The employee who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful, especially considering how busy it was and how cold the day was. Great customer service like that really stands out. When I got my drink, I was asked to confirm that I ordered a large hot. I said yes, was handed my drink, and pulled away. I did notice the cup was sticky, but wiped it off with a napkin. When I took my first sip, expecting it to be hot, I was surprised to find the coffee was only room temperature. Because the line was so long, I didn't want to get back in line, so I ended up reheating it at home. That was disappointing, especially since I was really looking forward to it. My suggestion would be to make hot drinks closer to the time they're handed to customers during long waits so they stay hot. I'd still be willing to give it another try, as the staff interaction was very positive.

It has a pretty strange location that makes it seem out of place. Just don't judge it until you go in. The prices are pretty okay for being coffee that's local and independently owned. Basically the coffee is the main thing of course. It's got kind of a small selection but they only make the best stuff. There's the basics like the lattes and a few of the specialties too. Actually can be good to not be too complicated. It's about $5 to get a specialty coffee, which isn't that bad to be honest. Also has bags of coffee beans to go. The last time in here I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. Like drinking cereal. They also have a few pastries. It's about $2 for a croissant. The Vegan Curved Croissant is one of these. Fluffy and still has a buttery flavor. There's also a few breakfast sandwiches. Finding it can be complicated. It's located in a building on Schoolhouse Road. There's also a pizza place in the same location so after going here you can go there.

I live 25-30 minutes away from this location (it is the closest to me) so I selected a time frame that would leave me 25-30 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was a few minutes (3 minutes) ahead of the time I selected and I didn't think it would be a big deal as the line was wrapped around the building. When I got up to the window the barista told me it would be a minute for the rest of my drinks after she handed me one of the three I ordered. I didn't argue, I said "okay thank you" and patiently waited. Then she turned to me and said that if I use the mobile app I shouldnt place it for a later time then arrive early. (I was 3 minutes early) I said I lived 30 minutes away and it is easier for me to do the app and I apologized for being early. She proceeds to scoff, roll her eyes, and turn away. Then she hands me my next drink and says that maybe I should use the drive thru speaker instead of the app. (I have came to this Starbucks for years and always used the app, it is also easier when ordering for my family with our previous drinks on the app) As someone who works in fast food I do not get why this is a big deal, sure I arrived a handful of minutes early but if the drinks were made when I got to the window, what is the issue? The drinks didn't have some of the customization (a flavor added). It was not a large nor difficult order. I have always gone to this location and they always have no trouble until today making my order. It would be nice to have kinder barista working. Located adjacent to the Patriot Center, this coffee spot is perfect to enjoy when passing through the area or for individuals enjoying sporting events at the center. The inside has a lounge setting up front as well as multiple tables and chairs. They also had some games to play as you enjoy drinks. The menu offered coffee, tea, energy drinks, and some snack options for food. When visiting, I ordered the 12oz Hot Maple Sea Salt Latte with Oatmilk. Their coffee is made with Solo Roast coffee beans which are local. I loved the quality of the bean mixed with their signature latte flavor. They balanced each other well for a cozy drink that was highly enjoyable. My husband got the Chai Latte which uses Tazo tea. The staff is still in training so patience is key but well worth the wait! We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Summer. She was extremely personable and truly seems to appreciate the art of sharing coffee with the community.
