This location is by far one of our favorites! It's on a busy street and almost always has a long drive-thru line, but they handle it incredibly well. If one order is taking longer than expected, the employees will often come outside and start handing out the orders behind it that are ready. It keeps the line moving, and I really appreciate how efficient they are. Pro tip: Order ahead in the app! Once you arrive, they simply check you in, and your order is ready to go. It saves a lot of time, especially during peak hours. I usually order the Double Rainbro Green Tea, but on my last visit I decided to try the Dulce de Leche Latte, and now I'm hooked! It's the perfect balance of sweet and coffee. My husband always goes for the Golden Eagle Cold Brew, and for our son, we get the kids-size Strawberry Smoothie, which is the perfect portion for him. We normally get our Dutch Bros Coffee fix when in Las Vegas so we were so happy to find a location here in Palm Desert. Stopped at this Dutch Bros Coffee location on Jefferson St twice. Great customer service on both our visits. As always there's a line at the drive thru however, the line goes fast and the wait time is not long. Our first visit yesterday afternoon it was a young man at the drive thru. He was great and helpful. He informed us of Dutch Bros Coffee's seasonal drinks. Our second visit today it was a young lady that took our order at the drive thru. She was also great and very nice. Our first order consists of Kicker and Mudslide Mocha Coldbrew both medium. Our second order consists of Kicker and Cocomo both small. Kicker is my all time favorite. The espresso and Irish Cream is a great combination and perfect balance. The Mudslide Mocha is great however it's too sweet for me. It's Irish Cream, Dark Chocolate Cold Brew w/ Chocolate Milk & Cookies & Cream Soft Top. Cocomo is also one of my all time favorite and classic specialty coffee drinks that we like at Dutch Bros Coffee. Happy to know there's a Dutch Bros Cofee location here in Palm Desert that we can frequent when visiting Palm Desert. Every time we are in town, we always make an effort to visit Dutch Bros and every time we go it's always super busy. There are 2 drive thru lines and typically there are 2 employees taking orders. The employees are always very friendly and personable. We have ordered various drinks but my fave is the grasshopper which is dark chocolate with mint. Recently, I tried the candy cane peppermint mocha which is the current promo, but I didn't taste much of the peppermint. It may have just been the topper. The portions are very generous and I usually split the large into 2 days or share with my husband. Great drive thru management. Plenty of space for the line of cars to snake through the empty parking lot and not out into the street. One of my favorite Dutch bros locations that I wanted to give them a stellar review and acknowledgement. Located in La Quinta this is a nice location as it's easily accessible off of the freeway and on the way to the main drive of town. The lines here aren't as bad as other Dutch bros I've been to so that's a plus. The layout of the parking lot also allows for many cars to line up so it's really a good layout for a busy coffee shop when they are at their peak hours. The biggest compliment I can give is that the staff here are always super nice and personable. Dutch bros is already know for bubbly friendly baristas but this location is no exception. Everyone that works here has always been so nice and give off kind vibes. That's the biggest reason I frequent this location and chain opposed to other big brand coffee shops. My recommendations are either their vanilla iced latte or a watermelon passionfruit iced tea. I'm a sucker for a sugary girly drink and they don't miss the mark here. I came here for my birthday drink and something else for the road. The employee at the window was very helpful and friendly. She helped me order a low calorie ice tea without a lot of calories. I was happy to know there were sugar free options vs the high calorie sugar varieties which are about 370 for a large. I love my refreshing zero sugar tea. Genuinely the worst drinks I've ever had from a coffee/drink place, I will never come back especially because the line is horribly long.

I'm usually a big fan of Dutch Bros, but the last two visits have been disappointing. I always ask for light ice, and both times they handed me drinks that were barely 75% full. For nearly $17 for two drinks, that feels like a letdown. If you're going to cut back on the ice, at least fill the cup to the top. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to cause a scene, but it's frustrating to feel like you're not getting what you paid for. I really hope Dutch Bros starts paying more attention to this -- I want to keep coming back, but stuff like this makes me think twice. read more

I don't really get the Dutch Bros hype, even after going out of my way to try it. The drive thru lines were like In n Out burger long & they even had workers on iPads taking your order to speed up the process. Like Starbucks, they have their own terminology so the gal working was so patient with me. So kudos on the service!! I've tried to understand and get behind the hype of Dutch Bros having gone at least once while I'm visiting for Coachella and I just don't. So I've come to the conclusion that I'm just not a fan of their coffee. On the other hand, their service alone gets at least 3 stars (that's how much I dislike their coffee). They are always super friendly, energetic, and the music they play is such an amazing vibe to be around. This location seems to be able to get through any sort of line that I've seen so quickly and even in the scorching heat, the staff is upbeat and I really have to applaud them for that. On my three visits, I've tried 3 different drinks, The Annihilator, Premium Nitro Cold Brew and Caramelizer and I have not enjoyed any of these. On an early Sunday morning, we headed to Dutch Bros and discovered the line was already pretty long. There were two employees in the parking lot taking orders. We ordered one Golden Eagle coffee that came with Vanilla and Caramel. After waiting several minutes, an employee exited the store with our order. He underscored the fact that we would love the coffee, and it would be a great day; very cool employee.
