Seems like another Starbucks? but not really because this one is a quaint yet very nice and has a warm and welcoming ambience inside. and this where I met very nice, friendly and super helpful ladies who worked there - Cin and Carol (if I remember the 2nd lady's name correctly). But those 2 very helpful ladies there when I came, ordered and picked up a few beverages to bring to my clients really helped make a positive difference on a hot day. Thank you to You Wonderful Ladies! read more

I came back to this Starbucks inside NoHo West today in the early morning to get my wife her drink since I was going to be here to pickup a cake. Since I came in the early morning like close to when they just open, they were not busy and I just park in front of the place at the 10 minutes pick up parking spot. I placed my order through the app when I was in the car after parking, I got my wife her iced chai latte. The moment I walked inside, I saw the barista working on a drink so I just look at their food options. She then came to ask what I would like to order and I told her I already placed the mobile order I give her my name and she said that my drink was the one she just made. The drink was made exactly like I ordered it with light ice. read more

My daughters encountered Horrible customer service 10/7/26 received from a "Barista" No name on name-tag. She refused to give her name; Supposedly goes by 'Jasmine' as her colleague stated. Very disrespectful and insinuating my daughter had her remake a drink a bigger size to avoid paying after they offered to pay the remaining balance because the cashier charged a grande. My daughters were nothing but polite when they let them know the drink was not only made incorrectly but was given a different size. There was no need to have attitude towards ANY CONSUMER and if you do, consider not working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointed with this 'Jasmine' if it is that is her name. Not even an apology which could have avoided this long review. If you decide to come to this Starbucks location make sure to have the cashier repeat your order to avoid a situation like ours and (uncomfortable environment). read more

Stopped by Starbucks and had the Caramel Brulee Latte, while my husband ordered a Medicine Ball Tea. Both drinks were on point--the Caramel Brulee was sweet and festive, and the Medicine Ball was warm and soothing, perfect for a chilly day. Service was fast and efficient, with our drinks ready in no time. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving smoothly. Overall, a great experience with consistent quality and quick service. read more

Honestly, even one star is too much for this location. Attitude and rudeness from the "manager" Tanya Eskandari is a norm. Whoever appointed her as manager needs to reconsider their choice. Sales could easily triple if she was gone... read more

I had errands to run in this shopping center, so I stopped by the Starbucks there earlier to get a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. The inside of this store is nice and clean. Ari was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Her and her co-workers quickly got my order ready. Parking is tricky in this mall, but I like the location and I'll be sure to come back as the service was fantastic and my drink was super tasty. read more

I happen to like this location. Plenty of outdoor seating with a great area for kids to play in. There is a shooting fountain during the summer months and the kids love it. Service here is good. The baristas are very friendly and my drinks are always ready quickly. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Surrounded by a few good places to eat. The inside is very clean with plenty of seats and free wifi! read more

I live in the neighborhood and visit noho west often which means visits to Starbucks. I went in when it was empty, no one in line, u went to the pick up area and asked if I could have a cup of water (mind you I did purchase a coffee) and the person there said I would have to go in line and order one. I mentioned that they told me that I could just go and ask for water and just got the run around. I left. Customer service has sadly been declining slowly ... not sure if the reason read more

One of the worst Starbucks experiences ever. I made a mobile order and there's no option to add an ice water (even tho I've seen it on other Starbucks menus as recent as last week). I picked up my mobile order and requested an ice water since I couldn't add it to my order through the app and the barista told me I'd have to wait in the line to order. What sense does that make when I ordered through mobile for a reason? You can't have both. Either figure out how to get the water option back on the menu (because You're lying that Starbucks as a whole took it off, I've SEEN it on other Starbucks menus so you are CHOOSING to not have it in order to be difficult.) OR allow people who order mobile to simply request an ice water. It's not that hard to be a decent human. read more

This morning at 6:12am, my usual Starbucks was closed due to loss of power (winds). So I went to the Starbucks located at 6150 Laurel Canyon Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606. No parking. One barista working. No other partner visible. I was not greeted/acknowledged. The barista went through a lost and found box for another guest and then started to make mobile order drinks without washing her hands. She would not take my order. So I left. The store manager needs to retrain their staff on handwashing protocol and customer service. read more

By far the worst one I've ever been to. They run a tight ship here. You're met with attitude and annoyance from staff.

They redo my drink because it seemed too low filled with whip cream. No hassle and easy to talk to. My girl was happier when they remade it. Thanks! read more

If you enjoy catching up with friends outside this is the Starbucks for you at NoHo West. Friendly staff, clean clean clean, and the open high ceiling tied into the contemporary design makes this one of my favorite stops before heading to Trader Joes or catching a movie at Regal Cinema. I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. I work nearby and not only is it convenient, the staff is also extremely friendly and hard working. I've never had an issue here and their common area is alway super clean, unlike other places I've been too, and no lock on the bathroom door. I don't venture out much with my coffee since I mainly only drink iced lattes but whenever I want to spice things up they are always wonderful in helping me pick something to try. read more

Not a fan of Starbucks anymore because of pricey drinks. I was redeeming my birthday reward and was actually trying to avoid this location because of the parking issues. I did a mobile order for another location next to this location. So I went to that location but after waiting there for a bit I realized I somehow placed an order at the location with parking issues !! So went there but by the time I got there my drink which was Frappuccino was melted and I was gonna deal with it. But the barista was super nice and she offered to refill it for me. Great customer service. Five stars for that. read more
