The menu features a good amount of options for different coffee and tea drinks with various syrups and extras. There are a couple of seasonal type specials too. There is a small bakery case with treats from Beans n Cream in Madison, but there isn't much food otherwise. A couple of Kind and Cliff Bars. There is a basket for food pantry donations as well and a local business bulletin board. When we stopped in shortly after 8am on a Saturday morning there was a steady flow of people. The line moves pretty quick and our order was ready in a short amount of time. I got an iced chai latte and my husband got a London fog latte and a breakfast scone. The scone was alright, filled with classic breakfast flavors, but not our favorite. The staff were great in explaining where the bakery items come from and so friendly. I do wish they had some other food items available but for coffee/tea, it's a great stop! Overall a good coffee shop but I wouldn't really stop in for more than that. I would stop again for a drink!

The workers at the drive-thru window oftentimes see my dog with me and offer a pup cup, and he loves the attention they give him. Overall, this is easily my favorite chain coffee shop in the area due to the quality of the coffee/food I get, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall ambiance of the shop itself.

For drinks, I had the Orange Blossom Hot Tea, which was very good. She ordered the Mocha Latte, and it was outstanding. The barista clearly took the time to get it just right. And who doesn't appreciate well-crafted latte art? It was a beautiful day, so we sat out on the front patio. If they are wondering why their coffee sales are low. It's because nobody works there. Today I had to ask two employees if anybody was working. After waiting seven minutes, then asking someone, five minutes later two employees appeared, one was training the other. There was a lot of confusion and then they overcharged me by five dollars. Again, if you're going to put a coffee shop in your store, please make sure that your employees aren't just messing around out on the floor and that they know how to do their job.
