I was at this Starbucks inside Target on Hwy 16 this past weekend and the drink I ordered had next to no coffee in it...it was straight up milk with a splash of coffee. I'm not one to return a drink so I left because they were quite busy... Now while checking my bank account I somehow got charged $22 for 2 small drinks?! Clearly someone "tipped" themselves and didn't tell me. the total should have been somewhere around $10-$12 for these drinks! You can bet they'll be getting a call from me. read more

Overpriced, over-roasted, over-played baristas, over-politicized environment... Really, I can't believe anyone wants char-broiled coffee. It has to be the 2-1 sugar to liquid ratio or something. I got a drink from here today and got the paradise drink, I noticed there was black dots and specks all in my drink on top of the fruit and bottom and asked what it was, the barista goes "oh no sorry we will remake it" they then hand me a new drink and I notice it's the same drink with new fruit on top of it. I have my boyfriend go in and get me a new one and my new one has black spots all in the bottom of the drink, I never complain just overall upset because I love Starbucks but upset that they didn't make me a new one to begin with read more

My husband ordered us cappuccinos from drive through and came to pick me up elsewhere. When we went to eat them, we both noticed they were knot half full. I have had many cappuccinos from them and understand the foam on top, but this was essentially half a cup of coffee at full price. read more

Lousy service. I had to have two other employees check on my food preparation.... it was never done until I asked for my money back. Afternoons and evenings they never have dark roast brewed....our overs both take time and never taste the same. I would not recommend this Starbucks for anyone. read more

I walked in with my boyfriend to get some teas. Waited a very long time at the counter for someone to take our order. When we put the order in, I got mine right away but my boyfriend didn't. We waited and waited and waited, while employees didn't acknowledge us when I finally said something. Was told there was "something wrong with their system" and had to give the order again. Annoyed. Someone could have at least acknowledged the fact we were waiting so long. read more

They were very busy and still got our large order and coffees really fast. The Cashier Allison was really friendly and I didn't get the name of the other girl but she was very friendly also. They have those nasty blow dryers in their bathrooms to dry your hands with. A U of Conn study finds hot-air dryers suck in fecal matter, bacteria and other spores and when the next person uses the dryer, that same bacteria is sucked back out again onto "clean" hands. TAKE THE HAND DRYERS OUT OF YOUR BATHROOMS, YOU ARE MAKING YOUR CUSTOMERS SICK! read more

Horribly long wait in the drive thru today. Only like 3 cars ahead of us and it took like 20 minutes. If I wanted to wait that long I would park in the atrocious parking lot and waste my time inside. This drive thru is always ridiculous and I don't understand how it can possibly take that long for coffee. If customers are made to wait forever the least the employees could do is apologize. Nope. Like another user mentioned, they need a second one in this town in a better, less crowded location. Also, I left a review two weeks ago bc they're always out of Blonde Espresso or the machine is down and it looks like it was removed I've been going to Starbucks for 10+ years but lately customer service has went down the toilet. The last 5-6 Times that I have been to the Starbucks the line outside at the mobile window has been ridiculous and once you're in it you cannot get out. One time I was able to get out I went inside and then they lost my order and when they did it it was all wrong. Today again I am in a long line that goes to the street and it's not like it is moving car after car.......it is a dead sit and wait. Something is wrong with the staffing inside of the store as it did not used to be like this. When I see this line it makes me not want to come to this store. I would definitely not go to Starbucks today. Sadly, they must be having troubles with the mobile orders; however, no barista communicated that until after I had waited the full 9 minutes the mobile order stated as well as at least 5 minutes in the lobby. When I went to pick up the mobile order, the scones were there, but no drinks were present, so I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a barista asked what we were eating for (after quite a few people had gathered in the lobby area). Then she mentioned the mobile order issue and proceeded to make the drinks. I placed the mobile order at 10:18 and walked out of the store at 10:48. I did not get my extra shot I ordered, either. No apologies were made, while only a brief explanation was offered. Sorry, Starbucks, but with Caribou, Moka, and locally owned small town coffee shops, the $14.77 I paid for two grande drinks and vanilla scones was totally not worth it. This starbucks is amazing, I love all the people that work there, they are the best, and work very hard! I came into the store and I was greeted instantly :) also I got my drink and it was exactly what I ordered, nothing was wrong, and it tasted amazing. I didn't have to wait at the register, not even for 10min. They took my order right away. They may have been out of a few things, but the baristas do t have any control over that. And besides you've never run out of something at your job....? Come on, give them a break. Great job onalaska starbucks, keep it up! read more

