The owner, Milton, is from the Dominican Republic and is incredibly charismatic and welcoming. He takes the time to introduce himself to customers and genuinely makes people feel at home in his shop. I had the chance to sit and talk with him for a while, learn more about his story, and hear about the passion behind the café, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. The empanadas are amazing! I tried the beef empanada as well as the Osobuco al Malbec with shredded beef, and both were excellent. I also appreciated that the empanadas aren't fried. Milton recommended the chimichurri sauce, which took them to another level. I went two days in a row and got a different latte each time -- both were delicious. They also offer a great variety of coffee syrups and flavors. The staff was very friendly as well.
