Ryan was kind enough to let me know that there were free refills while I was at the store so before I left, I asked for another one. That's a great deal! I ordered the English breakfast and green tea. If you order a grande, you get two teabags instead of one so it's very flavorful. The bathroom and store are clean. It was pretty empty and they give you your drinks and food fairly quickly. It is cold in there so I suggest bringing a sweater. It was a nice time. I'll be returning again soon. read more

I asked the associate to give me a minute and she was super sweet and even asked me if I wanted any suggestions on what to order or if I needed any help with the menu. The associate named Nick in the window collected my payment and he was super sweet. I asked for a bacon croissant and an iced Caramel Macchiato. I asked for an extra caramel with it. Since I brought my puppy with me I asked for a free pup cup. I love this location because it has a drive thru option. If it is your birthday you do get a free drink of your choice you will just need to use the app. I usually love going inside because the ambiance is super relaxing and peaceful. It's my favorite time of year so of course I had to stop by and try the new Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai. I must say that the drink itself tasted like a regular chai latte but the Oatmilk Cold Foam with the gingerbread syrup was the best part. The base of the drink doesn't have the gingerbread syrup in it but the oatmilk cold foam does, so keep this in mind when ordering!! My wife and I went to Starbucks this morning to get hot tea since we weren't feeling well. When pulling into the parking lot, she ordered online with her mobile app so she didn't have to speak due to her throat being sore. We let the cashier know we had placed a mobile order. Instead of a friendly "good morning" or "we are working on that for you " we were explained that we were "not ordering properly" and we had to give them 3-5 minutes to make the order since they just received it and we are not supposed to place an order while in line. Then we were told that when we got to the window, if the order wasn't ready we would have to circle back around and wait back in line. After circling back around and waiting in a now even longer line, we finally got to the window after waiting 12 min for two hot teas! We tried to ask the cashier why we were treated this way and asked why we were told to circle around when people ordering at the screen are not told this. What is the difference? The car in front of me had ordered 5 blended specialty drinks and we waited a while before we watched them receive all of them. They were not told to get back in line while the baristas prepared their order... I will not be back to this location. Horrible customer service with absolutely no explanation as to why. I have never received service like this at a Starbucks before. There are plenty of other coffee shops around that I will be taking my business to from now on. read more

Came here for two sandwiches and two tall simple coffees the girl taking the order Jojo some how forgot our very SIMPLE coffee order. We watched as customers after us ordered and received their items already. After standing around at the counter another employee ask what were we waiting for ? I said our sandwich's and coffee, he finds the sandwiches and gives them to us. As we continue to watch drinks being made 5 more minutes passed and another employee said was there something else we needed , I said YES our coffee! Then were told the drink ticket and food ticket don't come out on the same ticket for them. I was confused but just said ok. There was no accountability no apology for us waiting for literally a total of 17 mins for our complete order. There was no customer in line when we arrived and there was only two that came directly after us. There were 5 employees behind the counter so I couldn't see how a simple order was delayed or lost in translation. I've been a Starbucks customer for over 10 yrs and always had good experience but today I needed to make a review because the experience left me feeling disappointed and a little disregarded. read more

This location is a bit blah, it's closest to my work and that's why I recently went here. The drive thru took so long and the employees appear not to care. I almost wanted to get out of line after 10 minutes. But stuck to it. My matcha green tea latte was good though. It's been my recent drink of choice. It reminds me of my bestie Kainath B who I drank matcha with last time she was in town. So ya, I associate the people I care about with coffee drinks. Sounds about right. Back to this review, you can't mess up a traditional drink like that so Starbucks still makes good drinks. They need to improve their speed at the drive thru. A friendly Starbucks! Drive thru is fast and easy and ordering inside or mobile ordering is too. Feels brand new inside with plenty of seating and new industrial style furniture/decor. Very clean as well! We were greeted immediately and the staff was extremely accommodating. They offered suggestions and when something was out they offered similar alternatives. My order is never wrong here, the service is probably 3/5 when it comes to speed. But it usually depends on if they're busy. Sitting in would be nicer if there weren't so many flies. I literally come maybe 2-3 times a week and the flies seem to be dividing and multiplying. The Starbucks on commercial and university used to be my go to until I nearly swallowed a dead fly in my macchiato. I hope the same doesn't happen here. But staff is great, love Jose! I was a bit surprised when I found out Starbucks would be opening here, as this is not an area where people typically pay $7 bucks for coffee. But if you build a they will come! They have a drive through, which is nice. The store inside is spacious and not yet as chaotic as Sturbucks usually get. I've only been here in the morning and I didn't see a whole lot of people with their laptops. I was glad, this annoys me. Especially when I want a seat and there isn't one available because it's full of people with a single cup of coffee hogging the tables. This is precisely why I don't frequent Starbucks. The familiarity and aesthetic consistency of Starbucks always gets me- reminds me of study nights in college. I love Starbucks for their latte selection - brewed coffee is just OK. This branch in particular is close to my house and has their morning regulars which I love. I always know what to expect from this Starbucks: quick service, friendly staff, and an open seat. The baristas are great and they call me by my name each time I walk in the door. They are nice and friendly. It is too many employees behind the counter for a 10-12 minute wait. This location always has a long wait line inside. Like I stated above, it's too many employees for customers to be waiting 10mins for coffee. This was my 3rd attempt to stop at this location and I was excited there was no wait line. The baristas have always been nice, their greetings seem genuine. They don't automatically give u your receipt but I think I'm realizing that no Starbucks location ever does. Their drive through is one of the best - they even have a camera at the drive through so you can see the person taking your order. Brilliant! More drive throughs should gave this!
