The only thing this place is missing is a stage For the clown ass service it provides !! I asked for a large bold cup of coffee not a bold cup of warm cream ! The iced lemon loaf was a lemon chuck ! This is an outdoor seating only Starbucks. There is a walk-up window for drinks, but no visable snacks. There is also a drive thru window for cars. There are 4 small round tables with 2-3 chairs a peice, and 1 larger rectangular table for disabled access with 2-3 chairs also. Prices are normal for a starbucks. Pros: Outdoors in late fall and early spring will be nice here, and it definately can't get crowded here. Cons: Only 2 umbrellas outside keep you shady from the sun or dry from the rain, there doesn't appear to be snacks here. No indoor seating, Midsummer here is going to be bad, also Semi-trucks are constantly shifting on the freeway here so it is very noisy, and there are no power outlets. There are several other open wifi spots here like the days inn and dennys, so you might be better suited to moving to one of those locations, but if you must sit here, then the att&t free wifi hotspot speed is 1.4 Mbit download speed, and 1.2 Mbit upload speed. (divide Mbit by 8 to get actual MB speeds). Overall I give this spot a 2 thumbs up out of 5. read more

Didn't mind the long wait to get my drink, what I did mind was the fact that my friends and I reiterated the fact that we had REUSABLE cups, and the Starbucks employee continued to ignore us and give us our drinks in the regular disposable cups. Not a big deal other than the fact that I paid for a reusable cup to reduce the use of plastic and I would like to use that reusable cup. Employees were also unfriendly and put together our breakfast sandwiches sloppily. read more

Here from out of town. staying at the hotel mext door. Tried to go here twice vua the walk up. once when I arrived and once the next morning.. both times was told I to go through the drive thru. Really? you want me to get in my car... drive down the street... make a u turn and come back so I can use the drive thru. NO THANKS!! Good luck staying in business. read more

I've never had a bad experience with any Starbucks...until I came to this location 3 times! And all 3 times the experience was HORRIBLE. Every employee at this location seem very unhappy to work their and their customer service is so terrible. Not welcoming at all! I have never experience this before at any of the other Starbucks locations. I want to guess management sucks and this is why their staff sucks too!!! I want so badly to like this location. The people are always very nice, but every time I go here, something is always not up to par. Last time I ordered the green tea frap and I got it back suuuuper watery. And today I got an everything bagel and they never even separated the halves so the inside could be toasted too. That is a first time for me as this is my go to item when I am on the go and stop at a Starbucks. I order these all the time and never had that. I mean, it isn't a big deal...and like I said, I do want to like this location. However the lack of effort from the people working the bar really shows through here. I hope it gets better and when it does, I will write a better review in applaud to the improvement. read more

I went this morning to get my chai latte, the drive through line was not long, but it wast standing still, once I got to the window, the cashier (16-19 yo guy) looked like if he didn't wanna be there, he didn't greet me, to begin with, he seemed confused and it took him a while to give me my order even though it had been sitting in front of his face all along. He finally gave me my stuff and didn't say a word. 15 minutes for a grande chai latte and zero courtesy is unacceptable, they could pick up the pace, but they honestly looked lazy and/or confused. read more

I am terribly disappointed and should have checked the reviews before stopping here. There are way too many coffee places around which means a lot of competition so every place needs to be on point. I went thru the drive through on a Sunday at 6:45 am. Only 1 person ahead of me but I waiting really long to even get to the window. Once I got there I was waiting even longer. The lady tried handing me an iced drink but I ordered a hot drink so I let her know. She then went to make my drink but made a couple other drinks before mine that she out next to the register. I finally got my drink and she handed it to me and didn't say anything. I said thank you and got no response. I arrived at my daughters cheer competition and took a sip of my drink and it was not something I ordered. I ordered a chia tea and received something that could taste like mocha but k have no idea what it was. This place is not cheap. Not only did I receive terrible service but did not even receive what I ordered after 2 attempts. And I never even got a receipt so I couldn't call and let them know which made me even more upset. read more

