We came here on Thanksgiving day while the turkey was cooking. Paseo Street has probably over 200 stores. It was quite a walk. We stopped here for a drink. She got a regular coffee and I got some sort of mango tea. They were both good. We were very thirsty. This Starbucks was very crowded and it took a while for the coffee to be ready for some reason. We both when enjoyed the drinks on a rather hot day. Parking was not bad actually.

Lots of people in Palm Desert right now ! Jan 12, 2023

Bathroom To The World You'd think cities would finally figure out how to get a public bathroom..... truly public bathroom available and installed where people could just put a coin in or wave their phone & voila ... the door would open and then could finally relieve themselves. This particular location doesn't have a lock on it .... So no code ... it is one of the busiest bathrooms and dirtiest bathrooms for the Palm Desert area. Use this bathroom at your own risk !

My Daughter and Grand-baby brought me out for some quality girl time, I will say I have never been to a Starbucks my whole life but this was one of the best experiences I've had. The baristas were well mannered and the coffee was delicious. I also tried my Grand baby's frappé and it was delicious just at bit sweet for me. Overall a 10/10 experience!

This team works hard to get drinks and food items prepared efficiently and to the customer'a liking! I've come to learn that a great caramel macchiato isn't as easy to nail as you'd think from one location to the next and this is one location that always hits it on the nail and gets it done several minutes before the mobile order prediction. Great work!

It's suppose to have more than just coffee and espresso. No creamer, no sugar, horrible!!! I always mobile order here and I am very disappointed in the way they made my drink. Ruined my day. If I'm paying $5 dollars for a coffee I expect it to be made right.

got 4 items; 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks ORDERED IN STORE. we waited for our stuff but one drink didn't come out and we were standing by the bar waiting for our orders. As more people come in and out, I understand a coffee shop can be busy, especially during the holidays / mornings. 20 min went by and it was impossible getting any of the workers at the bar's attention so my friend went back to cashier where bigger muscular guy with nose ring wearing yellow flannel was now at the cashier (originally it was a young girl).I handed her my phone to show the receipt as proof of purchase. Mind you, on my cup & 2 sandwich bags also showed time and date. the guy claimed that we ordered it at another store and he boldly said that he didn't want to ask the girls to make my friend's drink because they were too busy; but what about us? We've been waiting for 20 whole minutes watching new customers getting their drinks within few minutes. We settled for a refund back to her credit card for the one drink, but didn't appreciate he's speaking back as if we were lying. attached photos of receipt from my phone AND sticker on cup. lastly, we didn't even come off as rude so there's no need to be rude your customers.

All Starbucks in the desert are excellent with very nice employees. I go to this one because I like El Paseo. Since everyone knows how good the coffee is, my review is on the sweets. The Double Chocolate Brownie is delicious! It's fudgy, yet slightly chewy. The chocolate chunks on top are high quality and melt in the mouth. I highly recommend trying it. The Kitchen Sink Cookie I didn't like as much. It was good, but a little too sweet with the white chocolate chips. It has cranberries, a pretzel, and a oreo wafer on top. It has chew, but not as much as their chocolate chunk cookie and it's soft. The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is delicious, chewy, and soft. The chocolate chunks are high quality. This is a good choice if you like chocolate chip cookies like I do. Butter Croissant: where do I start?! The best butter croissant I've ever had. Get it warmed! If there is a better croissant anywhere else then please let me know! This is flaky, buttery, soft, yet there's a very slight crisp to the two ends! Cheese Danish: It was good. Get it warmed.

The worst nitro cold brew of any Starbucks. They're doing something wrong here. Horrible, brown color and taste.

They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

It was one of those mornings where you need caffeine before the world officially wakes up. I rolled…read moreinto the mall around 10:40 a.m., knowing the shops inside didn't open until 11. The funny thing? While the retail was still shuttered, the cafés and entertainment spots were already buzzing. That contrast -- empty storefronts on one side, the smell of fresh coffee on the other -- gave the whole place a quiet but inviting vibe. I walked into Xanti's and ordered two drinks: a strong macchiato (because sometimes you just need that punch) and a hot lavender matcha for balance. Total was $11.25, which felt more than fair. I tried paying with a $100 bill, but the barista politely explained they couldn't take it. No stress, no attitude -- just professional and smooth. Service really stood out here. The barista, a friendly guy with calm energy, not only took the order but noticed I'd settled into my phone at the table. A couple of minutes later, he personally brought both drinks over. That simple gesture made the experience feel way more personal than you'd expect from a mall coffee stop. As for the drinks? The macchiato was bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I needed. The lavender matcha surprised me -- creamy, floral, not too sweet, just enough to feel like a treat. Together, they struck a perfect balance: one to wake me up, one to slow me down. So yeah, it's technically "just" a coffee spot in a mall, but don't let that fool you. Between the timing, the vibe, and the barista's extra touch, it was one of those experiences that sticks.

We have wanted to come here for a long time since moving to Palm Desert, a couple of years ago…read more My Son, the Navy Veteran really enjoys coming in for coffee and pastry before heading over to CSU where he works. We arrived at 8 AM on Thursday and sat near the front of the restaurant. There were three other tables occupied at the time. I really enjoyed the Bees' Knees latte. My husband enjoyed his latte and my son had iced coffee. Beverages are served in unique and very pretty porcelain teacups. We ordered the Bananas Foster waffle with sausage patties, the half order of prosciutto avocado toast with eggs on the side, and my son had the chilaquiles. This is the kind of place where you can savor an old time atmosphere with many things to see as you enjoy conversation. This is not a fast food restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly. The half order of prosciutto avocado toast was really delicious. The bread was lovely and dense and could have been toasted a little bit lighter for ease in cutting through the vegetables. (This was easily the perfect size for a meal, and the whole order is equally beautiful and generous.) My husband is still swooning over his lovely waffle and sausage patties. He gave his dish a solid 4 stars and talked about it all the way home. My son had chosen the red chilaquiles which had just the right spice level. The place filled up steadily until we left about an hour and a half later. We have a patio outside, which is receiving a new sunshade and lights. Mona the owner explained to us that on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They will be serving dinner. She was warmly greeted by people who are obviously regulars to the café. We look forward to coming back soon because it was very difficult to make a decision on the menu and everything looks so good.

You don't see that kind of hospitality very often anymore. The coffee was excellent, and the pastries were just as impressive.
