Amazing service, top-notch bagels, the cream cheese and lox tomatoes. Everything is really best of the best. Nice ambience. They're also bagel with sausage egg and cheese. Delicious. I highly recommend Einstein prices are excellent. They're hashbrowns are excellent. Also, a great breakfast spot to order from you will not be disappointed.

Very busy parking lot but that's nothing new in Studio City. I went in to get a bagel. Waited about 5 mins before someone took my order. The owner or manager was on the phone but I could see three employees in the back talking. I ordered an onion bagel with cream cheese. A guy came in after me and ordered. When the lady called a bagel he took it. I realized about one minute after he left the shop that he took my onion bagel. They remade mine. I left to eat it at home. The bagel was fine but there was barely any cream cheese. Like half of a spread. When did bagel shops start to put barely any cream cheese on a bagel even though they're so much more expensive now. Paid almost $5 for basically bread. Won't be back unfortunately.

First time at this location and it was just about a perfect experience. My order was made to my specs and arrived in a timely manner. The ingredients tasted fresh as well as the coffee. Parking was easy at 6am at this locale. They did open up a few minutes late but it wasnt a huge delay - I'll be back .

Ordered the Tasty Turkey bagel and were out of the Asiago bread so had to get the spinach instead. Also ordered a hash brown on the side that looked like a biscuit. The food was pretty mediocre but what made me take another star away was the service. The girl behind the counter was not pleasant at all. Love the fact that have doggie bagels so would return for that reason alone.

never eating here again. sorry Bros! my husband came back with 2 bagels for me that i ordered. one for now, one fore later. not eating either of them. asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with butter, i grab it. smells good but open it up.. completely burnt in the inside! WTF i was like okay, tried it nope! taste like burnt burnt. then i got the pretzel bagel for lunch (it says it comes with dipping sauce) the beer cheese was on the bagel. but either way, the bagel looks NOTHING like it does online.. it's actually funny but it's not cause im hungry. anyways it doesn't taste like a pretzel bagel either. and was not good. definitely needs to be served as a side to dip not actually on the bagel. Can't eat either of them. Western Bagel always wins for me.

I had made an order at 10:40am and ordered it ahead of time for 11:30am because I know they get busy, when I get there I am told that they don't have the bun I ordered so I had to pick a different one and wait for it, so I did meanwhile I try to buy an orange juice while I wait and I'm in line for about 5 minutes because the cashier is talking to another customer for a long time while I waited next in line. I end up getting my order close to 12pm and I thought that's it but once I get home I look at the bagel the one they had to make because they didn't have the bun and it's burnt all around.

Finally got to try this place yesterday! I've been constantly seeing ads and driving by them but we finally made the drive out to try it! Parking lot is awful. Super squishy and it was packed when we went around noon ish. I found an open spot right in front that I was able to squeeze into and I did a perfect job backing in but the car to my right literally did an awful job and made it impossible for my passenger to get in and out. We walked in and it was busy! They also only had 1 person running the registers so she was running back and forth between them. We ordered a Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich with subbed everything bagel, a bacon, egg, avocado, tomato & cheese sandwich with subbed everything bagel as well (for my mom) since it's one of our favorites. We looked at their everything bagel and it looked LOADED but was super disappointed. I don't usually get a bagel sandwich but the chorizo one sounded bomb and it was! My only complaint was that the everything bagel is not like your typical one. It's basically loaded with poppy seeds and sesame seeds ONLY. No salt flakes or garlic which was such a disappointment. My mom enjoyed hers and my bf got the farmhouse and regular French toast bagel with plain cream cheese, very very good! I got a small iced mocha latte which wasn't great and I wasn't expecting much. It tasted kinda like chocolate milk and just watered down in general. Barely any coffee flavor. It was also odd standing around since the tables are close to where you order and check out and people were just kind of all over the place. They had a larger table in the back corner which felt a little trapped since it was behind another table but also next to the fridge for the cream cheese. Cluttered is what it felt like in here but they have seating outside which is honestly probably better and nicer. Weather was perfect! While waiting for our sandwiches, my bf hopped back in line to get a dozen bagels to last us the week. Delicious bagels that we had this morning, in LOVE with the garlic bagel and wish we got more of that one. We got a good variety of sweet and savory ones and some of their cream cheese (chive & onion and a honey almond one). Overall it's a good bagel shop but a little out of the way for us. We grabbed two breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one without, and both were standout in their own way. The first thing you notice? These sandwiches come out piping hot, wrapped tight and ready to go. Crack them open and you're hit with perfectly cooked eggs and an almost ridiculous amount of gooey, melted cheese. Not skimpy, not balanced, loaded in the best possible way. The Kaiser roll deserves its own shoutout: lightly toasted with just enough crunch on the outside while staying soft and pillowy inside. It holds everything together without getting soggy, even with all that cheese. * The meat version had crispy, flavorful bacon layered just right, salty, smoky, and not overdone. * The meatless one didn't feel like a compromise at all, still rich, filling, and honestly just as indulgent thanks to the cheese and eggs. No frills, no gimmicks, just classic deli breakfast sandwiches executed really well. Bottom line: If you want a hot, cheesy, perfectly toasted breakfast sandwich that actually hits the spot, Paulie's is a win. I can't wait to go back for lunch!

My dining companion had the Penne Alla Vodka which she really liked. I didn't get to try any, but if a pasta dish is the winner from a deli, well, enough said. My husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, although almost all the pastries were already sold out, so I'm guessing the real rush is in the mornings. Overall, I personally wasn't a fan, mainly because the drinks and most of the food felt pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the most bland matcha I've had, which is surprising considering there was strawberry puree in it. It didn't taste low quality, just very muted and not something I'd order again, especially since I get matcha (and strawberry matcha) pretty often elsewhere. My husband got the pistachio latte and liked it, but mentioned it leaned a bit too sweet for his taste. For food, we tried the breakfast bagel and I genuinely can't believe how bland it was. It had all the components you'd expect, everything bagel, eggs, cheese, aioli, bacon, and more, but somehow it just fell flat. I kept wanting to add salt or some kind of sauce to bring it to life. I actually stopped eating it because it didn't feel worth it to keep going for something so flavorless. The one highlight was the spinach quiche. I really enjoyed it and would come back for that specifically, although it did feel a little pricey for what it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if someone else wanted to go, I wouldn't object.
