The selection here isn't bad, but the machines are often malfunctioning and messy, so only 4 stars. They don't do samples. The campfire s'mores for 25 calories an ounce and was really good. The blueberry for 25 calories an ounce was not great. I enjoyed the tiny spicy mango candies. Service was reasonably friendly. Ambiance is ok. Only outdoor seating but the weather is good. I would repeat. read more

My kids love froyo. Never had a bad experience with froyo. I mean how can it ever go wrong? Stopped by during their 20th birthday celebration and picked up some prepacked froyo for free. How awesome is that? Got froyo for the kids and got free froyo for me. It was a good day. read more

I have been wanting to write my review on Yogurtland for a long while. I guess today is the day. This particular Yogurtland is amazing with their friendly staff and cozy Ambiance. Have been there so many times, but this is my first review. All employees are happy to help you any time of the day. I was there yesterday and felt like having frozen yogurt so I went in. After contemplating and deciding which flavor to have, I went with their most popular(IMO) plain frozen yogurt with 3 toppings: Blueberries, Strawberries, and kiwi. All was delicious. They have so many toppings to choose from that will make your head spin. In a good way that is. Their options are: Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, drinks, different kind of toppings, & dessert. All fresh, creamy and delicious!:-) They are kid friendly, pet friendly, vegan and gluten free friendly & have Catering Service. Different strokes for different folks. If you have a rewards program on your App/phone, they will honer that too. It's just wonderful to be a kid again; second time around!:-)) They have few cute tables & chairs, right in front of the shop, and you can also seat inside and enjoy whatever you are in for. Cozy, quaint, colorful, and beautiful:-)) Plenty of parking spaces in a big shopping center shared with numerous, countless businesses. The main store to look for is Ralphs. Do you have a favorite flavor?? I have too many, but my stomach can only take one, maybe two, to take home. Place is very clean and the rest... you need to go and check it out for yourself! Enjoy!:-)) read more

Machines not working, machines have no yogurt. Not good experience. The ones that have yogurt was watery disgusting

I have been to many locations of Yogurtland and this is the only location that leads me frustrated almost every time. I have a gift card. I've been trying to use up since December 2024. I have an eye I have a balance and for some reason, most of the cat cashiers don't know how to retrieve it and it always becomes the circus. One person calls another person over then another person calls the manager on the phone and they can't figure it out. I'm not saying that everybody there is incompetent but most of the people are, been one or two who actually know what they're doing better training might help. read more

Did the price go up ? I'm paying 74 per ounce right now. Get yogurtland very often. Getting less than usual and price and weight is much more than ever. We enjoy the yogurt but something off with the weight. Thank you for letting me know when price went up or scales are off. read more

I just had surgery and wanted a plain tart yogurt. The person who picked it up had never been there before ask Leidy and she directed him to where it was so he pulled the middle of her which gave me two flavors so I called to ask if they could, return it and she said she would have to call her manager and she would call me back in 30 minutes. She called back at seven unfortunately they were not able to because it was not their fault was the person who picked it up instead of being compassionate and caring were rude And dismissive of my situation. I will never return there another location. Most businesses would be commodity of this one completely poor customer service choose another location for your yogurt! Sad but true... read more

Pick your cup size, fill with your favorite flavors, add toppings and enjoy. That's how I roll at Yogurtland. I usually try something new every time to find a different combo I like. This location is clean, staff always cool and the vibe is chill. read more

Was hesitant to try it due to the reviews! Turns out it's mostly justly the entitled people of LA again who want free, cheap and refunds! Customer service was great, store was clean and staff was friendly, and frozen yogurt is always an excellent choice! read more

Okay. I went back in today because since I paid $20 for my ice cream, I got a $5 reward. So, this time I got the same cup, same ice cream and same topping and I went to weight it, it was only 8.9 oz. I told the cashier that this didn't make sense. Last week this same cup of ice cream was 28 ounces. So, I showed her this review, with the photo, my receipt and she said that the last cashier should have caught it and reset the scale. She comp me for the ice cream today, which was nice. I didn't ask, she did it automatically. But to know I pretty much paid for 4 cups of ice cream and only got one ice cream, that's insane. I didn't get the lady's name, but she was very nice and attentive. read more

I love the variety of toppings they have here. The variety of frozen yogurt is also amazing. I love all the different choices here. Inside isn't the cleanest, but I do like how everything is placed. The workers are okay but other than that everything's good. read more

One of the employees was in the back cleaning when we arrived, so I did need to say "excuse me" to get her attention. We initially needed to use the restroom, but I was very impressed with how clean the facility was! The manager, Alyssa was super warm and welcoming, and had great customer service. I suspect It was near closing time, because she was thoroughly cleaning down all of the yogurt dispensers and wiping down all surfaces. It's nice to know that cleanliness is priority at this location! Overall, the frozen yogurt was good. I was bummed that my favorite topping wasn't in stock, but the other toppings are just as delicious. We don't go out for frozen yogurt very often, but would definitely come back to this location. read more

Half their yogurts were out which is crazy considering they have 20+ I know no one will care but $35 for 3 yogurts feels a little naughty. read more

