i've been to this starbucks a couple times on my way to work and they are always on point! i've never had to wait too long for a drink (max 5 mins) and it's always made correctly. i pretty much always get the caramel frappe and it's sweet and delicious! it was a bit busy the few times i went, but it was nothing chaotic. the staff are polite and provide excellent service. there's a parking lot right outside the starbucks with plenty of spots. overall rating: 10/10 read more

This location is always on point however I am writing this today to say that the young man working today 1/17/23 at 3:30 pm working the espresso station and shaking the drinks is an amazing hard worker and an asset to your location here. I walked in for the first time with my niece, I ordered an ice caramel Latte and my niece ordered a matcha. I received a hot caramel latte and my niece asked for foam on her matcha the two female barista one charged my niece extra for foam the other gave me a hot latte with an attitude. The staff in this Starbucks are among the rudest I have ever encountered. There is not a friendly vibe in this place whatsoever. It never feels like a shop I want to sit down in; I usually can't wait to get out of here with my coffee. This has been the case for awhile, but it has deteriorated to such an extent that we will not be returning. Mistakes made with orders aren't a big deal to me, things happen-- but when you are treated with obvious irritation and given terse, angry responses to questions about an order (to make sure it is correct this time) it really gives one pause... While the people working at this starbucks are lovely, I have ordered three coffee jugs, two different ways and each time I have been late to my meeting because they DID NOT MAKE IT AT ALL. First time I ordered by phone, they promised me it would be ready. Second time I called, got a name still no coffee Third time I was hoping would be the charm I CAME IN AND ORDERED IT ONE DAY IN ADVANCE. I even told the woman that twice before they had messed up. I walked in exactly when I requested it to be ready. NADA! Each time they made it, each time they gave it to me free. Each time they made me late for an important meeting. Have gone here to buy Starbuck's Via Instant Iced Coffee on numerous occasions but they never have it for sale. They did until 6 months ago Spoke to Manager and she just said not on order, try in another week on a Tuesday. Not a very satisfactory answer. The morning crew is friendly, they move at a reasonable pace, and they don't mess up drinks. Plenty of parking with fast turnover at this location. Also very grateful that they're open at 5am for super early mornings before work! Take note: no heated breakfast including spinach feta wraps and breakfast sandwiches. Drinks at Starbucks is always good, this location is near my house, I asked for a refill which is a free when u are at the store, the cashier questioned me if I had been at the store, she thinks I just walked in carry a Starbucks empty cup to get a free refill? The way she asked and looked me was really not very nice. It was insulting , and is NOT the first time this location done it to me. Attitude of morning staff is bordering on disgusting. They are nasty rude and just unhappy. Three morning visits treated with "what d ya want", "what", "you should da order ehead". I've been coming to this Starbucks ever since I made the transition from dunkin donuts - about 3 years ago. I must say that I live closer to a different location but choose to come here for many reasons. The employees are very friendly, always accommodating and super quick. I come here all the time - 2 to 3 times a week and this Starbucks has great service! The seating is limited and sometimes they are very busy, but the service is always quick and they usually have lots of baristas working the counter. The bathrooms are clean. One time a barista gave my 4 year old a free cake pop and a discounted steamer - that was such a nice surprise! read more

This is an amazing Starbucks. It's within walking distance from my house, and the staff is always super friendly. It can be packed, or just a few people, and they greet everyone who walks in the door. If you have any special or quirky requests, they will try and help you (chocolate orange-mango smoothie). If you tell them what you are looking for, they are very helpful in guiding you towards a product you'll love. Every time I come here, it's always a great experience. read more
