Baristas are fine - it's a convenient location but I avoid I because often the shop is dirty - but again, on my last visits, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. If you want to work somewhere for a few hours and are drinking liquids, be forewarned. read more

In what I can only describe as a genius pro gamer MENSA-worthy move, someone placed a Starbucks next to a puppy store...so yeah, I'm gonna drink coffee and look at dogs. Now back to Starbucks, it's prominently and conveniently located exactly where my threshold for no coffee ended so that's already a plus. When I walked in the staff greeted me and we're talking about Harry Potter, also a plus. They were very cordial And helpful in assisting this old chunk of coal with the app. They were so great in fact that I asked for cold hard cash so I could tip them. The drink was great, the place was clean, the coffee was served to my specifications and all was well in the world thereafter. I like that the ambiance wasn't overwhelmingly loud with the coffee shop Jazz, and that even at this hour, there was plenty of places to sit. Well done, 10 points to Gryffindor. I haven't been to this location in many years. They have lovely, comfy, brown leather chairs, and I was hoping to slowly sip my very delicious latte there, but I didn't last two minutes because the AC was so cold (90° weather outside) and the 70's music was blasting so loud, you couldn't hear yourself think. During covid I have been trying to support local businesses. I really enjoy my coffee. So I was happy when Starbucks opened up :) I have always found this Starbucks one of the more friendlier stores! Ordered a grande caramel ribbon frappacino. My one cheat item this week. When a certain male barista is working, he skips things. This time it was the actual Carmel ribbon and hardly any crunchys. This is my go to if I'm grabbing coffee on the go. Their service here is really fast, despite it being busy on a consistent basis. I order via the mobile app and I always have a great experience. I have a Dunkin' closer to me and I'd rather go out of my way and come to this Starbucks location because of their superior service. They never fail to make my order the way I instructed them to and I'm in and out of the store. Peppermint mocha is one of my absolute favorite drinks! Their iced coffee is awesome too. Instead of always going to the same coffee shop, I normally get my coffee from a variety of different Starbucks locations due to my work schedule. In terms of coffee quality and customer service, most Starbucks locations are pretty standard. But this specific Parkland location takes its quality of customer service to the next level. Employees here go above and beyond to satisfy each and every single customer in the best way possible, and it's noticeable when compared to other locations. I ordered an iced coffee from a different location earlier and it was barely drinkable, too creamy with barely any coffee in it. I stopped by the Parkland location and asked Noah for a shot of espresso in order to balance out the coffee I had gotten earlier. Most employees would likely just sell me an espresso shot and move on to the next customer. But Noah went the extra mile and made me a whole new coffee even though the original was bought at another location! It's amazing to see employees who take extra steps in order to accommodate customers in the best way possible. Thank you Noah! read more

I JUST left this Starbucks and I am so happy I did! I needed a mid day pick me up and walked in not knowing what I was going to get. The two gentlemen working the shift QUICKLY helped me, asked me a few questions about what I like, and what I'm looking for, and in less than a couple minutes, I had a delicious double shot with almond milk, sugar free vanilla, on the rocks. This Starbucks is exactly as you would expect with the usual menu, typical service and plenty of seating. I'm going to focus on my observations on this early Sunday afternoon. This location is busy with a steady stream of customers. I would imagine during the morning rush, it would be very busy. The only down-side I could imagine based on Sunday is parking could be difficult at peak time. The strip shopping center has somewhat limited number of spaces which was full at this time. I would expect it to be very busy when everything is open and the need for caffeine is at its peak. Enjoy! read more

First don't have almond or soy milk I order thru the app and the guy at the front ask me if a want coconut milk I say now and he refund me in a really not nice way!!!. The location is phenomenal for us majority of the week but unfortunately the baristas here aren't my fave. The recipes are the same regardless of location but my drink is never made the same. On many occasions I've had to ask them to remake my order and still it's just as bad. On top of that their not careful. My green tea latte was made with the lid not properly on and it took for another patron to speak up for the barista to close it properly prior to handing it off. read more

Love this SB location. The staff is very friendly and the location has 2 couches with plenty of seating otherwise. Came here for my sweet tooth craving and opted for the peanut butter mini cup cake. For about 190 cals this cup cake just made it to my a-ok list. I quietly (so no other customer would hear) told a woman who appeared to be a manager that the ledge of the chair-rail next to my table was crawling with two different types of ants. She said indifferently "Oh Yeah, we know. We called the exterminator, but we have no idea when they are coming out". Great! Asked for a black coffee and my wife got a drink as well. They were quick about it. But, they did not put stoppers over the top of my cup like most places do for people on the go. My arm was burned by the coffee when I was opening the door for my wife; although I was being cautious while holding it.
