This is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. There was a line and we weren't acknowledged until 3 minutes later, and the baristas knew that there was a line. Our order was delayed by 10 minutes and there were many people waiting. It also wasn't clean - crumbs and trash were left on the tables. This Starbucks is very short staffed. There are many tables for seating, and it is quite spacious. Parking is convenient - there's street parking and a lot behind. Overall rating: 3/10

The Good: The drinks are great. There's a counter and one table with plugs and four without plugs. Free parking in back usually with a spot open. Now the bad. The Bad: I go to Starbucks all over the country. If there was an award for the slowest Starbucks ever, they would definitely be in the running. The baristas even walk really slow. Average drink time preparation time: 10 minutes. And that's without a line. Lol. Ok, you could probably get a black coffee faster. My guess is the people training are super slow so they train the baristas that way too. Tip: If you like your drinks hot you can't just say extra hot. You need to tell them to make it at 180°. Alternatively you can order it "scalding". Otherwise expect all extra hot drinks to be medium warm.

Slower service and louder patrons than Wellesley starbucks. Staff were over-friendly. No good place to moor a bike.

The manager lady with the headband is kind of a bitch but other than that it's a good Starbucks.

The service is horrible. They take their time making the drinks. No respect for people's time. Lots of talking. Not enough working .

Service was awesome. The smoothies were really good. My sandwich was good too. I liked the bread and the cheese. I thought it would be grilled for some reason but I must have been confused with the menu. I ate half the sandwich and saved the other half to eat at the airport. It not only held up well, it tasted even better. It was 1:30pm on a Monday and the place was packed! It's a well-oiled machine!

The bottom of the bowl was slightly cold so maybe the DoorDasher had it under a heater, I don't know. Either way I wasted $15 on an açaí bowl that was gross. You can see in the two pics where I tilt it and it slides easily (because it's water). This was very disappointing for my daughter and she couldn't eat any of it. I've had one delivered from tropical smoothie cafe that arrived in an edible state and was delicious. It was just as expensive as this one and half the size, but atleast it was edible and yummy. Edit: Changing from 2 stars to 3. I called the store and the manager offered to remake it for me so if that's one good, this review can be bumped up to 4-5 stars :D Edit 2: Jose took care of it for me with awesome service. Unfortunately the açaí bowl was only okay so 4 stars is as good as this review will get.

I like the high ceiling but although the cafe looks pretty big, seatings inside seem limited. The tables were really small and close to each other. I ordered - Braised Short Rib & Eggplant Couscous Bowl - Maple Aleppo Chicken - Iced and hot Black Sesame Latte There is self served water and you pick up your own utensils. They also bring you your drinks as well as your food order. The short rib size was a bit small but ok value for $20. It tasted pretty good. I like the eggplants as well. Adding fresh pomegranate on top of it. Gave it refreshing touch. We were also visiting the area so I bought a souvenir mug. There was so no price $ on the rack and it was a bit expensive $25. At least I didn't need to pay for parking. The sesame latte is a seasonal drink. It was pretty good! We liked it.

The pecan rose has a perfect amount of cinnamon and pecans and so soft inside with a crunchy top. The blueberry cheesecake is creamy and flavorful with a yummy crumbly bottom. It may look small, but it's very filling. All the bakery items are presented beautifully. Ordering was a little confusing, the first time. Do I sit? Is there a table service? Do I order the counter? Answer: order at the counter (both food, drink, and bakery). They'll give you a number, grab a table and they deliver food. You have to grab your own cutlery, napkins, salt/pepper,etc and water near the front door. When you're done you take your plates, etc to the bin by the door. The tables are small and round and very close to one another. The chairs are not very comfy, but the booth side is nice and has a great view of the inside which feels very spacious and bright. Didn't love the house breakfast $12. It came out a little cold and the potato fritters were way too salty. Although the ham and cheddar quiche was tasty and a pretty big. Big parking lot, but it seems to always be full.
