This is my favorite Starbucks location. Very attentive, friendly and quick! Drinks always made perfect (even when extra bougie). Place is always clean and has a great vibe. My only downfall is when I work from here the music is kunda loud but honestly, I would have it the same as a worker too. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It's a newer building and kept very clean. There is plenty of space to sit back and relax including a couch area in the corner. This location seems to be pretty active in the community. They had a very festive display set up at Christmas! I love this location. read more

I prefer going to this location of Starbucks in Medina, mainly because the employees are nice, they recommend customized drinks that they personally do. I only order frappuccino in creme based because I don't like the taste of coffee. Their frappuccino are thicker consistency compared to the route 42 Starbucks which always seemed watery. Best starbucks on 18! I love this location and the staff! This store is only around a year old and it shows! The store is always clean and items are accurate each time! The off the highway location is convenient for travelers passing through. The facility is beautiful with high vaulted ceilings and modern decor. I love the seasonal options and how friendly the team is. Anna, stephanie, kate, Mel, and michelle make a great leadership team and have trained the store. I see Anna working hard each shift and she truly gets to know me with each visit! It is to the point where anna can make my drink PERFECTLY, with modifications and all, she makes sure her team is trained and I even received Customer of the week! I stopped in the new Starbucks at 3070 Medina road Sunday after taking the kids to the park for a mid-day pick me up. I had the nitrogen cold brew draft coffee and the kids split a tall vanilla bean Frapp. and a piece of warm coffee cake. The staff split the drink into 2 cups and asked if they would like a little extra whip (of course they said yes) and she thanked us for stopping in, she also asked if we lived in the area. I said we do, and she quickly said we hope to see you back soon thanks for stopping. It's the little things that make or break people's experiences and hopefully they have that attitude with everyone they serve. If so that will be one busy Starbucks location. read more

The early morning team are stellar, they can always count on. At that hour it's not easy being upbeat but somehow they do it. But I will say the coffee here always seems to taste better then the coffee at the surrounding Starbucks. It's the exact same order every time. It's a mystery. Eight times out of ten I can zip through the drive through without so much as speed bump using the app to order ahead. It's only when that one person gets up ahead and slows things down. They don't care about their customers. Close at 4pm, locked doors at 3:58pm, close down drive at 4pm thru regardless if you have been waiting before 4pm. You'd think they could make the 5 cars orders instead of turning us all away at exactly 4pm. Go to a small business that cares about their customer, starbucks does not. I come through this drive thru almost every other day and I have always had a great experience until this morning! I came through today (11/07/18) at like 610/615 AM and got a coffee. When I got up to the window, the barista was so frazzled and "rushy" but there weren't many cars in line... before I handed her my card I told her I wanted to pay for the person behind me. She gave me a weird look and said ok, looked like she may have pressed 1, single button on the kiosk and then out my card in the reader and handed it back to me. I expected her to do it twice since it was obviously two separate orders but as she handed me my card, I asked "did you charge me for the person behind me" and she said "yep!". As I drove away I didn't really believe her so I checked my bank account and sure enough! She lied and did NOT charge me for the person behind me like I asked! How fricking rude! I tried to be a nice person and the jerk working at Starbucks ruined that and lied to my face about it. read more

Convenient location, able to stop here after a visit to Castle Noel. It was not busy when I was there so I cannot attest to how they actually handle the crowds but the building itself was nice. Employees were nice and I got my coffee quickly. Nothing bad to say. read more

So awesome to have a Starbucks at 18 and 71. All is good quality wise, cleanliness wise. But they are SLOW. maximum wait time for mobile orders, which is not standard for other locations. Staffed well, but very disorganized. Hopefully will improve with time. read more

Good location...when it's open. The store seems to have random hours and half of the week they are usually closed. Why bother putting a Starbucks in if it's never open? No reason why...just cones across the drive through and store locked. read more

I am at Starbucks at least three or four times per week. Went to this location yesterday for a triple grande espresso frappuccino and it was delivered like soup with all the espresso sitting at the bottom of the drink. It tasted awful. read more
