I had a great time at Starbucks. Got myself a steaming white mocha - tasted amazing, nice warmth, smooth texture, not too sweet but still rich with that coffee kick. Hit the spot completely, actually. Made everything seem cozier without trying too hard. The space had a cozy, welcoming feel. Sitting there made it easy to unwind or grab a drink without pressure. Neatness stood out - everything in its right spot - which boosted the good mood of the place. The team stood out - warm, open, ready to help. Friendly vibes, took their time, showed they actually wanted you to enjoy it. That little touch changes everything. All in all? Smooth visit, tasty brew, comfy corners, people who mean well. Starbucks is fairly consistent from location to location but this location is definitely one of the worst I've been to recently. The baristas are indifferent and they don't seem like they really want to be there. In addition, they frequently get drink orders wrong and it just feels like a bother to ask them to fix the drinks. I'd rather drive 10 mins out of my way to avoid this location and I'd recommend the same for everyone else. read more

It was my first time at this location and unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. Barista Jonathan was very rude I had just finished ordering my first drink he immediately blurted out my total trying to rush through the transaction when i told him i still wanted to order another drink he rolled his eyes and said "ok what will it be". I was here no more than five minuets and was left with a bad impression with this location. read more

My family and I were in need of a jolt of caffeine and due to it being Thanksgiving day, I was pretty skeptical about us finding somewhere currently opened for business. To our surprise and my delight, this particular Starbucks Coffee was opened and was just down the street from where we were. I hoped on the mobile app and placed our order for an iced black tea with soy & vanilla, a quad espresso with white mocha sauce, & a breakfast sandwich. Our order was done in a jiffy and I was happy to hear my sister enjoy her tea. She is very picky about her drinks and was immediately happy from the first sip to the very last. 4/5 stars because the breakfast sandwich didn't sit well and my family member ended up vomiting everything up. That was definitely a poopy way to start off our Thanksgiving celebration but she was fine prior to eating said item and after it all came up. read more

It was a tuff friday afternoon when I thought to myself, "Starbucks will do me some good a lot rn. Plus my phone died with no other place to charge it. I go to pay for my Carmel Frapp then again, to add more stress, my card didn't have enough money on it for the purchase, I had to transfer funds. I ordered a hot tea this morning, expecting a venti mint majesty, which is their caffeine free tea!!! I picked it up excited to drink it, took a sip and it tasted weird. I check the tea bags there is two different tea bags in the cup. NEITHER ONE IS MINT MAJESTY!!!! One is peach tranquility and the other is a Jade Citrus!!! Which I cannot have either of those one because peach has the pineapple and I am allergic to pineapple and jade citrus which is a green tea...... I cannot have caffeine. I was already running late for work and didn't want to go back and argue for a refund but seriously, if someone orders something make it for them correctly!!! Solid location and service. It's within walking distance to my house. I'd recommend doing a mobile order during busy hours. People are kind and the community is pretty authentic. I'm gonna assume most of the world has tried starbuck drinks. I'm not the biggest fan, but I know this spot is consistent with their drink quality around the world. read more

This is my new favorite Starbucks well more specifically because they always get my drink right & I have to thank Clayton for that. I usually do mobile order and he always has it ready and perfect for me! Service here is always over and beyond and I think some of the other Starbucks can learn from the people at this store. There are never enough people working here. There's no matter what time you go there will be 1 person on register, and 1 person making drinks and food looking overwhelmed. There's always a wait, even if you order ahead. So, it's almost pointless. The one and only reason I keep coming here is because they'll send me coupons to keep me coming back, and sometimes they'll bring back that BOGO deal. So, I suffer in silence. Wondering why I do this to myself. All the other Starbuck's I've been to seem to have more workers, and a shorter wait. Don't know their problem. read more

By far some of the friendliest, kind, caring bunch of employees work here! I always enjoy stopping in as my drink is always perfect. This staff at this particular Starbucks always go above and beyond to greet every single Customer with a smile (before covid) and with laughter in their voices during COVID. (Can't see smiles due to masks). They get to know every customer on a name basis., and as we walk in to the store, each and everyone of the employees welcomes me and every customer that enters with a warm greeting. This place is always clean, always presentable and I would rather drive out of my way just to see the friendly faces. If I could give these employees a 10 star I would! They're phenomenal!! I go to this place and they give me a late coffee, which is practically pure water and tastes horrible, it doesn't taste like anything and the late coffee who knows where it is. This has happened to me several times in this location, which is why I'm posting the review now. read more

The staff is still nice but I do want to update that the girl that was the cashier yesterday took my order and I asked her if I can redeem my points so I pressed it on my app and I asked her if it went through for the rewards and she's like "yeah" but it didn't. Came in about 11 in the morning to get Soy Mocha Frappuccino (without whipped cream). I was exciting to see that there aren't many people in the cafe as it helped me stay focus on the morning works on the laptop. I was able to find a table and a seat, worked on my laptop with free WiFi near the window seat Having Soy Mocha Frappuccino on my hand sweeten my unplanned morning, leaving me in a lifting mood! One thing - the service was little slow after I placed my order. I'll assume it's a slow morning for them but I'll come in again. read more

