They always make my coffee just the way I like it: black. I think it is because I always stop on my way into work. The donuts are always fresh. The Boston Cream are out-of-this world. Located across the street from the Home Depot in Watertown, Ma. This Dunkin Donuts only opened for about a year. This was nicest Dunkin's I have ever been to. Large and roomy inside, Plenty of seating. Place was very clean. This Dunkin's is wheelchair accessible, But no power assist door. The only gripe I have here was the language Barrier with the staff the 2 people that where working. spoke broken English. Dunkin refused to serve me! On Saturday, 5/13, around 3:30 p.m., I went in and ordered an iced coffee, black, with a shot of espresso added. I noticed the cashier punched in a separate espresso drink order, which was something like $1.59, so I said (very nicely, without an edge or anything), "Oh, it's 99 cents." Here's the rest of the conversation: "What's 99 cents, the coffee?!?" "No, the shot; I'm adding a shot." "No it isn't! It's not 99 cents!" I looked up and pointed at the large sidebar section of the menu screen right behind her promoting a few things you can "add on" to your order, and one of them is a shot of espresso. "Right there on the menu, it says 99 cents." She is getting visibly upset and goes, "That's not right, I have to put in what I put in here and this is what it is here..." [furiously punching away] "Okay, well, I'm just adding a shot." "I am not going to argue with you; I am putting this in here." [Still without an edge, not raising my voice or anything] "I didn't argue; I'm just showing you on the menu what I am trying to order." [Pointing again] "You know what? I am not going to serve you. You can go someplace else." "So I can't order?" "I am not going to argue with you, you can go somewhere else and check yourself!" She dramatically crumbles up the receipt slip for the order and repeats "I am not serving you!" My mouth is literally hanging open at this point - does this DD know how much business they must be losing? Does she do this to other customers? Imagine if I were going to order a whole bunch of items for other people that day. Or every day, on my way to work. End of story: I will never go to this DD again, and will tell all of my friends! read more

This place needs to fix the radio. Terrible static. Staff doesn't care. I asked the staff to tune to a station or turn the sound off. The scratch sound turns drinking coffee into torture. The guys behind the counter just chat amongst themselves. read more

The Blonde lady who works in this location was really rude. I ordered a medium latte and she gave me a small, and I ask if this is a size of medium with showing her my receipt. She refused to correct their mistake and gave a very disrespectful attitude. Won't be back. read more

Manager here is awesome! Always make things right and if anything is made wrong he always insists on fixing it. Most of the workers here are also this way. They don't nick pick or make it hard on you which is nice when you are in a rush. They even remember my order and don't make me feel bad for asking for custom drinks. Keep up the good work guys! This Dunkin's is a gem. The staff are very friendly and always get my order right. I go here almost every single weekend day and most weekends as well. The lemons in my ice tea are always fresh-cut and not looking like they're two days old like some other DDs. The public hasn't seem to have caught-on to this one versus the longer established locations, but I expect that will change over time. For now I am enjoying the fact the lines are short and there are plenty of seats! read more

I stop by this dunkin every Sunday morning on my way to church and this is one of the better locations in my opinion. It recently opened so the interior is brand new and clean. Staff here are friendly and attentive. The location is a strange since you have to enter from the back but honestly it's not a big deal. Free wifi is definitely a plus if you need a place to camp out for a bit. read more

Never thought I would write a review for Dunkin Donuts, but this is definitely the best one in the area! Granted it's still new, but the employees are super friendly, service is fast and efficient, and there's plenty of parking in the back. I've only gotten things to go, but the seating area looks nice and comfy, and there's a ton of space. Also, they have a flat screen tv. I don't think the masses have discovered this place yet, because it's never crowded. Hopefully it stays this way!! read more

Physically, it is one of the more spacious nicer dunkin donuts, however I've always considered it to be below average in friendliness of the staff which it part of the reason I only go there about 10% of my dunkin visits. Recently the server overfilled my iced beverage with milk/ice, before pouring the latte shot over the top, and I saw him spill a significant portion of my latte shot into the drain given that he couldn't put the cover on otherwise. I objected and refused the drink, however he waved me off and would not remake the drink despite my objection. Other shocked customer's watched in disbelief of his behavior. If you have the choice, get your dunkin elsewhere. read more

Went in there to pick up two iced coffees that were ordered online. When I walked over to the pick up area, there was a worker behind the counter showing pictures on her phone to a friend or off-duty worker who was standing on the customer side of the counter, where I was. I wanted to ask for a cardboard drink tray, and waited for a break in their conversation. It was pretty clear I was wanting something, but no one acknowledged me. I decided to make use of my time and went and grabbed two straws. When I came back, they were still talking and looking at her phone. Finally she looked at me and I asked for the tray. She handed it to me, without eye contact, while continuing her conversation with the guy. No "here you go", no "thank you", nothing. While she wasn't intentionally rude, I was pretty surprised at her lack of customer service and decency. read more

Normally the service at D&D is sub par but expected. Today I'm nursing a pretty nasty sore throat so I went into the Dunks on Arsenal St. in Watertown to grab a cup of tea. I ordered a medium black tea. Jeannie noticed my horse voice and asked "do you want the tea because you have a cold? We have a really nice mint tea and I could put a few lemons in it and some honey, it may help". I was blown away by her! First to be attentive enough to notice and then kind enough to care. It was such a simple act but I was so impressed I felt obligated to say something nice. I don't live far from this location and stop there often. Most of the time people don't even make eye contact so to have a personal experience was so very refreshing. I hope someone from management reads this and gives Jeannie the koodos she deserves! read more
