No wonder they are not too popular. When I first arrived, I asked to have the floor swept around my table because there was so much food on the ground. I heard the employees talking about it like it was something strange that had happened. But the manager came over and only swept around my table, but the whole place needed to be swept badly. At the time of this writing they are currently at 2.5 stars. That seems a little rough. I was in town for some training and this was my go-to spot for caffeine. It's nothing special in terms of the place itself. But they always got my drink correct and it was ready in a reasonable amount of time. There was always plenty of parking so I could get in and out quickly. I really don't have any complaints. If I get sent back, I'll hit this location up again. read more

Service was fantastic here! It was in early in the AM, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wanted a pour-over done a certain way and Alicia (I think she may have been a manager) totally made me one of the best pour-overs I have ever had. Unfortunately, they don't carry the "Reserve" coffee anymore, or I would have bought one simply based on how sweet and accommodating everyone was. I love coming to this coffeeshop when I need to get away from the house to do homework or want to catch up with a friend while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Wasn't even planning on writing a review, but after checking in and seeing the negative reviews I was a bit surprised. I've been to this Starbucks multiple times and the service has always been friendly, and prompt. Have not had any issues, and the chicken sausage biscuit is very good. I would've posted a pic of it, but I ate it too quickly. I will admit I have disliked the times it gets extremely busy, but that's because I'm selfish and like a little more space to myself, but I'm not gonna fault a business for being good at what it does. The staff is mostly new, as I am a frequent visitor and hardly recognize anyone these days. Stopped by a couple days ago (on a star dash) asked for a Carmel macchiato blended - I was given alk the reasons why that couldn't happen and was pushed into a frappacino. I was highly disappointed - it tasted like the syrup they use and not at all like a coffee beverage. I really wanted it to have a coffee flavor. I understand the concept of a macchiato with the shots floated, but the bottom line was I knew what I wanted my beverage to taste like and was talked out of it. Not to mention, I lost out on my stars, because it wasn't a macchiato - would have had 50 stars. Thought I would give them another try, and asked for a triple venti caramel macchiato with heavy whip on top. First they tried to give me an iced beverage - It wasn't what I ordered. The hot remake they sent me away with barely tasted like 2 shots, let alone 3 and had no whip on top, but was instead MADE WITH heavy cream. I drank it, because I had no coffee in the house and needed the energy to go grocery shopping. Don't know if I'm willing to go back for a 3rd disaster....... read more

I used to come here frequently because of the friendly staff. They would always greet me by name and would often start my order before I reached the counter (they had great memories). Usually enjoy coming here. Today I got my usual coffee but in a size bigger. I normally tell the baristas exactly how many pumps I want in my drink because for some reason diving by 2 is too hard when I ask for it half sweet. (Not just for Starbucks) This morning my coffee was wrong so I went back around the drive thru and got it remade. I felt bad because I didn't want to be "that person", but I like my coffee made right (as anyone would). The old gal at the window was AMAZING super friendly and over all just a really nice person. But the barista making my coffee was very confused, to the point where I made eye contact with her and told her exactly what I wanted... after she made it the awesome lady running the window gave me it and i was off. Once I was down the road I took a sip, and noticed I had the wrong drink AGAIN. I get some people enjoy what seems like a pound of sugar in their coffee, I personally do not. Please, if you don't understand ask because I would've just kept the wrong drink and saved both of our time if I knew I was going to get another wrong drink. I've never walked out of a Starbucks, but I almost walked out of this one. There was only one person ahead of me in line and she and the cashier chatted for the longest time. Eventually the cashier disappeared into the back and the customer wandered away. I stood waiting to order without a greeting from anyone...then the customer came back and asked for the cashier again. Someone went to get her from the back, and they resumed their lengthy transaction which involved reading numbers off a cell phone. I finally ordered and the cashier tried to throw away my Gold Card because it had a zero balance and she thought I was "done with it". What barista doesn't recognize a Starbucks Gold Card? Quite some time later I received my coffee, but I had to raise my voice to get the attention of someone to give me the bread I ordered. We came here because I had a gift card I wanted to use up. I think the people working were not having a good Saturday, no smiles, no over the top hello's...very blah. The girl that took my money was nice but other than that it was kind of a sad environment. I ordered one of the breakfast sandwich's and man was it gross, no flavor. I know they have no control over the food but wow, it was bad. I think if I was part of the management team I'd try to have a say on what to serve and what not to serve to my customers. It's hard to say anything bad about any Starbucks shop. But the friendly service and atmosphere of this particular location is worth noting. If you're familiar with the old show Cheers, you will understand when I say I like going somewhere where they know my name and my drink! Went into this place on a Saturday with my wife,we got 2 coffees and a sandwich. There were more employees than customers in this place, must not be that popular! Got us us our coffees up quick and forgot the sandwich, I waited a few minutes thinking they were maybe making it in the back or something. So then I asked an employee that I also ordered and a sandwich, and she looked confused didn't apologize went over to the microwave and threw it in there to warm it up and said it will be right up, like I was disturbing her. Another few minutes a different employee grabs it from the microwave and puts it in a small bag and literally threw it on the counter. Still no apology and they all went back to small talk, we finished and got the hell out there! I don't go to Starbucks that often, and rarely order food, and now I know why!