The coffees we got at this Starbucks were perfect! One iced caramel macchiato and an iced cinnamon dolce latte. Sometimes we'll get bitter coffees, but this time they were great! No complaints here. read more

I heard about the new Unicorn Frapuccino and I was really excited to go and get it today on my only day off. When I pulled up to the drive-thru it said that they were out of ingredients and I was really upset because today was the only possible day for me to get it... It's just disappointing. You have to just assume this is going to be a big-seller, why wouldn't you stay stocked up on the ingredients that you need? I'm very disappointed and upset.. You can't beat Starbucks Chai Tea. My only complaint is that they are much slower than their Seattle counterparts and when you are going thru the drive-thru they don't give you your total til you are at the window. read more

I have been coming here for 8 years. I have never had a bad experience with any management or employees once, either in store or drive thru. Store is always clean and often busy and packed, but that's pretty standard for a coffee shop like Starbucks. Employees are kind and polite and always make me feel welcome. Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited at the register for approximately ten minutes until an off duty barista told the five people currently staffed to help me. And even then it took someone two minutes to get over to me. Mind you, there was no one in line or at the drive through. The place was deserted. Then, when I finally do order they are never fully stocked even in the middle of the week. Or they make an order wrong on a regular basis, especially when it's a drive thru order. Today for example, I ordered a frap, adding java chips and a banana and a cake pop, because I had a free drink coming. When I gave her my card I told her I had a reward and she acknowledged it and then continued to forget. Then they made my drink wrong, so remade another in the wrong size. Ended up with three drinks that were all wrong and no cake pop. All the baristas have a bad attitude and no work ethic. Definitely a 1 out 5. Do not recommend. read more

This Starbucks is out of main ingredients every single week. In the last month, they have been out of mocha and/or caramel and/or toffee nut syrup weekly--and I am not exaggerating. Prior to the last 5 weeks, it happened at least twice a month. The employees are always super nice and friendly, but when they are unable to make your drink at least one trip per week (and usually more), it's super frustrating. Don't understand how a major corporation doesn't have its inventory system down. Caribou, Moka and Gloria Jean's can thank Starbucks for their recent increase in business!!! read more

Walked in but I was not greeted or acknowledged for at least a minute. The "slow-roasted ham snd swiss" breakfast sandwich was not as good as thr first time I had one and the croissant was broken and smooshed. I guess thr hipster chick making and putting it in the bag thought it was okay to serve instead of grabbing another, more visually appealing sandwhich. I don't understand since it's Starbucks, there is one standard whether I visit in L.A. or Tampa, FL or NYC or Chicago! It needs to be the same everywhere at every at Starbucks. Also, since I am rewards member and I asked her to check my card and she forgot to mention I had a offer for a $3 breakfast sandwhich I could have utilized instead of paying full price. Also, there was a I house company meeting or the managers and employees going over how operations should run at that store, the only SBs in the area, and it ass loud and annoying. Plus the manager gave me a look when I moved seating areas, and walked out the door when I needed to get something. I very much like Starbucks and if there was another one in the area, I would have rather visited that one. This was my worst Starbucks experience in the last 10 years. When we walked in, we were were the only people at the register yet we were not acknowledged for about 5 minutes - and they weren't busy with other customers. There were 6 employees; two on drive thru, one barista, one doing something behind the counter and two cleaning or sweeping or whatever and none of them even said hello when we did. When we finally were asked what we wanted, we were told that no chai tea was available. Found another choice which tasted fine and added a sandwich. Luckily I was close to the counter when the sandwich was done since it was thrown down by the employee - no name called out, just 'here's a turkey sandwich' as the employee walked away. Disappointing to say the least since we love the drinks but we won't be back to this one any time soon! read more