I would actually give this place no stars. Due to it's location my husband and I have stopped here a handful times and the service is always slow and terrible. Consistently understaffed, our drinks are always wrong and we always have to wait at least 10 minutes no matter what time it is or how busy they are. Avoid at all costs. read more

This Starbucks consistently takes 10-15 minutes to get through drive thru in the morning. Unfortunately it is the only Starbucks on my direct route to work so I am forget to go 10 minutes out of my day or suffer through this nonsense. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I've been having so many issues with this Starbucks over the years my drink is never right the staff has become rude over the years . I asked a lady working the window if she could please throw a cup away for me and she said no. I've never had that issue before . I ordered a caramel machiato that turned out to be so bitter I couldn't drink it. I called and Trey...who was very courteous, told me that they would remake it for me the next time I came back. I had accidently left the machiato in my drink holder in my car, so when I returned there this morning I asked them to throw it away. The girl at the window snapped, "You didn't have to bring it back!" The second machiato was the same as yesterday...very bitter, so they said to pull around and they would remake it. The next one was worse. So, I asked just for a caramel latte...I saw one of the barristas go in the back and come out with a cup...but I didn't know they were giving me back the first cup....from yesterday, with the sticker torn off and a long drip of coffee running down the front. That grossed me out and is the deal breaker for me for this Starbucks! I will not return and I will be calling corporate...and I think it should be reported to the health department. read more

I just went to Starbucks and waited 20 minutes in line for a drink that they , apparently, had run out of. I waited for a caramel frappe and when I arrived to the window, this girl did not seem to care. When I first ordered my Frappuccino , she told me to wait and when she came back, she said "so what do you want to order" with an ugly attitude. She said "we ran out of the things to make the frappe, what else do you want" so I told her a macchiato. For waiting in line for 20 long minutes and being told that my drink is not available , I should have gotten a free drink. They didn't care and still made me pay for a drink I didn't want, but got since I was there. I didn't even get a receipt ! She told me "bye" then I drove off angrily. She was in the back messing around, yelling OBNOXIOUSLY with her other co-worker and there were only 2 people in store! If you want sh**ty, slow service, this is your first stop! read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. First off, it's not a full-size Starbucks... It's just a little drive up/walk up place much like a Dutch Bros. however, unlike Dutch Bros, the people who work here are completely clueless. It's a pretty busy location and I have no idea why they would staff it with people who are either brand-new or just not able to keep up with the rapid pace. Either way, the service at this location is always terrible. We mobile ordered and showed up 10 minutes later only to find that they had not even started our drinks. We ordered three iced coffee drinks (one with vanilla) all with room... You would think the "with room" would indicate that we wanted to put cream in the coffee. So, we stand outside waiting several minutes while they make our drinks. They bring the drinks to the window and none of our iced coffee drinks actually have ice in them. So I ask if we could please get ice in the iced drinks and have some cream. He takes the drinks back and puts ice in the cups and then brings out with a tiny bit of what was supposed to be half-and-half in the bottom of a child's cup. I start to pour it into our drinks only to find out that it's actually skim milk. I ask him if we could please actually have half-and-half and tell him that we need enough for three drinks and that a tiny bit in the bottom of a child size container is not nearly enough for 3 drinks. He looks completely confused and doesn't seem to understand that he gave us skim milk as opposed to the half and half I had asked for. He had to go consult another employee to figure out what is skim milk and what is half and half. He finally figures out which one is the half-and-half and again pours a little bit into a child size cup and hands it to us. Again, send him back for additional half-and-half. By this point, we are frustrated and had someplace to go so we just finish getting our drinks ready and leave only to find out that the drink that was supposed to have vanilla in it didn't but at that point it wasn't even worth going back to try to get them to fix the mistake. read more