Poor customer service. I had to wait 10 min for a cup of ice which took no more than 3 seconds to do!! Don't misunderstand this review as a someone who was impatient. I am probably the most patient person you will ever know now a days. And I get it, homie was slammed with orders and was in the zone. I know how that is. I decided to wait and wait then it was a point where you waited so long that you might as well see it out. Anyway, what made it worse was a second employee asked what i was waiting for and didn't do anything about it!! Instead decided to stock items in preparation for the next wave of orders. So to me this communicates that you don't care about your in-store customers instead your priority is the future customers and how to best ease your and the staff's anxiety by ensuring items are stocked. GOT IT! Message heard. Perhaps some advice- dont ask a customer what they are waiting for if youre not going to do anything about it! all it did was add fuel to my fire. do better carter station starbucks! read more

I normally don't do reviews on Starbucks since it's a regular thing for me, but today was the first time I've came to this location. I ordered my usual and the barista told me it'd be a 3 minute wait just to brew some iced coffee. I didn't wait too long at all, but the barista was so nice that gave me a load recovery card for the little time I was waiting. Thank you so much to the gentleman that was barista today at 10am. He definitely knows customer service. Whenever I'm in Newark, I'll just come by this Starbucks instead of the overcrowded one in new park. read more

I really value the idea and feeling I get from walking into a coffee shop with leisure and ordering my coffee without feeling rushed, and its usually this way when I stop in. The pace of the guest are a bit slower that the neighboring bux in Newark but nevertheless, the staff are always quick and efficient in pumping out orders accurately. read more

I just love her that's the reason I come here because she puts you in a such a positive mood. You go girl!!! My go to place for my coffee addiction. The Newark location's parking is a pain but just park by the Subway and walk over the. The employees meet and greet and often times remember the names of their customers or even their usual drinks. It didn't take Carlos long to remember my drink or my name even though I only had visited less than four times. I love my Venti Iced Latte Machaiotto Extra shot Expresso. They make my drink exceptionally well probably as good as the Starbucks in Guadalajara. It's strong just the way I like it. Thanks read more

Rude barista and customer laughing over my odd order today. I'm not used to drinking coffee and wanted only a slight taste of it in my drink so I ordered something to that effect. When I asked the employee, she seemed annoyed and answered so quickly that I had to request her to repeat what she said several times. Each time, she became more impatient. I opted for the lychee with tea jelly. I've had different types of jelly, yet never tried tea jelly. It had a good, strong tea flavor. Unfortunately, the drink itself was watery and I could barely taste the lychee. My son opted for the Lucky Jasmine milk tea and also said his drink tasted watered down. My friend who is not particular did not really care for her King mango pomelo either. Even though I didn't receive courteous service and our drinks were just mid, I still left a nominal tip. I worked in the service industry throughout HS and college and tips were always helpful. There's an old adage - "You get what you pay for". Overall, this spot has so much potential but not a good first experience. Given there's a lot of great local coffee shops, I won't be returning. Seems like other people have had similar experiences regarding the ice and not filled drinks so hopefully they take the feedback into consideration given their drink costs aren't cheap.

Just come in and taste the coffee. Coconut Coffee - nice, tasty, blended iced coffee with a nice reach flavorful, sweet taste. Was more of a creamy coconut taste present. Salted Coffee - iced. Hint of a salt. Tasted much similar to simple Vietnamese Coffee if you're seeking something simple, which is my usual. Nutella Banana Coffee- def tasted the banana in this one. Wasn't overpowering. Not a banana coffee person, just wanted to try it. Ordered drinks on their website for pickup.

Both the sweet and savory pies are delicious, and I like that they rotate their menu with a mix of classic and more unique flavors. It makes it fun to keep coming back and trying something new. Some of my favorites over time have been the chocolate chess, cheeseburger, and berry custard pies. All very different, but all really good in their own way. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking for pie!! There are honestly not a lot of places around that you can get crafted pies from, so I think they fill a niche market here - a market that I am certainly a part of.

Tastes like how a pot pie should be. It was great on the go since I was chowing it down while driving to my next destination. I got some slices for myself to try, French silk chocolate was good. Unfortunately, it was melting (my bad) when I finally got to eat it. Chocolate whole pie for others. Got other slices for friends to try and they enjoyed it. Pandan had a nice flavor, they don't use extract which is even better. Lemon chess was good - great lemon flavor and creamy. Will need to get French silk again to eat it as soon as possible or keep in fridge when ready to eat, haha.

My first time I went here the first drink I ordered was a hot ginger milk tea, which has a spicy yet soothing texture. Most of the drinks I've ordered from Feng Cha Teahouse are dirty boba drinks. The consistency of these boba drinks isn't too watery. Also in terms of the flavor the dirty boba drinks isn't too sweet that you can get a sugar rush. There are several boba drink places that serve food. What makes Feng Cha Teahouse different from other places that serve food is the milk foam cakes. I could be wrong, but I don't see milk foam cakes sold at other boba places. The milk foam cake served at Feng Cha Teahouse is light and airy. The flavors of the milk foam cake provide a texture similar to cheese souffle. My favorite milk foam cake at Feng Cha Teahouse is the sea salt pearl. It's like dirty boba on a foam cake. I don't come to Feng Cha Teahouse every time after dessert however if I have a craving after dinner I'd come here for the dirty boba and milk foam cake.

There was plenty of seating inside and wasn't too busy on a weekday afternoon. There are a couple outlets available on the wall. Would definitely come back for another work session.
