I went to Ella cafe to grab some coffee before my hair appointment at Ulta. The ambiance is that of a super cool and relaxed coffeehouse with lots of yummy sandwiches and treats displayed. I'm not sure if there is a food menu, but you could easily just point to something that looks good to you! There were two baristas and they were both very friendly. The medium iced black coffee (nothing added) I ordered was $7, which seems very steep to me (no pun intended). Unfortunately, that cost one star. However, the coffee was very good. What a cozy and charming local shop located in Coral Springs. I love the farmhouse style decor with intimate seating areas. I saw couch areas and high tops table areas. Great place to meet up with a friend or a colleague. There were many drink selections besides coffees. Many fresh pastries , sandwiches and omelets are offered. My cappuccino came with a heart design and was served on a unique wooden cutting board with a heart shaped biscuit. The Italian style coffee blend of beans was made to perfection. My chocolate chip muffin was warm and chocolatey. There was a nice crowd of customers on a Sunday. It is really nice to see a local business like this. I didn't even know it existed. I do wish there were prices available to see of the drinks and menu items. Overall, I am definitely interested in returning very soon or even weekly. I cannot believe I have never been to Ella Café in Coral Springs! It is such a great location, and I would say a hidden gem. Once inside I was shocked with how busy they were at around 12 o'clock on a Sunday. I love that because that means it must be a really good spot and that it was. My go to drink at a coffee shop typically is an iced latte with almond milk and I got exactly that at Ella Café. It appears the drinks only come in one size which isn't a bad thing. They have a really nice espresso machine too, which makes you know that this coffee shop is gonna be great. You could really taste the espresso in the latte so you know it was good. I ordered it to go, but decided to drink it inside because I loved the atmosphere. It has a really homely vibes and you would never guess that from the outside facade. Definitely recommend this coffee shop if you're looking for one in Coral Springs. It has all the charm you would think of a small town coffee shop, but within Coral Springs, which is shocking. They have a bunch of different food items too and really nice muffins. I would definitely order a food item next time I go because so many people were getting them. I've been to Ella Cafe in Plantation and was so excited to see a location in Coral Springs! Excellent ambiance and welcoming staff. Chill lighting and cute decor just like the Plantation location. I stopped by this week and this place is just as charming as ever. The space is still so cozy, and I learned they actually have outdoor seating now. There were about two or three tables outside with Ella tabletop napkin holders, and the little patio area was quiet and really nice to sit in. I ordered an iced matcha latte, and the servers handed it to me freshly made. It tasted amazing. The interior was busy when I walked in, so choosing the outdoor patio ended up being perfect. I like this location much better than the one in Plantation. They have much better coffee options, and food options. (See pictures below) Pricing is the same, and overall coffee taste is the same too. I ordered the 'French Toast' iced latte with almond milk. It was very strong, sweet, and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. The issue I had with the other location was that they have a very loud speaker playing music, that when I came in to work, it wasnt do-able. Came across this little quaint cafe as I was going to my bank. This used to be a T-Mobile store . The girl working there said they have been there since last year and looking to expand as franchises . A cute little place offering coffee , lattes , some baguette sandwiches and avocado toast and bakery items. There is a little area you can sit inside or outside too I had a pumpkin cranberry muffin that was $6. It was very moist and tasty with the right amount of cranberries to not takeaway from the pumpkin flavor and was topped off with pumpkin seeds. read more

I'm pretty sure that now I've been to every Ella Cafe in south Florida lol. It is definitely one of my favorites coffee shops because of its unique cozy atmosphere. Although they are always busy, it's not chaotic like other chains. Their playlist is always on point too. I usually get a breakfast sandwich but this time I chose their avocado toast and I am so happy I switched it up. It's sweet and tangy and very filling. It is topped with pumpkin seeds, feta, tomatoes and a balsamic like drizzle. Still daydreaming and drooling about it. For my drink I ordered a latte with French toast syrup and it wasn't my favorite of their amazing syrups but it got the job done. read more

