This place is so so so cute and regal! We had a girls day and wanted something different so we decided to have some tea - herbal & verbal Service was phenomenal! Teas, treats and decor were nothing short of royalty

The price was a bit higher than I expected, but the experience made it worth while. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.

I highly recommend. Just turned the big 50 and I wanted to do something a little different. Queens TeaHouse does not diss appoint. Make sure to ask for Natalie because she is attentive, amazing and very considerate of the details. We had the Queens High Tea and i cant say enough. This place is just what you'd expect from a TeaHouse and provides for quite a few photo ops with its beautiful entrance and decor. We started with mango Bellini's, champagne, and wine. The tea started pouring shortly thereafter (the Crème Brûlée tea was my favorite although they were all delicious). Then the goodies came, fig, Brie and apply croissant, beef Wellington, macaroons, sandwiches and so much more. Proper tea and proper service. I really can't say enough about this place. Whether you're having 20 people or 2, you get the same high level treatment and it's 100% going to be a new go to. Loved it soooo much. Thank you for helping me make these beautiful memories.

I was here for a bridal shower and boy, what an experience! The atmosphere is super neat with typical tea party decor and everything is served on an assortment of china. It's like your dreams of a tea party as a child coming to life! The tea was tasty and the entrees were great as well! I really enjoyed the soup that they served as a starter. For a main I ordered the brie sandwich. The croissant it was served on was buttery and flakey and the ingredients paired beautifully. I would definitely recommend for a fun afternoon, or even to host a party. This place was great!

Went here for a tea party and it did not disappoint!! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a elegant tea experience

The ambiance is beautiful and makes a great spot for a baby or bridal shower. I went for a baby shower, and it definitely had the right vibe. As a tea lover, I enjoyed the variety of flavors, and the service was good. But the food was just okay, which was pretty disappointing for $60 a person.

I got the idea to take my mom here before seeing the premier of Downton Abby 2 and thought it would be a cute idea. I was nervous that the reviews said the food wasn't good and there was a bunch of screeching brunch-drunk women. Or cancelled reservations. Luckily, I had no reason to worry. This tea shop is located in the Parkland "city center" - an adorable little plaza that's very aesthetically pleasing with lots of nice trees, etc. The outside of the tea house is covered with vines and has all kinds of pretty garden decorations. When you first walk in there is a large gift shop area and the inside is very English (as it should be). Mom and I were seated near the front but it was fine. It was quiet and there were no screeching brunch ladies. On weekends you can only get the high teas (like not just a sandwich or salad.) We went for the spring high tea at the recommendation of our very sweet server. We never caught her name, but she was super nice and even offered to take lots of pics with us. We chose the peach Bellini for our drink which was good. We also had water and each got our own tea pot, so lots of drinks were had. I got the green tea with orange and almond and my mom got some sort of lavender - we both liked our teas. I do wish there were more than just sugar packets on the table for it (like honey) but luckily I brought my vanilla stevia, lol The soup of the day was carrot ginger and it was absolutely delicious, we both loved it. Then our spring high tea assortment was very, very good. I put a pic of exactly what came with it as it was a lot. We both liked it all. It was so good! It is expensive, but the prices are on the online menu so I was aware ahead of time. I was going for more of the fun experience, which I got, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and yummy food. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely return. It would be a perfect place for a bridal or baby shower.

I came in today for an early birthday celebration with my mom. We do high tea every year for my birthday and this year we chose a new place that's a lot closer to her home in Parkland, The Queen's TeaHouse. When we walked in we realized we were the only pair not apart of a HUGE celebration of life party. This party took up every seat in the small restaurant expect for our own and one other. When we checked in it was like they had lost our reservation? We had to restate what we reserved several times over and I heard them speaking of having to change the seating around which was confusing because we had made these reservations weeks ago. Despite getting the most expensive option, we were only allowed one pot of tea per person. I understand if it's more cost effective for them that way but I came to the tea room to try a few different teas and this is unfortunately not the place to do that. Cream and/or honey were not offered but optional. The food and pastries were pretty good and they had a creative selection of everything they had (macaroons, mini cupcakes, croissants). This is honestly a huge reason why the review doesn't have less stars, the foods were better than expected and I enjoyed trying different kinds. The people from the celebration of life event were kind and gracious yet it's difficult for an event like that to NOT take the focus. loud discussions, toasts and eulogy like speeches were made often making us feel like we needed to be quiet and pay attention (which is we ended up doing). Obviously no fault of their own but they were pretty loud and it kind of ruined the tea house vibe for me. Overall, I had a pretty sad experience in more ways than one. I think this was just a happenstance circumstance where i had a negative experience but nonetheless, I was left feeling emotional from witnessing many people grieve someone who sounded like an amazing woman. Staff/Owner didn't really try to make up for it. i don't understand why we weren't told there would be this other huge party or at least why they didn't offer for the party to rent the entire building. I also felt that staff wasn't as attentive as they could've been, we often had to flag someone down to get their attention.

