Very happy with their service! I got my coffee fast and it was exactly what I wanted.

I live right in between this one and the one on grape/railroad. I always order ahead and this store consistently neglects to make their cold brew unavailable when they run out. So when I arrive there's always an empty cup waiting for me and I overpay by at least $1.50. After 15-20 times it adds up and the regular iced coffee they stick me with is awful... Just give a girl a heads up so I can go to the other starbucks. Thanks! read more

I was very disappointed tonight. After working 12 hours today, I was really looking forward to a nice comforting soy hazelnut latte. However, this was not the case... The store operational hours, both on the website and outside, clearly state that on Saturdays it is open until 10:30pm. I arrived at 10:05, walked up to the door, where there was a worker right in front of the door cleaning something. I read the hours on the door to make sure they were open, and proceeded to open the door. The door was locked and the worker gave me a menacing stare then rudely walked away. I was devastated. This store is literally the WORST in the area. There is always a huge line, nowhere to park, and the baristas are totally rude, not to mention they move at a snail's pace. There was a very long wait for drinks. When I went in there was no line at the register, only a line at the counter waiting for everyone's drinks. The guy at the hot bar read everyone's drinks out to them and then when he didn't read mine, and I asked about the almond milk (I can't have milk so I wanted to be sure) he said "whatever's written on it." Seemed rude. Then the drinks were horrible. Very sad. This store is not great at upholding their company's image. Something needs to change at this store. read more

I wouldn't even give this Star Bucks one star. I would give it 0 stars but that's not an option. This is the single slowest star bucks probably in the Southern Hemisphere. Bless their hearts and god have mercy on their souls because I don't see how it should take 20 plus minutes to get a coffee EVERY SINGLE VISIT. This isn't a one time thing, this is a 3 year thing of every time I come here and now the straw has broken the camels back. I'm not coming back anymore. I cannot waste another minute of my life I'll never get back waiting 20 minutes for coffee. I have ordered both drinks from other Starbucks locations plenty of times before, so I know that they were lacking flavor. This is probably the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. They always seem to be short-staffed and they definitely don't mind bickering in front of the customers. Not sure who the management is but some improvements needs to happen seeing as how it's the only Starbucks other than Target in our area. read more

Wow..what a terrible terrible experience. Went here with my wife and 3yr old for a quick smoothie, hot cocoa and coffee before we went shopping. I sat there with my family and opened my app to do an order - as usual. This was my first time to this location and the line was long. I put my order in at 9:01am. I watched the line disappear and people that were coming in after me get there drinks. Here is what happened. When they put the cups down on the counter for the barista to make them there is no order. So mine kept getting pushed to the back. At 9:15am I get my first drink and take it to my wife. I come back and wait for the other two. The barista says, "um all okay"... I said just waiting on my other two drinks. Then an older lady comes up and looks puzzled and says "what did you order" in a very rude tone. I was looking it up on my phone and getting into the app. She looked at me all bothered and I said well aren't we not helpful at all. I showed her my screen and then she said, "well we don't have two more drinks for you". Right then another worked said, "I have them right here." I said to the lady are you always this rude? This is my first time and last time coming here...can i please speak to your manager. Here is a shocker the manager does not come in until Monday. What manager of a retail shop does not work on Saturday???? Very rude staff and the old lady she needs to find a new job. read more

Came in this morning, my partner and I ordered our drinks and pastries. The gentleman helping us with our order was Charlie, he was very sweet and to assure he got our order correct he asked questions and repeated our order back. As he was doing so, the woman Amy at the cash register got irritated with him because he was trying to assure our drinks were correct and she couldn't enter in our order. She rolled her eyes with noticeable frustration. The problem here is that if she was that annoyed by this minor situation I can only imagine how she gets in real times of high stress situations. I've been in customer service for many years and I have high expectations when it comes to the service industry. I didn't appreciate witnessing that situation and made me experience rather unpleasant. I will say that Charlie handled himself well. Good job dude, you did wonderfully and it was a pleasure having you help us this morning. read more

Every time we come here, it's HORRIBLE!!! They are so unorganized, it takes twice as long as most other Starbucks locations. It's easier and faster to go across the parking lot to the Starbucks inside of Target. We have seen the line of cups waiting to be filled shuffled out of order by various employees (yes, all in the same visit), so that people in line well behind us have gotten there drinks before us. Both of the lines waiting to be served as well as waiting to get their drinks are usually all the way to the door. It would be nice if they could get their act together, or else another Starbucks should be opened in the area to accommodate the high volume. read more

Came here around 9 pm and the cashier was so RUDE. He made it obvious he didn't want to be there. He was very short when I was ordering the drinks and had attitude the entire time. Every single time i look forward to a venti very berry refresher Sparkling, I place my order only to be told "our sparkling machine is down, we're sorry". What a joke. So today I decided to ask the girl "Why are the sparkling machines ALWAYS down?"...she responds "Well usually they aren't actually down, it's just that the employees don't want to have to use it; but ours is actually down today"..... This Starbucks is fast & very clean.. My only wish is it had a drive-thru. What this Starbucks has that most don't. is a beautiful secluded patio with a small pond and stream as well as a as fire-pit This is a great place to relax in the evening in the comfy lounge chairs to enjoy a coffee or a frapp depending on the weather. The Wi-Fi here works great even out on the patio. I like the Pumpkin spiced late & this location is one of few you can still get the holiday drinks in Feb. (wish they had them ear round. read more

The service is great when it isn't busy and good when it is busy, it seems that they now have more employees for the busy times finally. It is perfect for college students to grab something real quick or to go in and study by themselves or with others. I haven't met an employ there that I haven't liked. read more

As a previous partner, I understand what the Starbucks experience should be like for every guest. I ordered 2 Venti Peppermint White Mocha Frappacino's with mocha drizzle. I know what this drink should look like. I know what it should taste like. It's my favorite holiday drink. Once my name was called. I immediately noticed the difference. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and took one sip. It tasted of pure mocha base. I attempted to explain that it didn't taste right to the Barista Alessio, but he said he saw the barista who prepared it, and it was made correctly. But I had the same drink the previous day before at another Starbucks location and they DID NOT taste the same. That's an issue for any corporation. Any product coming from one establishment should be exactly like the other, that's why there are formulas to be followed. I shouldn't have had to be convinced my drink was made correctly. The correct solution would have been to immediately apologize and offer to remake the drinks. That wasn't the reception I was given. I was definitely unsatisfied with this experience. read more

Came in at 11:40 am today and had a very unpleasant experience with the lady who was making my drink. I was first given the wrong drink from what I ordered, then I was given another one with the right drink but in a venti when I had ordered a Trenta. The lady made it very obvious that she was annoyed however there was no line and all she was doing was standing there talking. read more