In short: Italian-style coffee with cutesy, home like decor. The latest of Ella locations made its way to the center of Coral Springs. The original Ella opened in 2016 in Plantatjon and I remember it being a sliver of a space. That changed quickly as word got around about the great coffee and food they serve. Unlike other coffee spots, It always feels warm inside ( feeling wise, not temperature). This sentiment carried from Plantation to the latest store. Friendly staff and the feeling that you are visiting a relative (that you like haha ). I've been here a couple of times and the latest interaction made me decide to finally write my review. I walked into the store and the aroma of fresh bacon was difficult to ignore so I had to comment to the barista how lovely it smelled. To my savory surprise, she brought me a sample along with my latte I ordered. It was such a kind gesture and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! Long story short: come for the cafe, stay for the warmth. The Ella in Coral Springs is the perfect place to meet up with friends and colleagues, bring your kiddos and, if you're like me, work. Every week I come to this spot, which also has a Plantation location, to work for a couple of hours, especially if I don't have any meetings as it can get a little loud with conversation and music. The Wi-fi is always strong and there's always plenty of seating, including high tops and low tables and a couple of cozy seats. There's also a kid-friendly table by the window. The vibe is warm and cozy; the walls are in the style of stucco, wood and brick and there's always a friendly barista ready to take your order. As far as the drinks, they're always consistently delicious. Their syrups are homemade and I always ask for the Sticky Banana, but their Hazelnut-Ella is just as delish. When you order them to enjoy at the shop, you'll get your drink served on a cute wooden tray along with their signature heart-shaped Ella cookie. The food menu is pretty diverse for a coffee shop. And if you're a visual person like me, there are replicas of each dish plated and ready for your viewing pleasure right before making your selection at the register so you know exactly what you're getting. You'll find a variety of breakfast (frittata, egg sandwich) and lunch items (Greek or caprese salad or a BLT). Also on display is an assortment of house made baked goodies, like croissants, coffee cake and more under glass lids. The ambiance is great! Came here to study and stayed for about 4 hours. Staff was very nice and food was good. I had the Italian sandwich and the side it came with was delicious. I also got an iced latte with the rosemary caramel flavor and it was YUMMY. Only thing is it was very cold inside (so bring a jacket ) and there was limited outlets so if you're going to be working maybe bring a portable charger. read more

Stumbled upon this Ella Cafe in Coral Springs. I was in the area looking for a spot to work at when I searched on Yelp and found out they had an Ella Cafe in the area! Identical to all Ella Cafes with its decor and intimate setting, it was packed here on a weekday morning and I ended up sitting in one of the chairs to enjoy my food and get some work done. Parking was a bit hard in the lot as it shares it with a lot of businesses and it's a bit small. It was easy to pick out my usuals from both the food menu and drink menu. I added some bacon to their french baguette sandwich (bacon is their only source of meat protein) and a decaf HazelnutElla iced. Usually decaf is hit or miss for me but this one really hit the spot and didn't give me a headache like some decafs in other places do. The service was fast and speedy and it wasn't terrible working from a chair. Overall, a great location! read more

It is a bit small compare to the other ones and it has limited seating but the staff moves fast and people don't take long to get their food . I've been to many ella cafes & I was so excited for another location in Coral Springs. I typically get the hazelnut Ella late with oat milk $7.00. This was is super delish and taste great hot or cold. I also enjoy many of their bakery items including banana loaf & lemon poppyseed muffin. Both great items. If you go in after 4pm they serve your coffee in a plastic cup even if you want to sit inside and sip on it. Today, I paid for coffee at 4:15pm and still I was given a plastic cup to sit inside. The building has plenty of parking in the front and back, which is nice. It's also located near a few shopping places so you can grab a coffee and go shop. The coffee was so good and it comes with their free signature cookie, which was delicious. I go here every weekend. Would go everyday, if they opened earlier on weekdays, but weekends will have to do. I always get the iced caramel latte with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Cute coffee shop. Had the avocado toast and a strawberry shortcake muffin. Both were delicious. Coffee was very good and staff was friendly.

The sandwiches are literally the cutest and most perfect light afternoon lunch bites you could ask for. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup but also had the blt for later. I think the BLT could use a lot less rosemary but the aoili is fantastic on it. The bread however on their sandwiches is SO fluffy and just the right amount of crisp. And absolutely so buttery and delicious. I did feel like I had to fight for a place to sit, so definitely grab a seat as soon as you see one! read more
