They must have made some changes to this location because this was the quickest Starbucks experience I've ever had today. Granted there was only one other car in the drive thru, I'm not kidding you from the time I arrived to the time I left with my cold brew it must have only been 2-3 minutes. Very friendly service and cold brew was on point. They actually listened when I said light half n half. Perfect amount of half n half. Much appreciated. They suck. I picked up drinks for my and my coworkers and then realized that they had messed up my drink. I call them to let them know and they tell me I can get it replaced on a different day (because I was at work all day, and don't need expreso at 7pm). I came a few days later for my re-make, and the told me that they can re-make it up that I have to pay for it....... what's the point then?? They're not supportive of essential workers. read more

Frustrated i canceled the order and when i asked for a refund recite the cashier rolled her eyes. This location only has drive through or walk up, no indoor preserving which is fine with me. I can honestly say that this Starbucks makes the best drinks. Not only did they get my order wrong but I lost 40 minutes of my time. Due to the issues I was late to work and they did nothing to compensate for the issue. We just left the drive thru . I specifically asked for two ice macchiatos, and as we precede to the window to get our drinks they only gave us one, sadly the barista was very rude and blamed that i just ordered one and if I wanted to order another one I had to go around despite that there was no other cars behind us. I do have to say that they had loud music and for this reason she probably did not hear me correctly, yet as a courtesy she could've made another drink without me having to go around. I gave them a try even after all the 4AM shifters prepared my drink incorrectly. They ALL still made it incorrectly. Amazing would be an understatement! I've gone to this Starbucks five times thus far and never have I had a bad experience. I'm not just a solo drink buyer, but I actually bought five different drinks every time. They are for coworkers and each are very detailed in what they like. Some of the best things I like about this Starbucks are: I've never waited long in the drive-thru, the traffic consistently keeps moving. I've never have had rude service, all of the different Baristas that have worked the window always have a smile on their face and greeted me as pulled up. And finally, I have never had to repeat my order, and IT'S ALWAYS RIGHT! Yes, they are a drive-thru location only. Therefore, if you are looking for an indoor building to sit and relax, this would not be the location. However, if you are like me and want to get your coffee fix fast, correct, tasty, and then jet. This Starbucks is weird. Drive through and walk-up only. Only outdoor seating. Weird can be good! But, it wasn't great. It's essentially in the parking lot of a hotel, and I visited while I was staying in that hotel. They had the same ratio as my local Starbucks... my drink was right 3 out 4 times. However, the one time it WAS wrong - it wasn't just a LITTLE wrong - it was completely the wrong drink. Definitely not somewhere you'd go to do work in less-than-perfect weather, and it might as well be located ON the highway... i.e. there is a ton of road noise. However... friendly staff. This Starbucks has a walk-up window and it's awesome and fast. The barista asked me if I wanted my banana nut bread warm and it tastes so much better that way. The lines in the drive thru are pretty long in the morning but the wait time is fairly short. Overall great attitude and good service. read more

Didn't mind the long wait to get my drink, what I did mind was the fact that my friends and I reiterated the fact that we had REUSABLE cups, and the Starbucks employee continued to ignore us and give us our drinks in the regular disposable cups. Not a big deal other than the fact that I paid for a reusable cup to reduce the use of plastic and I would like to use that reusable cup.
