This is a good Starbucks here. Great location This use to be a Del Taco many years ago but now it's a Starbucks. They did a good job converting it over. Very spacious inside and I can get a lot of work done when I come. Staff is always friendly too. However it's too bad that there's a homeless problem around here. I think it's because of the abandoned building in the back, there is some drifter and squatter like activity in the parking lot and in the back. Makes me feel like I'm back in DTLA coming to this Starbucks. Homeless people loitering around in the front, coming in using the bathroom and charging their supplies. I guess the staff is just powerless to really do anything or doesn't want to say anything, but it is a bad look for people walking up to the Starbucks seeing two or three homeless guys standing outside talking or even sitting or standing in the back. Seems like some try to use this Starbucks as their base of operations. I've seen the same guy come in and out multiple times and then his buddy showed up and now he's back. I mean it's nothing new to me since Ive seen this in DTLA all day long but when you're out here inland, you just want to get away from all that, but yeah this Starbucks seems to be a magnet here for them. For the most part they keep to themselves still you never know with them because at the end of the day they are unpredictable. Maybe if one starts wigging out with multiple customers around the staff might feel inclined to not let them loiter around., but then it's like damn if we have to have a security guard at the Starbucks then it's really not a good look. I get it why people want to get out of L.A. they don't want to be reminded to vagrant activity and seeing these things just reminds you of the reason why you left. But then you see it again here and you're like damn I just can't away from it. When I came in the other day the same homeless guy came in and then got the bathroom code and was in there for close to an hour. He came out only to the staff knocking to check in on him. When he left they were like "he needs to respect our store better" to which another staff member was checking the parking lot and his car since he was walking up and down wigging out. Hate to insinuate but we know what he was doing in there all that time. I became concerned and even tried to tell the staff that they probably should close down the bathroom from other customers going in until they do a deep clean. You just never know these days and god forbid if he was doing fentanyl because if anyone else touches it they're in deep trouble. You can't even breathe fentanyl or touch services or you'll die. Then that's a big lawsuit for Starbucks if they are not properly sanitizing the bathroom. I worked in DTLA during the fentanyl epidemic and there were multiple cases where I worked at which prompted a DEA investigation where I was working at the time. I have more stories but I really wanted to leave this review to give people a heads up. It turns out the staff can't question anybody that walks in so why have a bathroom code if you're going to give it out to the homeless to use so they can go in there and do drugs. The staff says because of lawsuits that have happened they can't say anything. So a homeless person can walk inside the Starbucks , ask for the bathroom code and go inside to do drugs yet the staff can't say anything to someone who is doing illegal drug activity in fear of being sued. Just let that sink for a second. I'll wait... If you go to this Starbucks, just be mindful, it can get pretty sketchy here. read more

Just go down the street to the location on CENTRAL*chefs kiss* the barista just gave me the nasitest attitude after I told them the matcha was too light and milky and went as far to to show me the matcha scooper to justify even tho I get this drink every day. As far as I am aware as a former barista they stopped charging for light ice and I called multiple Starbucks. They said the same thing even for a tea or refresher because my mom has gone to MULTIPLE Starbucks but this is the only one that charged her a dollar everytime. If you look closely at the picture I posted there's a small hair attached to my egg bite. I must say my appetite was immediately gone after I bit & seen there was a hair that looked like a pube. I have become fond of few of the Starbucks locations in the Ontario area, and while there are plenty of locations -- I must say I was pretty disappointed all throughout. Starbucks just seems to be popping in SoCal, and especially in Ontario. Perhaps, it's because there's no other coffee chains like in LA, but there is ALWAYS such a long wait here. I ordered at the store the first time around and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes -- I knew not to do that again so I ordered mobile order the second time around and I showed up even 5-10 minutes past the expected prepare time, but it was still not ready and I had to wait a good 5 minutes before getting my drink. I understand morning time is rush hour so it may be busy, but man the folks here need some help. I am not downgrading it any further because the folks I encountered here were super nice and all very chill, and my drink was also made perfectly -- but I hope they are able to either add some more locations or pump up the efficiency here because they definitely need it. read more

When you're having a rough day in 100 degree heat and dealing with inland empire traffic, an ice cold coffee Frappuccino is perfect. Since I haven't lived in SoCal for over two decades finding a Starbucks was my first challenge and lucky for me my third attempt at a Starbucks was a hit. Not only was it an easy in to the parking lot but a quick order and on my way. I found the patio a nice visual setting surrounded but beautiful palm trees. The restaurant next door played Mariachi music that could be clearly heard. Now normally I may not appreciate that but when you have a busy street with constant traffic the music was a delightful addition. As for my coffee it was amazing and hit the sport! Kaiya had the worst attitude, not sure why, there were less than 5 people in the entire store when I walked in and they were not busy AT ALL. After ordering with Kaiya everyone else was pleasant, asked if i was waiting for my order-- which I was-- I had gone to the restroom immediately after ordering and when I came out 5 min later nothing was ready. They can pop a sandwich in the oven and it takes 2 min to warm so not sure what the hold up was... the nice young man put my sandwich in the oven and bagged my cake pop. 2 stars for him. read more

Depending on what time you come but sometimes the drive-thru lines can be very long. So it can cause quite some traffic around here so be careful.
