We were having difficulty connecting to the internet at my grandmas (long story) so we got here literally an hour before it closed so Ben could download his phone files onto his laptop and as soon as we walked in we felt so welcome!! The person taking our order was super friendly, upbeat, eager to help and very attentive to our needs. He also got our order to us as promptly as possible so we could continue what we were trying to do without skipping a beat. I also happened to noticed how this particular location has so many different types of packaged lunches which is great if you are stopping by and didn't have time to make your lunch at home. The smooth matcha green tea and flaky almond croissant with a creamy amaretto flavored filling were both heavenly without being too sweet. The almond pastries here are very similar to the ones at Panera but with less powdered sugar on top and softer. Also, the internet was quick and reliable and there was no distracting noise in the background. We were the only people there at that particular time too which was nice. Loved the clean modern feel to the interior and the bathrooms were super clean. Starbucks is really the best place to use the internet at and they are good at making you feel important.

    Free birthday drink

Best Starbucks hands down. I do some goofy orders at times and they always get it perfect. Had my free birthday drink, and if you're like me I get all the add one to get my moneys worth. Needless to say, these guys load it up

Always make my drinks the best all the other Starbucks always try to add some extra water to my refresher when I pay a extra $1 or some extra base something at the other Starbucks but they always do over the top always here & I appreciate it

Starbucks is always great to me. No matter where I am, there's the little green mermaid, beckoning to me to come and drink from her amazing selection of burnt coffee. Banksville Starbucks has it all, coffee, wifi, and free parking to boot. The team there seems to all have been with the company for a while, not like the rotating door you see at most Starbucks. The guy with the awesome mustache has made my Frap or Latte the last few times, and they've always been perfect. Check them out! They're definitely worth the trip through the tunnels. Happy Eating!

There's nothing I don't like about Starbucks but this one is extra special because it's not even 5 minutes away from my house and the baristas are so nice & friendly! I personally dislike this plaza in general; it is so inconvenient but this is the closest Starbucks for me so I'm getting used to it. Also the parking might be a pain too depends on the time that you go. People beeps and drives crazy when they're in this plaza so be aware! You've been warned.

On a Sunday morning in July, I made a visit to Fig Tree Coffee for a coffee drink. I found myself…read morein the Crafton area, and wanted to visit a local shop. Fig Tree Coffee is a newer coffee shop located in Crafton, right by the elementary school. They serve hot coffee, iced coffee, espresso drinks, tea, chai, and more. In addition to drinks, there are some food options available, along with gift-type items. Directly in front of the building, there is street parking available. There is also a private lot located to the left of the entrance for the entire building. The signage in the windows identifying the business makes it easy to locate. Fig Tree is truly a community coffee shop. It has plenty of seating, and proudly displays pieces of the community it serves. They have a bulletin board with local businesses, community events, and other information. Patrons seem to get their items and utilize the space to hang out and socialize. It is nice to see a place like this being utilized as intended! I stopped here around 8:45 AM, and it was not too crowded. There were a few other patrons in the building and in line ahead of me, but I only had to wait a few minutes to order my drink. It can be sort of overwhelming to try and order here, since the menu is so bare and there are not a ton of "special" drinks advertised. However, the baristas and staff will make anything you really are wanting, so I would not worry about this! They have different flavorings and combinations, you just need to ask or make a combination that you want to try when ordering. The barista that helped me on this visit was lovely. I was not exactly sure what I wanted, so I asked what she typically would order or make for herself. She ended up making me that exact drink in a 16 OZ Iced Drink. I enjoyed getting to try something different that I would not have picked for myself! Service was quick. I was in and out with my coffee in about 7 minutes, and that included waiting in line and taking a minute to order. The prices here are reasonable, and in line with what other local coffee shops are charging for similar products. They do accept both cash and card here, just FYI. I did not purchase any food or pastries, but the coffee prices were right in line with expectations. The vibe of this place is very cool, with a true community cafe feel. I love that they highlight their community. Not only with the people and events, but they even with a wall of Polaroids of the dogs that visit the shop! I even had a dog in line in front of me, so they are dog-friendly here. I give Fig Tree Coffee a positive review, and do recommend giving the shop a try if you find yourself in Crafton or the West End. It is a newer shop, but already has great ambiance and community presence. The staff are friendly, drinks are tasty, it is dog-friendly, and it is a great space to hang out or get some work done. I look forward to future visits to Fig Tree when I find myself in the area.

They source their baked goods from BB & Burr, and wow, they never disappoint! The chocolate chip scone was perfectly flavored and crumbly, can never go wrong with them. Overall, it's a great local spot that's part of the community and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

You place your order on a touch screen and everything is cashless except a cake they had on the counter for $5. My friend wanted to purchase the cake, but they didn't have the ability to ring her up for it with her card. Neither of us had cash on us and the sweet woman behind the counter gave my friend the cake and said, "stop by whenever you have the cash." She was so nice. I ordered the mango sticky rice because it sounded intriguing. I've never had it before and I didn't really know what to expect. The textures were good for me: chewy, some chunks of mango, saucy. I just thought whatever syrupy mango sauce/jam they put on top is way too sweet for my personal preference. I had a few bites and brought the rest home. I'll probably use the mango sticky rice as a plain greek yogurt topping.

I actually used to go to all the Coffee Tree Roasters locations quite regularly as they were the standard for coffee for me. For whatever reason though, I had stopped going and so I was interested to see how it stacked up. The inside of this shop is clean with a bunch of different tables to sit at, some merchandise on the back wall and then a refrigerator case near where you place your order. For my coffee on this morning I didn't see any of the holiday specials that I was looking for and so ultimately decided to go with a peppermint latte while my wife went with a peppermint mocha. My peppermint latte here left a lot to be desired unfortunately. The peppermint syrup was too strong and so my coffee sort of tasted like toothpaste with an aftertaste of coffee. Even if the coffee tasted good, which it did, as you might imagine the whole drink itself wasn't ideal. The one good thing is that my wife did enjoy her coffee drink here. The bottom line for me is that I might stop by here again in the future. While I wasn't a big fan of my coffee here, I know they definitely have better stuff.
