Starbucks has gone the way of every other fast food joint. I've watched the demise over the years as they moved away from actual baristas to "button pushers". Every specialty drink is loaded up with sugary syrups (aka sauces) and they price gouge on non-dairy creamers with ridiculous up charges. There's actually some petitions with significant support against this practice. Another concern is the elevated caffeine levels in their drinks ensuring only Starbucks can satisfy that caffeine craving. With that said I grant them 3 stars IMHO for superior customer service and some of their pour overs, reserve blends, and specialty roasts when they are not "char-bucked"

I don't mean to "roast" Starbucks, but... Can you say CHAOS?? This Starbucks is obnoxious. Off the Jersey Pike, we pulled in for a caffeine boost and entered the gates of hell. Unusually boisterous, the acoustics in here were deafening. Baristas were shaking and splattering drinks hither and thither, debris was overflowing from the receptacles to the floor, and don't ask about the restrooms... gross.... Get one of the 15 employees behind the counter to clean that mess up! Is this what the song "take me to funky town" means? We felt a smidge apprehensive about our drinks, but needed the jolt of Java. The employees were overwhelmed and unwelcoming. Ah well, at least the had a nice gift card display!! Next exit... hello Dunkin'!

My drink isn't even close to being full.

Ordered a 16 oz. They don't even fill the drink close to 3/4 of the way. I had not taken a sip out of this cup of coffee yet. Waste of money. and they don't do anything to help you. Holly through customer service is not helpful and very rude. UPDATE- manger emails me "Hello Katie, I hope you are doing well; my name is Andrea Wise, and I am a district manager for Starbucks. My customer service team sent over a note about your recent experience, I would love to connect with you to learn more. Is there a good time tonight or tomorrow I could call? Let me know the best number to reach you at and when the best time to call would be." Wednesday @ 12:40. Told her a good time to call me abs it's been over 24 hours and have yet to hear from her. what kind of manager is this?

Newly opened StarBucks. This location is not in the Target store, as this business location page was altered to show as. I submitted a change request (business edit), but it has been mixed up. This location has a drive-thru window...great on those cold winter days...especially great when you don't want SB but your wife does!! Their staff (Barista) were friendly and had quick service. It was exceptionally clean...rightfully so since this is a brand new location. They have a decent outside seating area, definitely useful when the weather is nice and you don't want to go inside to wait in those long summer lines...as folks order them ice coffees!! (Is it just me or coffee should always be served hot?? You don't see folks in line at 7-11 to get hot slurpees in the winter, right?? Off my soapbox now!!) I'm sure business will pick up for them and this location will be busy since it's a prime location.

I can't stand Starbucks at all and I try to avoid Starbucks at all times I needed to refresh my make up before going to a concert last night and I came in and got a protein plate and a passionfruit iced tea and the service was fast and friendly and the café was pretty large bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking I would say that this is one of the better Starbucks that I have ever been to

Average Starbucks. I have been through the drive thru and inside many times. Parking lot is always full and sometimes I have to park in the neighboring hotels lot. The employees are friendly, however there are always new people here. Accuracy of the orders are sacrificed because they are always training new people. I am pretty leinient on my scoring because of that. I am not reviewing Starbucks products on this review because i have done so in others. Their products taste the same as every other one around.

I've been meaning to change up my study spot.. so I found this Starbucks located off of Rt 73 on Fellowship Rd. There's really no other Starbucks nearby except the one in the Moorestown Mall or about a 10 minute drive to Marlton or Cherry Hill. There's also a limited amount of coffee shops, cafes, and potential study places in the area that have tables/seating and free wifi. I came in on a weekday around 9am and the drive-thru line was through (and out of) the parking lot. Because of this I was scared there would be no spots left inside to study.. luckily, as I picked up my espresso, a small table with 2 seats opened. The study area was filled with people on laptops doing work. I had an espresso and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. They did mess up my order slightly, but I was able to get it easily fixed. Just seems like the workers are in a rush (I don't blame them, they had soooo many customers in the drive thru). If you're looking for a quiet place to get work done, this is not your place. The room fills with sounds from the kitchen, beeping, espresso making fizzing, and individuals on phone calls. This was not a problem for me as I work fine with background sounds. Most likely I will be back to this location since it has great hours and a clean study area.

I just left your drive thru. You gave me an iced coffee with curdled milk. How do you not realize this when you made the coffee. You have lost my business for good. I feel awful since I drink half the coffee before I noticed it. Thanks a lot !!!!

I ordered one of their specialty iced coffees, the Chocolate Covered Banana. I'd normally avoid something like this because of the sugar, but it was surprisingly not overly sweet. That said, I didn't really taste much banana. The ordering setup is a bit unusual. You place food orders at one counter and coffee at another. The coffee came out quickly, but the Caesar wrap took over 20 minutes. It didn't seem especially busy in person, so they may have been juggling delivery orders. The kitchen is very small and appeared to have just one cook at the time. It's a family-run business, which is really sweet. It did seem like the owners' kids were working the counters, and they felt a bit inexperienced when it came to handling volume or order issues. On a nice day, it's a lovely spot to sit outside. In bad weather, though, takeout or delivery are really your only options. It's definitely on the pricier side. The Caesar wrap was over $15, and the coffee came to about $8 with tip, though both portions were quite large. I will say, the food is delicious. The wrap was honestly one of the best I've had. Freshly cooked warm chicken, just the right amount of dressing, fresh parmesan, crisp lettuce, all wrapped in a perfectly warmed wrap. I'll definitely be back, and I'm curious to see how they continue to grow and improve.

This is my current favorite coffee place. They always have fun seasonal flavors. I've gotten…read moresomething different every time and its all been good. The food not good though. I had it once and it was so bad i never got anything again even though the menu does sound good. Its a small room inside its cute fine for getting coffee and leaveing. They have a patio outside. I will say the servers should do a better hob of greeting customers. Last time i went it wasnt crowded, no one at the coffee counter, and i stood there and stood there just waiting yo be acknowledged. There were two prople behind the counter a barely a few strps away both talking to each other while making something. It doesnt take much to look over and say hey ill be right with you. Also, the ice cups are quite flimsy you can hold it tight. The ice they use is large cubes which makes it hard to stir with the straw. The straws are too thin and flimsy to get through those bug ice cubes, and they are also too short to stir all the syrup that is at the bottom of the cup. I had to get a tall dunkin straw in order to finish my drink and properly mix up all the syrup that was sitting in the bottom. Can you please get better straws?

From the second I walked in, it was clear they care about the craft. You can get your standard coffee options, but the owner also offers creative flavor combinations that feel thoughtful, not trendy for the sake of it. We ordered a hot oat milk mocha, a honey sea salt latte, an oat milk hojicha latte, and a decaf Americano, and every drink was delivered hot, well balanced, and full of flavor. They also offered a wide selection of pastries to choose from. We passed this time, but they all looked delicous. The space is simple in a really good way, clean, calm, and with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Pricing felt fair, service came with a genuine smile, and I really enjoyed chatting with the owner about coffee and learning that some of the tea is sourced directly from Japan. Parking is easy too, with spots behind the building if street parking is full. This is exactly the kind of local coffee shop you hope to find and one I would absolutely recommend stopping into.

My GPS said I'd arrived but I had to look up a picture of the place because it's in an old Victorian house set back from the road with a couple other businesses. Being set back allows them to have a quiet outdoor seating area with plenty of shade which you pass by on your way inside. Inside is very cute with much more seating, big bright windows that let in the afternoon sun and decor that blends the coffee shop seamlessly into the beautiful old house. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, my warm weather go to. The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.
