When you are spending close to $15 for 2 drinks it isn't too much to ask that your order be correct. I wanted oat milk and they were out of oat milk, my husband wanted soy milk which I would have settled for but NO soy milk either! We ended up getting coconut milk which neither of us liked unfortunately. What happened to the day when they gave you a coffee card when screwing up your order? I waited at the counter for about 7 minutes, without any acknowledgment by the staff that I was even in the store, let alone offering to take my order. There were FOUR people behind the counter, one at the drive through window. I thought this is crazy and finally left. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today, my boyfriend and I placed a mobile order for pickup--two Venti Iced Matchas with light ice and caramel drizzle. When we picked up our drinks through the drive-thru and drove off, I quickly noticed an issue. My cup was only about 75% full, which was disappointing, but I let it go. Then my boyfriend took a few sips of his drink, only to realize that his cup was about 80% ice--despite us both requesting light ice. For nearly $8 per drink, we expected better. Instead, he ended up with mostly ice, and I barely had a full drink. It's frustrating to pay premium prices and not even get what we ordered. This location gets a lot of traffic, so quality control should be a priority. Someone should be checking drinks to ensure they meet a standard before being handed to customers. Not sure I've ever reviewed a Starbucks before, but this location gave exceptional service so I have to give them a shout out. We did a mobile as soon as we pulled into the parking lot and our order was ready by the time we walked in, which was maybe 5 minutes, if even that. The tall dude, brunette, curly hair greeted us upon entering, and gave us our order. Dude had the happiest, best vibes! Greeting everyone as they entered. Such great energy and enthusiasm. I dig it. I have stopped by this starbucks a few times and everytime I go in the girl with the dark hair named Savannah always makes my day. This was my go-to Starbucks. I am embarrassed to admit that I came here way too often when I was working at the clinic down the street from this Starbucks. What I loved about this location, is that there was a Drive-Thru. So it was fast, easy and really convenient. The location is pretty good too, there's lots of businesses nearby. I'm sure a good amount of their business is from people that work nearby and gotta get their morning fix of Starbucks before going into work lol The line went pretty quick too, even in the mornings. I always had good service here. I stuck to my usual; the zebra hot chocolate with espresso, one of the iced teas or the medicine ball when I wanted something soothing. My drinks were always made well. I think I did ask for the birthday cake pops a couple times when I went, but they were always sold out of them. I guess those went really fast at this location. read more

After taking my dog to the vet I decided to stop in at the local Starbucks. I rarely get to this part of town, but was good to find my favorite coffee stop. My visit was quite pleasant. I was greeted as I entered their store. I found the baristet crew to be.friendly and attentive. The cold drinks were well stocked. The sandwiches and breakfast breads were well displayed. This place has been destroyed by there exCEO.They spentthousands of dollars remodeling this place no chairs and tables inside.Now you have to sit outside no air conditioning 120 degrees outside now that it has cooled off the wind and sand blow everywhere tons of leaves and debris in the sitting area and entrance. The Starbucks at Cook and Gerald Ford doesn't understand the service industry. I ordered my drink well before getting to the store. There were lines in side and in the drive through. Typically I have a decent experience at this Starbucks location outside of being out of items sometimes. The customer service is typically pretty good. Today, I went through the drive through and experienced terrible customer service by a male supervisor. When I pulled up to the window, the person said: "Are you ordering any food items today?" I proceeded to say: "I would like a Venti Iced Gingerbread drink". The person continued to interrupt and rudely ask: "Are you ordering any food items?!" I said I'm telling you my order if you are listening. He kept repeating: "Are you ordering any food items?!" I asked if he could hear me because it had to be some type of glitch in the audio of the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I saw that it was the person interacting with me on the speaker. I stated to him that I felt the interaction was rude and that he wasn't listening to me. He proceeded to double down on his behavior telling me how he wasn't rude and he was listening. He proceeded to give me the WRONG size drink. I expressed that had he not been so rudely interrupting and listening, he would have heard my one item order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he stated he was. I expressed that no way a supervisor acts like that-especially at Starbucks. I asked for an opportunity for feedback to get information on how I could give feedback on my experience. He responded: "What is your feedback?" As if he was going to take my feedback. I communicated: "Why would I give my feedback to the person who is having an unprofessional interaction with me?" I don't go to a store and pay my money to have rude interactions for literally no reason. I would think in supervisor training, one of the primary things you learn, is if a customer brings a complaint to you, there would be an opportunity to diffuse the situation that you created with an apology or some type of concern of the customer experience but it was none of that. I will be going to other Starbucks in the area for a more pleasant experience SMH. read more