More like 3.5 stars. Got a 2 for 1 coupon in the mail and decided to check it out. It's located in a somewhat sketchy shopping center and there's lots of parking. There were several fro-yo flavors to choose/mix and a good variety of toppings. The cashier seemed friendly. There's a couple of small tables in the narrow, mostly clean store. The yogurt was good but I think I like Menchie's more. read more

Great taste and great price. Never went to the actual store, always order a delivery The price is great when compared to the other places in town and the taste is amazing. Big portions and great variety of toppings. Long opening hours are great for the late night snacks read more

I can't speak to the in-store experience, but I order from them quite often through Uber Eats. A while back there was a small problem with my order and tonight when my order came there was a lovely note of apology and a little extra goody. It was very thoughtful. It wasn't signed directly but the server name on the receipt was Alyssah. Everyone in my house loves their yogurt and we will continue to be customers. read more

My kids and I love this place. We've been going here ever since this place opened. I loved that they have various flavors and topics you can add on. I also like that you control how much yogurt you add to your cup. They used to give sample cups but due to Covid, they no longer give the cups. They also started putting the toppings for you. Other than that... still the same delicious taste. They have seasonal flavors as well. TIP: Download the Yogurtland app to earn some points! They have outdoor and indoor seating. read more

I cannot stress enough how helpful Alyssa was. She provided excellent customer service and really made the trip here a whole lot of fun. I'll definitely be coming back with friends read more

It's almost been a year since I've been here and my favorite manager is no longer there to my surprise. I still enjoyed my plain tart even tho I had to wait for them to refill the machine. Can use a little cleaning where the yogurt dispenses, or maybe they were just busy but never had an issue with the store cleanliness with the old Manager. read more

No complaints! This is a solid Yogurtland location that is clean and has a ton of options for both fro-yo and toppings. The fro-yo flavors were diverse allowing everyone to enjoy what was offered, ie chocolate, peanut butter, cheesecake, mango, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, hazelnut cafe, oreo, etc. I feel like anyone could find an option here. The staff is friendly and there's a huge parking lot. read more

Just what it should be... delicious. All the flavors were working, toppings were plentiful, and the tables bordering the parking lot were available to sit at. read more

manager refused to give samples. says owner doesn't allow it. so how do i what the new flavours taste like lol. the long curly haired guy is exceptionally rude and hiding in the back so he doesn't have to deal with customers. wow what changed you guys used to be nice. never returning here and give them my business. customer service actually matters. learn how to speak to people who contribute to your paycheck. no business means your out of a job genius! read more

The service is great! They need a little more cleaning outside but it's mostly tolerable. It is in a busy parking lot but you'll definitely find parking. The staff is always smiling and ready to help.. read more

Surprised they now have soft serve ice cream in a few flavors. Yogurt flavors were less and some empty. Employees were pleasant .

I went with my family and all of us got sick! My kids were throwing up continuously. I ended up taking them to the Er because they could keep anything down! The adults had horrible stomach pain and diarrhea. I've tried calling them a bunch of times but I can't reach them read more

My wife, kids and I decided to come here to grab some yogurt. We usually go to the one in Burbank on Victory Blvd. As we walked in seconds later a homeless man walked in and poured himself yogurt and left without paying. The staff said this happens often which I brought up my comment saying that it is a major sanitary concern. How do we know if the machines are properly cleaned if homeless people keep coming and taking yogurt freely without being clean. read more

Perfect treat on a hot day. Decent selection of flavors, wish they did have more non dairy flavors. Plenty of topping options. You fill up the cup yourself with frozen yogurt, but staff will add toppings for you. Store was clean and an employee was consistently wiping machines and outside tables. We initially came due to receiving a bogo coupon in the mail, well worth it and we will be back to try more flavors. read more

Everyone has always provided good service at this location, I've been coming here for a while now. Until I came across this new employee who was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Bad customer service. Will never come back if he is there. I believe his name is Andres. I heard a co worker call his name. I didn't even end up buying anything. Hopefully the manager talks to this employee so he can get proper training on customer service and professionalism. read more

The service is terrible. I came in 4/7/23 at 10:10 PM. Not even 30 minutes till close and the worker with the glasses refused to refill any of the yogurt. The only thing that worked was the regular tart yogurt and everything else was out. How does Yogurtland run out of yogurt read more

Yogurtland - The lady that didn't care about guest or the business. Thanks G. - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - North Hollywood, California

Charge too much for delivery and barely give you toppings. I even asked in the comments section for less yogurt to make up for having more toppings as I know they do everything by weight, yet they gave me a tiny little cup of toppings that I paid a dollar extra for. Rip off. No thanks! Pinkberry is way better! read more

Not only did it say on the yogurtland app that they would be open, but when i got there the staff was nothing short of rude and arrogant. Forcing me out of the store while i was trying to show them that the information on their site was wrong. Yogurtlands branding is all about kindness and smiles. Incorrect information combined with a bad attitude brings back a flood of bad memories. Mainly of my ex crying in her car because they didn't have the promised flavor. Whoever the franchisee of this location should be embarrassed. Corporate should be ashamed. I should get a $100 gift card. Fuck it, I'm going to Menchies. read more
