Love me some Dutch Bros! I always get the sparking soda with sugar free strawberry, a little lime and an extra shot of sour!!! The drive thru can be slow sometimes but you can always walk up to the window. The staff is very friendly and they always check in and ask how our dogs are doing. Their Strawberry lemonade has just the right sweet versus tart. It has a bright pink color. It doesn't dry out my tongue as the teas do. Service was very friendly. The line wasn't quite long when I was there. I am sure they are packed at peak times. Most Dutch bro locations just have drive thru or walk up windows. Very few locations have limited indoor seating, but I have seen them. Some also have limited patio seating. I might consider getting the strawberry lemonade again when thirsty. I would not get the basic chai or the matcha here again. The cookie butter chai and the caramel pumpkin brulee chai had a stronger flavor. I might like to get those again, more so the pumpkin brulee chai than the cookie butter chai. I am unsure about getting the green apple or strawberry smoothie flavors again. This location is right down the street from my house, and although it's usually very busy, the wait isn't terrible and the staff aren't overly enthusiastic which is nice. I prefer them not to try and crawl through my window and sit in my lap and stare into my soul while they take my order. I usually love Dutch bros, but my experience today will result in me not returning to this location. I ordered a coffee and a cookie and paid for both. Once I get to the window, they have no more cookies. Expected for a coffee place, not a big deal. Where the issue arises was with the girl at window. After telling me there were no more cookies, she offered me options which I declined. She said she would send someone to "look", which was just her and I sitting there while no one in the store moved. She then informs me *without looking or speaking to anyone* that there were no cookies. Throughout this transaction she did not smile once or seem like she wanted to be there. After she processed my partial refund for the cookie, she handed me the receipt and didn't say anything. I then asked for a straw, which she handed to me, and I began to drive off. I hear her then say "What was wrong with that bitch?" That was all I heard but it seemed like the conversation went on. I didn't get the girls name, but she was Asian of some kind. I'm extremely upset and disappointed with my service as I have never experienced this at any other location. This was my first bad experience at Dutch brothers. I do visit the other locations regularly and my order is staple. Not sure what they did wrong here. My husband and I ordered the same drink in large size each. After telling them We didn't like our drink they remade it and it didn't make things better. I opted for a large one for my road trip but had to discard after a few sips :( very very watery and with no flavor at all. Me and my friends came here today and we all got the same exact drink. We asked for shark attack rebels BLENDED. When the drive thru worker handed us our drinks they were sloshing around which isn't normal but thought nothing of it. We drank our drinks and come to find out that there's barely any blended shavings visible and the drink tasted completely like syrup. There was no ice what so ever it was all liquid. Whenever I get drinks here there always seems to be a serpentine line but the staff do a pretty good job at taking orders while you're waiting to get the line moving as fast as possible. If you're looking for a finely crafted brew, go to Peixoto or Infusion. At Dutch Bros the coffee is masked with a lot of sugar, flavoring and creamer. The mocha drinks I've had have all been good, but the taste so similar it's hard to distinguish one over the other. I suspect that the chocolate milk they use is what I'm primarily tasting rather than any additional syrups and who doesn't love chocolate milk? I haven't been too much of a fan of the breve drinks. The last drink I had, a banana bread breve (Creme de banana, hazelnut + half and half) didn't have any flavor at all and tasted like slightly coffee flavored cream. I actually had to add some syrup from home to my drink to get it to taste like anything. I do like how there are various options for your milk though, such as aforementioned breve (Half and half), mocha (uses chocolate milk) and oat milk. As for the lids, they have a really large opening for straws, so much so that it is easier for spills to occur if you're not careful. Note that at this time at least they don't take cash so come prepared! They also did away with punch cards (What am I supposed to do with my nearly filled punch card now?) and only operate on an app for frequent customer rewards. read more

I love trying different places & things so when I went to this location, I ordered a large Dino Egg and wow, was it good! It was a bit pricey though, so that will be a treat for me when the urge strikes. I will have to try their many other drinks, as coworkers of mine have told me about other drinks they order from Dutch that all sound very appealing. I love the customer service here. Stopped for a large peach Rebel today. Staff was very friendly and prompt to get me my drink and it really hit the spot nicely on this warm day. Also whoever does the staff training here gets an A+. Each time I come to visit family in Arizona, I make a point to get a cuppa joe from this location. This is basically a small building located near a corner of a parking lot. It is only a drive-thru place. There is a menu board to view just before reaching the drive thru window. I took a picture for future reference, because if there are a few cars waiting, they send out a person to take orders and you won't see the choices until it's too late. I have gotten the White Chocolate Mocha. Creature of habit, I suppose. It is really good! I should try the Americano, Chai Tea, or Freeze. They do serve drinks other than just coffee and tea. There are fruit smoothies, too! The baristas are super friendly! They treat you like you're the only person there (technically, you are!)! If the coffee won't get you going, maybe the music will. TIP: Be sure to tip these cheerful people!! I have been here a handful of times. I am thinking I should probably pick up a punch card because I will be back. It will just be a while in between! This location is absolutely psychotic. If you could imagine the worst location for a drive-through coffee shop this location would win the award. The security, yes, the security guard is aggressive when it comes to questioning you on "where you entered." I just want coffee. I'll wait in the ridiculous line, but why do I have to enter through certain "chains"? The staff is friendly and I don't downplay that part of the 40 second encounter but EVERYTHING before that is so completely stressful! So I'm usually one of those weirdos you might find camped at a coffee shop sipping on an Americano sans milk, sugar, or creamer. So Dutch Bros, as popular as they were, never really was my cup of tea (see what I did). But their service, delicious coffee, and the whole punch card thing got me hooked. They pulled the 9 stamp deal on National Coffee Day and since I needed my coffee at uhm 9PM at night, I swung by and got myself a swanky new punch card. And an amazing coffee. And great spontaneous service. And some dubstep. (Insert dubstep sounds here.) I love their customer service, how the employees come out in the sweltering heat to take orders when the drive-thru line wraps round the parking lot, always seem to be enjoying themselves, and make it a point to strike up a conversation. They definitely make a sweet cup of joe and I thought it would take some getting used to but boy oh boy was it good. I've since found a happy medium asking for my iced coffees to be half as sweet. It's still pretty sweet in my opinion but the extra sugar on top of all that caffeine helps me behave like a functioning adult on Mondays, or Tuesdays, or any day I get less than 5 hours of sleep. PS. If you're not a huge fan of coffee but need that caffeine boost, I say go for anything that has caramel in it (for example, the Caramelizer or Pocahontas). The chocolate-y ones like the Annihilator are gonna taste more like coffee with a hint of chocolate rather than the other way around. They also have teas and smoothies but I'm a heavy (coffee) drinker so I haven't tried those yet. read more