Just a note to put this into perspective: I've never been dissatisfied with any Flat White I've ordered... So, I'm thinking that the Barista's there really don't know what they're doing! Plus, the drive thru gal decided to take it upon herself to charge the Starbucks card of other person in my car twice for our separate orders versus my phone app for my order & his gold card for his... I love this Starbucks and the employees are great. It can get backed up at times but the staff is so gracious and hard working. Everything is made to order so you can only go as fast as allowed. I been in line behind or ahead of grumpy clients that can't wait like the rest of us yet the staff has always been nice and welcoming... 7-9am gets crazy packed but my drink is ready in just a few minutes (less than 5).. 12 noon(lunch time) same thing... Great location..... The baristas here are awesome! Very customer service oriented. I visited here a few times during my trip out to the desert and it was a very cozy spot. They ran out of room in the food display and offered coffee cake to the patrons, when one guest declined it graciously collected. My Venti java chip wasn't made up to standard, but they promptly redid my drink to standard. I recommend this location!!! read more

This morning at 10:45....My Husband and I went into Stabucks to get 2 coffee Frappacinos and 2 loafs. I ordered a Venti Sugar free Frappacino with 2 add shots and no whip cream for my Husband and a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappacino for myself. His was terrible....all Vanilla...no coffee. I was very nice and went back to the young lady at the register. I guess my mistake was not asking for it to be coffee based. Anyways the young lady said she would remake it correctly. The girl making the drinks got aggravated. Made a new one and banged it down on the counter. This time....no SF Vanilla in it. My husband drank a few sips of it but it was gross. We were ready to leave as he was very annoyed by now. The drinks aren't cheap so I'm should be made correctly. So I went back up to the young lady on the register and told her she can keep this one too because there's no Vanilla in it this time. She turned to the girl making them and asked it she added Vanilla. The girl said yea...and snickered at us. So we said we'll thank you anyways and we were walking out. The girl making the drinks...Said so very rude...have a nice day and laughed. I said thank you. Didn't get one apology from anyone....just laughs. So I was upset. When I got in the car....I called the store and asked to speak with manager. The girl that answered the phone said there was no manager in today. She asked it she could help me. When I tried to explain... she just cut me off. Again no apology... she hung up. Terrible customer service. We will not be back to that location. Review update. I got the name of the lady at the front whose always amazing! It's Jen. She has a cute new haircut and is no longer Blonde yet still very genuine and remembers my name!! Thanks Jen I really enjoyed the staff at this Starbucks. I was greeted right when I walked in and it was busy! The staff was working really hard and still had time to smile and chat with the customers. I noticed they have quite a few regulars as a lot of guests were greeted by name. I felt like the lady who took my order inside was very patient and professional. I don't remember her name but she's a little older than the rest of the staff that I saw that day. (Blonde hair) It was quite natural for her to strike up a conversation with me and I enjoyed that so I gave her a tip and a smile! I don't know what all the fuss is about with the one stars! My drink was great too. Maybe for those who just want to get in and out without the human connection? Some people need to realize that Starbucks is ALWAYS going to be busy. Why do people expect I'd rather have someone making a good drink and being kind than standing around making sure the bathroom is spotless. But that's just me! read more

I've had a good experience at this location. Cameron always provides great service! However, not so much with other employees. Starbucks really needs to make sure all the baristas know how to make the same drinks correctly. I always order the same thing with the same ingredients and have gotten different drinks! It's really annoying because sometimes I stop before work and because they didn't give me the right drink I have to wait for them to fix it! Starbucks really needs to work on this!!! This has to be the worst Starbucks ever. I always hesitate when I think about coming here. The staff is not engaged and is clueless. This am we ordered Nitro Brew and it was not until 10 minute wait that we were told they were out of it. WTF. Then we were offered regular brew. My after the fact question is we were charged for Nitro Brew and not even offered to refund the additional cost. STARBUCKS on Cook St you SUCK.
