They have a walk-up window and a small and crowded parking lot. Wait times at a Starbucks here I'd say are average; definitely not the stand for you if you are in a rush. Mobile orders are on point. Basically a drive through but good outdoor seating. Second visit in two days as I visit friend here this weekend. No indoor seating in this location but it is next to my hotel. This is a nice place to relaxing with a friend or book as the weather is nice most of the time. The road noise of the highway and major surrounding streets is not too bad. And the music is loud to hear but not overpowering. As I have been sitting here twice for a few hours, I notice that about 1 out of every 20 cars turn into the small parking area instead of the intended drive through. The sign is confusing and I might have made the same mistake turning right instead of straight ahead a bit more and then left. Tight to back out but haven't seen too close a scrape. read more

This is my location of choice since it is on my way to work. I start my shift at 5am and like a nice cup of coffee to start my day, like anyone else, but for the past two or three weeks, this location has gone down hill and over the edge. I am not sure if there was a change in management or crew but to get one simple hot cup of coffee it takes ten+ minutes in the drive thru, I ask for Splenda in my coffee, which they miss and on top of that, they give me spoiled cream to go with it on the side, if you don't believe me the pictures speak for themselves, one thing is for sure I won't be returning to this location as long as they have that "selfie with my apron on because I am a barista" crew there. This Starbucks has two options to order. Either you go through the drive-through or you walk up to the window. There was no sign saying that the walk up window was closed (which if the window is operational it shouldn't be closed just cause someone decides they don't want to take orders from there) The drive-through line was very long, so I walked up to the window and I waited, The baristas continue to look at me and continue to not open the window or anything. After almost 10 minutes of standing in the summer heat, they finally finally open the window And decided after 10 minutes to let me know they're not taking orders from the window for absolutely no reason, and there was no sign stating that. The lady at the window was extremely rude and she did not even know why they were not taking orders at the window and she didn't know why there wasn't a sign. Update: 2-16-18 Seems like not a lot has changed. Sometimes I get friendly people at the walk up window when I pick up my mobile order, sometimes not. Therein lies the problem. Mobile orders. They really have a terrible system for dealing with those. Sometimes they haven't even started mine when I get there and the slip is just lying there waiting for someone to pick it up. I usually have to wait to pick it up because no one checks the pickup window and there is usually someone ordering at the walk up window. So I'm frequently standing there staring at my drink kind of willing it to float up, over, and out the window to me quite a while before someone finally looks over and sees me there. Today was the worst experience I've had there though. I got there a few minutes after placing my mobile order. There were several people in line at the window. Only two cars in the parking lot and maybe two cars waiting to order in the drive through. My drink was not made. So, apparently someone was waiting for an 8 drink plus food and that made them call a halt to filling mobile orders. All the people in line got to place their order and have it delivered to them, the drive thru kept getting serviced, and I was late to work because I had to wait 15 minutes for my dang iced tea. It's an ICED TEA! It's practically already made. Seriously. This is probably the last strike for them. I regularly boycott this location and I think it's time to do that again. I was here earlier today and the service I received was not great. I'm a partner at Starbucks and I know it can be stressful but the guy at the window was rude to my mom. He handed her a cup that was smothered in caramel drizzle and when my mom asked for a few napkins they guy looked at her and the cup and just said "oh yeah I know" and handed her a ball of napkins. The line was short and they did not see at all busy so I think they could have at least wiped the cup down and not have been rude about us asking for napkins for something that was not in our control. read more
