I ordered a hot chai with oat milk. They tried to hand me an iced chai. They had to remake my order. It was so hot I couldn't drink it for 10 minutes after letting it cool down. Thank goodness I paid cash and didn't tip PRIOR to receiving my order. My recommendation would be for the baristas to do less standing around and chit-chatting and more paying attention to the order slips. read more

This Starbs is top-notch for service and hospitality. Jess and her staff are always super kind and willing to make things right if something doesn't taste right. I'm always greeted by a handful of familiar faces when I'm walking by or using the drive thru. Definitely gives off small coffee shop vibes here. There's a variety of seating options and wifi is free for those who want to WFH. Unfortunately they tend to run out of seasonal favorites quite frequently, which seems to be a corporate issue that should be addressed. Just saying if you run out of pumpkin sauce twice in a week, then someone in supply chain should note that and bump up their shipment. read more

I usually pick up my mobile order before work and expect a quick, smooth experience. However, recently, I've noticed baristas being pressured and even yelled at in front of customers, just to engage in conversation with me. At first, I wasn't going to write a review, but as a regular, seeing Zanya create such a tense and uncomfortable environment made me feel bad for the baristas. No employee should be put in that situation, and it creates an unpleasant atmosphere for customers as well. The staff were really nice and super friendly. I love the free wi-fi and chilled atmosphere here. It never fails that when I get some time to kill I can walk into pretty much any Starbucks and be guaranteed a positive experience. I was down in this area for an outdoor adventure and then needed some coffee (surprise, surprise). This was the easiest to find on my Starbucks app, plus I was probably on some type of "star dash" or some other incentive. This was a pretty busy place, but my group commandeered a table and set about refreshing ourselves. At one point, those egg protein bites ended up at the table. They are actually pretty tasty and one of the better things to eat if you are in need of food. I vary when ordering at a Starbucks, depending on my need for calories--an Americano (0 calories), some exotic Reserve coffee from the a Clover (0 calories), a dark roast on drip, hoping that it's late enough in the day to have a pour-over instead (0 calories) or a latte (milk or almond milk) (some number greater than 0 calories). Wi-Fi worked great for me, but I must confess my phone is probably set for permanent Starbucks Wi-Fi anywhere. Just click "accept" and I'm good to go. read more

This location is the worst. My son got a kids hot chocolate and burnt himself to the point he was screaming in the back seat. I tried it myself and I also burnt myself. My wife ordered a bacon sausage sandwich at the window and they gave us egg bites and said we tried changing the order at the window which was not true; then chose to blame us for holding up the line. Also, my wife ordered a chestnut praline with oatmilk and she got almond milk. On top of it all, the spinach feta wrap was ice cold. This entire order was a nightmare. read more

Superb service. My drink was so tasty. Boog, the barista really stood out. Y'all should check out this joint. I got a pike, and when I go to other stores at night it's usually pretty lukewarm...but it was hot and fresh. I love my scalding coffee even when it's 100°. I was terribly upset that there weren't any chicken maple sandwiches...those are the best! I did help myself to a soft and squishy lime bar, however. Mmmm :D I was upset with how muggy it was in the store, but Boog said it'd be taken care of. How nice! It's always amazing to me to see how different businesses handle the Covid pandemic, some take it as an opportunity to provide better service to their customers others like this Starbucks location have only made it more difficult. This location for example only allows ordering through the mobile app or drive-through why would I drive all the way to the store to order through the mobile app to pick it up at the window, why can't you just take my order at the window? This location has very friendly and patient staff and every time I take Shatzy with me they always make sure to give her her treat. They are really fast so even if the line is long don't worry you won't be waiting long. I have not gone inside this location, but the outside and patio area is very well kept so I imagine the inside would be the same. I understand putting whip cream on top and it melting down, but I don't even think there was any. And even if that's where it was supposed to be that's a lot of whip cream for a small drink. This is like more than an inch of room. Just disappointing, like when you open a bag of chips and there's 10 chips at the very bottom. This Starbucks is the newest one in my area. So now this is my favorite. I have been waiting for it since I moved here in March! I have been here 5 times. Each time I order Skinny Hot Chocolate. 5 for 5! Not once have they messed it up by adding coffee or using cocoa that has mint (yuck)! The crew here is great and helpful. Mornings are quiet. People working on laptops etc. Evenings are quiet inside because the sports bar next door is quite lively. Sitting outside observing the drive thru, seems like it moves quickly. Great place to watch people check out their drink and try to drive. Hilarious. In the morning the patio does not get sun too early. The only really noisy neighbor is the fire department. Had two very opposite experiences at this location. A trip during an evening shift (4pm) during one of their bogo promotions, I used the mobile app to order two drinks. A mile away, I walked there and was still waiting on the drinks for another 10 minutes once I got there. I received half my mobile order and had to ask about my other drink once it never showed up. Ordered an iced caramel cloud and a tea/lemonade. The first drink was made incorrectly and had no caramel, and the tea was made with incorrect proportions in the wrong size. It also had floating bits in it. There were 4 or 5 employees working, and none seemed to thrilled. Perhaps they were stressed with the promotion and volume of customers. However, I used the mobile app to order one morning about a month ago. Walked there again, around 7am. The drinks were just finishing as we walked in and were made perfectly. Staff was very friendly! The morning crew definitely made up for the evening crew. The Starbucks is a pretty spacious stand-alone, however does not have a lot in the way of seating options. read more

Sighhhh also! .... They gave me my impossible w just the bread... didn't realize until I parked at home, went back to explain which they remade. This Starbucks is in a nice stand-alone building with plenty of comfortable seats inside. I can't speak to the drive-thru but it always looks crowded. The staff inside our pretty friendly but that's about where the positives end. This location has two main flaws. First, music is way too loud. I needed to take a call and the music was a little loud inside. I went to a seed outside right expected it to be quiet but the music was blasting from the speaker much louder than inside. I had to leave all my stuff and take the call from the side of the building that was quite annoying. Second is the overuse of misters. When I came back to my seat, my papers were all wet due to the powerful misters that are more like sprinklers. Everyone sitting outside was clearly surprised and migrated inside. I could not find a seat inside so I just left, frustrated. If anyone is reading this, please fix the music and the misters outside. read more

This Starbucks is extremely disappointing. Starbucks is known for it's quick service, and if they keep you waiting longer than 10 minutes in the drive-thru, they give you your drink for free--that is not the case at this location. I stop by daily because it's close to my work...and I wait a minimum of 7 minutes each time I go. (Yes, I time it.) Please get more staff here. I am such a Starbucks fan that it's sad to see a location struggling. ***Update:*** Went to this Starbucks again today. Not sure why I did...I guess I don't learn my lesson.
