. That being said, I know it's silly to base my entire day on how my cup of coffee was, but is it really too much to go to an establishment which specializes in a product and expect their product to meet a certain set of expectations? The purpose of this review is not to hurt anyone or be rude, it's to help someone in charge realize that there is a problem and there are many coffee drinkers who want this problem to be resolved. It just makes me sad how down hill this place has gone. I really hope this review makes it to someone who can do something to help this caterpillar of a store because I KNOW it has the potential to be a beautiful butterfly. Until then, I guess I'm reaping the benefits of saving $5/day. read more

I have found that this location in particular has horrible customer service. I ordered on the mobile app. I went into the store and the employee and manager (?) were standing around gabbing. I asked about my order and the manager (?) barked the on-line app was not working. I went to asked how long would it take to make my order since I already paid for it...she barked again the on-line app was not working and wouldn't let me ask my question. We stopped here tonight 10/29/17 a long drive and detoured our of our way off I-70 to get a hot cup of coffee to keep us awake on our way to St Louis. 1) terribly slow service, used the drive thru, I was able to run into the restroom and return to our vehicle in the line and my husband had only advanced 1 car length, it wasn't a long line- we were 3rd in line when I left the car. 2) 3 baristas, only one was making drinks while the other two filled up straws and managed the till. 3) my husband and I ordered hot americanos with half/half, his was cold, literally they topped off the espresso with tap water, mine was scalding hot and tasted like burnt drip coffee having sat all day, my daughter ordered a black iced tea and got sweet tea. Totally my worst Starbucks experience ever... seemed to be the service managing the store tonight. read more