The restaurant is beautiful. We were a party of 10, the service was good as there was only one other party there at that time. The menu options were a little pricey considering the items served, which were mini pastries and tea sandwiches. There is no option for sharing... which is odd because they would not offer an individual tea pot per person... we paid for 10 individual meals that offer bottomless tea but we're only allowed 5 tea pots / 5 flavors of tea... Overall it was a good experience but not something you would do typically. Great for a birthday or shower.

I am personally not a fan of high teas, but my family loves it. It was a beautiful place to take my grandmother. Many women wore dresses and fancy hats. I didn't feel that it was necessary but it's a fun welcoming place to dress up if that is your thing! I am somewhat of a picky eater, one thing I cannot eat is mayonnaise and high teas usually make me anxious because most sandwiches have that. The restaurant was very kind and allowed me to order the age restricted kid's menu and add soup and a Bellini. I appreciated their understanding a lot and overall had a nice time. High tea is very slow paced and the food is mediocre. In my opinion it's not worth it however I am not rating high tea in general, so for this place specifically I do give 5 stars for their service, accommodation, and atmosphere. If you are familiar with high tea and would like a place to experience it I think you will be quite happy here.

Yes, yes and yes! The most amazing brunch and appetizer items were provided from this teahouse for my mehndi ceremony. On top of that because the order was of a good size they came in earlier, prior to the actual time of opening, to prepare and provide the items ordered so that we could have it on time for the event. They do not offer delivery, but the pick up is well worth it. Delicious vegan cold cut sandwiches along with delightful, petite bites, sweet tarts, scones, carrot ginger soup, etc. They cover all the bases for your tea party brunch needs. Two of my favorite items were the hummus tarts and vegan cold cut sandwiches, the kids loved them. Thank you for the great service! If you have a chance to sit in they also provide beautiful ambience.

This felt like what I expected a proper tea to be , I loved the decor- We did the largest tea for two- The two teas we choose were delicious - Loved the soup - All of the sandwiches/pastries were very good - We were the only customers for the whole time- Service extremely disappointing

SUPER NEAT EXPERIENCE! Made me feel like I was in the princess diaries. It's cute and quaint spot located in a plaza in parkland, ample and free parking. My friend organized a table of about 10 for us Saturday morning as soon as they opened. There's different packages of "tiers" to choose from and each tier comes with your own pot of tea. The teas are re-tillable and there's over 20 flavors to choose from so get different flavors so you and your party can taste them all! I think you can even purchase the tea if you love it. Depending on the package you get, it may include alcohol or not and then the pastries and sandwiches will vary. I got the $50 Victorian package which comes with some dessert Pastries and some sandwiches. I'm not a tea fan and it can get a bit pricey if you do this all the time but the experience of it was super neat. Perfect for bridal showers, mother days, friend dates, etc.

The stand out for me was their fruit salad cups. I usually get fruit salad with my breakfast while traveling to keep up my fruit/veggie intake but the fruit tends to be not ripe and/or mostly melon which I don't really like. This fruit salad was very fresh, perfectly ripe and had plenty of kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and grapes- all stuff I love. I also had a frittata every morning, broccoli and cheddar, and it was made very well and a perfect portion. If you're planning on getting something that needs to be warmed up, give yourself 10mins so that they can do it in the toaster, it's worth the extra time. The frittata didn't have much cheese, but I was ok with that since I wanted to have a healthy light breakfast that wouldn't weigh me down or make me feel ill while working. The staff was also very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you were getting the best service. They also have a cute glass teapot with a tea light underneath for sampling their "tea of the day" which changed daily. 5/5
