The two women at the front were so welcoming and informative. They took the time to explain the teas and other offerings and even gave us a tour of the Himalayan salt room, sharing information about the rates and sound baths. For high tea they have The Royal Madison which offers you choice of tea, pastries, homemade scones with lemon curd and clotted cream, assorted finger sandwiches and fresh fruit. For $10 more you can get Megan's High Tea which also includes a slice of quiche, a cup of soup and champagne, a mimosa or fruit juice. We opted for the Megan's High Tea and I'm so glad we did. The spinach/feta quiche and the carrot ginger soup were both very good. My mimosa was perfect and was the perfect accompaniment for the finger sandwiches. The scones were warm right out of the oven and were so delicious that I'm still thinking about them a day later. I really enjoyed all the finger sandwiches with their different fillings, it's hard to pick a favorite. The tea was perfect the hardest part was picking one from the vast array of choices. They also have a cute little gift shop area that's worth checking out. Among the things they sell are a nice selection of assorted teas.
