Starbucks has gone the way of every other fast food joint. I've watched the demise over the years as they moved away from actual baristas to "button pushers". Every specialty drink is loaded up with sugary syrups (aka sauces) and they price gouge on non-dairy creamers with ridiculous up charges. There's actually some petitions with significant support against this practice. Another concern is the elevated caffeine levels in their drinks ensuring only Starbucks can satisfy that caffeine craving. Unusually boisterous, the acoustics in here were deafening. Baristas were shaking and splattering drinks hither and thither, debris was overflowing from the receptacles to the floor, and don't ask about the restrooms... gross.... Get one of the 15 employees behind the counter to clean that mess up! Is this what the song "take me to funky town" means? We felt a smidge apprehensive about our drinks, but needed the jolt of Java. Newly opened StarBucks. This location is not in the Target store, as this business location page was altered to show as. I submitted a change request (business edit), but it has been mixed up. This location has a drive-thru window...great on those cold winter days...especially great when you don't want SB but your wife does!! Their staff (Barista) were friendly and had quick service. It was exceptionally clean...rightfully so since this is a brand new location. They have a decent outside seating area, definitely useful when the weather is nice and you don't want to go inside to wait in those long summer lines...as folks order them ice coffees!! (Is it just me or coffee should always be served hot?? You don't see folks in line at 7-11 to get hot slurpees in the winter, right?? Off my soapbox now!!) Ordered a 16 oz. They don't even fill the drink close to 3/4 of the way. I had not taken a sip out of this cup of coffee yet. Waste of money. and they don't do anything to help you. I'm not super happy with this location. I've been here numerous times and somehow they always mess up my order and overcharge me. Most recently, I went online to double check the pricing when I got home - I had a macchiato with cold foam instead of milk. I was charge for cold foam as an add-on. $5. What I got was actually espresso topped with cold foam. A weak beverage that only filled half of my grande cup. Ordering online, this would have been $2.75. read more

Average Starbucks. I have been through the drive thru and inside many times. Parking lot is always full and sometimes I have to park in the neighboring hotels lot. The employees are friendly, however there are always new people here. Accuracy of the orders are sacrificed because they are always training new people. Okay so let me preface this with a positive. Mino is an amazing baristo and kind human and he is the reason I come back to this location! Something about his demeanor and personality brightens my day! Besides that, this location is constantly disappointing me! There's been two instances where I've gotten such poor treatment, granted, it's while they're super busy, but I too am in a service job where I get slammed and am super compassionate and professional with my guests. Today, I ordered ahead on the app. When I came to pick up, the woman that handed me drink was super dismissive and mean. I told her I was waiting for another drink as well and she said "I know" and walked away. While waiting, I realized my drink was made wrong and I asked if she could remake it, but the lid wasn't on all the way and the drink fell. She was furious and looked at me like I was an imbecile and I got really embarrassed and just walked out, my sister was in the car and knows I have really bad social anxiety and the drinks were already paid for. So she went in and got the drinks for me. This barista in particular really went out her way to make me uncomfortable and it really ruined my mood and stressed me out. Probably will visit during Minos shifts and on a slower day but really sad about the service and people they chose to have on their team. I've been meaning to change up my study spot.. so I found this Starbucks located off of Rt 73 on Fellowship Rd. There's really no other Starbucks nearby except the one in the Moorestown Mall or about a 10 minute drive to Marlton or Cherry Hill. There's also a limited amount of coffee shops, cafes, and potential study places in the area that have tables/seating and free wifi. I came in on a weekday around 9am and the drive-thru line was through (and out of) the parking lot. Because of this I was scared there would be no spots left inside to study.. luckily, as I picked up my espresso, a small table with 2 seats opened. The study area was filled with people on laptops doing work. I had an espresso and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. They did mess up my order slightly, but I was able to get it easily fixed. Just seems like the workers are in a rush (I don't blame them, they had soooo many customers in the drive thru). If you're looking for a quiet place to get work done, this is not your place. The room fills with sounds from the kitchen, beeping, espresso making fizzing, and individuals on phone calls. This was not a problem for me as I work fine with background sounds. Most likely I will be back to this location since it has great hours and a clean study area. read more

Do not go to this Starbucks. I've been here several times and EVERY time I've went they ALWAYS Mess up my drink. I am very specific with my drink and i always get the same thing. Somehow they always seem to get it wrong. Once I received a drink that was a legit just warm milk. Not what I ordered! Then, another time the top of my drink was caked with whipped cream and Carmel that I couldn't even drink the rest of my hot drink. Really new Starbucks - drinks were made well, order taken quickly and correctly. There is also a drive-through. Big windows allow for lots of natural light to come in. Big tables to do work on, and several executive looking chairs that probably belong in a hotel lobby more than a Starbucks, but that's okay. I wish they'd put a trash can next to where you pick your drinks up. I wanted to toss my receipt and straw paper, but had to wait to get to the trash can by the milks and sugars across the way. That was the only trash I saw. Overall, very nice location. Also right next door to the Greyhound station which is very nice. read more

I have been visiting this location about two times a week for about a month. The store is a good size with a drive-through. The costumer service is so-so. The purpose of my review is the absolutely disgusting restrooms. I've seem cleaner port-o-potty's. Every single time they are dirty, smelly, wet and unsanitary. Pay $7.73 for a cup of coffee and they cant follow Starbucks processes to make it right. Tastes like unsweetened milk with coffee flavor. No pumpkin spice flavor and no sweetener at all. Then Kayla (36894075 employee number), the manager, decides she is being "generous" by offering that I drive back 20 minutes for a replacement or wait in a long line tomorrow for "red cup day" so she can replace it for free. No offer of seeing a manager when I arrive so they can make it without me having to wait in line, no offer of anything extra like a food item for the inconvenience. Instead she is condescending and rude and made it a point to state how she has been a general manager for 11 years. Absolutely terrible representation for Starbucks. This is one of the worst Starbuck's I've been to. I work down the street so my co-worker and I have made a few trips here in the middle of the day to refuel. Each time we did the drive thru (a few different weeks). The drive thru took forever which isn't a big deal, but it's a negative to start. Then- they didn't have any of the food items we asked for. No bacon egg and cheese? No cheese croissant? No ham and cheese? What the heck! Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to step up their game. For a solid half hour they were playing extremely loud rock music (complete with a lot of yelling) that was blaring throughout the store. The music was quiet at first, and at a bearable level, and then one of the employees it turned it to the highest possible volume. So convenient ;) This location opened up just a couple months ago, and though it is STILL on the wrong side of the road for my morning commute, it has a drive thru and was definitely needed in this area. At times this location is or hit or miss. The parking is terrible and the angle to pull in and out, especially to go through Drive-Thru is awful. Not well constructed at all. I had my drink made wrong a few times, but I ensure to taste before I leave. They live up to the Starbucks promise and remade my drinks, no questions asked. This is the only Starbucks around this area so it is bound to get packed from the highways, corporate employees, hotels, etc. read more
