My friends and I visited this location today. We grabbed an extra 2 chairs from a nearby table because there weren't any 4 seat tables available. As we're getting up and grabbing our trash a team member with purple hair and a black face mask began walking angrily in our direction. As we're throwing our trash away at the station nearby she grabs the two chairs we took from the adjacent table and slammed them back into place. She then sternly tells us there's another trash to toss our cups in by the door before quickly turning away and walking back to the line. The trash was overflowing before we even got to it. So two things, I'm assuming she was upset because we didn't out the chairs back at the table that was 1 foot away from us. The second is even though your Starbucks team had nothing to do they decided to let the trash overflow and want people to automatically find another trash to toss items in. If you don't like your job in hospitality then figure it out and find something else. The fact that there was a 10 minute wait at the restroom at one point because the team members were inside on "a break" was ridiculous also. If you're going to be discreet and steal company time don't make it obvious by everyone disappearing except 1 of you, then watch videos loudly for the next few minutes for everyone standing outside the doors to hear. read more

The staff is too busy having personal conversations as they're making their drinks. I ordered a new olive oil foam coffee which came up quick. Then the simplest of things ... my friend ordered a hot tea. English breakfast tea with four sugars. The guy looked over to a barista and said how do you make a tea latte? I interrupted and said is that my tea? Because there were no other customers in line. He looked at the order again, said oh sorry and threw out the hot tea. Then proceeded to make another one, again I see him foaming milk ready to pour it in. I said that doesn't have milk in it... It has four sugars. So he nicely apologized again. Slowly added sugars at a snails pace ... I was trying to get back to work in a quick manner which didn't happen at all. I put our two drinks in a carrier and finally went back to work. My friend was upset when she opened her tea and it was earl gray, instead of the tea she had specifically asked for.! I still give it four stars but that's because I have to take into account the fact that compared to some other coffee places their drinks are pricey, but Hey... they are good. Although they don't have a drive-thru, their vicinity to the 826 has made them an extremely reliable coffee spot for that macchiato fix you need to get through your day. The staff is super nice and the line always moves pretty fast. You can barely see it from the main road but rest assured that this reliable spot is here to replenish your caffeine fix at whatever time you deem appropriate. I love the guava white tea which I tend to order as a grande iced concoction to quench my summer thirst. It certainly beats the heat. I'm still a sucker for how they write my name on my cup because it adds the personalized touch to the coffee table experience that others have failed to grasp. I stopped at this location on a whim, it is located on a shopping center with plenty of parking spaces. The place inside is ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciate that there was plenty of parking. It's located by a very busy street. So getting in & out is a bit of a hassle. As far as the location inside. Looked very cute & warm. They had outdoor seating which that's always a plus. Everything seemed very organized as well. Service now... So I had Daniel help me. Based on him these would have been a 5 star rating. He was very kind. I had a tad of a complicated order and instead of huffing & puffing like people have at some Starbucks usually do. He excused himself to input my drink the right way. He was very funny about the whole situation. He made a joke towards the end. Very appropriate. I like people like this. That are up early & have to deal with my complicated orders and try their best. Daniel you're the ONLY Starbucks employee that acknowledged I was alive. But you made up for it. There were 3 other girls. One very busy. So can't blame her. Then 2 other just sliding drinks down. First off, it was packed and unfortunately the 2 guys behind the counter weren't on the same page dealing with the long line of customers. Our coffees were good as well as the morning bun we ordered but this is where I just wanted to pull my hair: their Internet. Maybe there were too many people online and so I kept getting kicked off their wifi but it was also so s-l-o-w! I was trying to purchase a book that I needed ASAP and they were not helping me with that slow Internet of theirs. I know I've been visiting a lot lately because of exams -- and I appreciate your effort in offering "real" breakfast like that spinach wrap I tried last week (which was just OK) and the turkey bacon egg muffin thing I tried today -- but, really? Let's just stick to the coffee. Again, while I appreciated the health-conscious egg whites in my muffin today, it tasted like nothing. Throw some salt on there! Does not matter what time or day it is this Starbucks will always close early. Online it says it closes at 10:30 if you get there at 10:10 it's a guarantee they will be closed. I have never been able to have a coffee there because they close early. I work nights so this is the only time that I can get coffee. read more

I'll stick to the service and physical properties of the site as the drinks are usually pretty consistent from one franchise to another. Layout: This is one of the larger Starbucks locations in the area with an outdoor seating area, a front section with a few couch-style chairs and bar-counter seating along the window, a large long table which seats ~10, and 5-6 smaller tables in the back seating 2-4 each. Most tables have convenient power outlet access so that's a plus. Service: Always been pretty on point when I've visited. Baristas are friendly and I haven't had any of my drinks screwed up yet so far after a few years of going. Could be better: The place gets loud. Not sure that anything can be done about that but it's not the best place to get good studying done during peak hours due to the volume of traffic going in and out. The wi-fi is also fairly mediocre and at times will slow to a crawl or cut out altogether. I ran a speedtest there and was getting about 0.8MB/sec, which is slower than your typical 3G smartphone internet. read more

Nice and spacious location right off the highway. At 8:15AM the line was long and super slow. I really thought it was tacky to charge customers .65 cents for some almond milk.
