What absolute joke of an establishment…read more.. I waited over 40 minutes in line just to be brushed off at the window with "just one more minute" for the food. That "minute" turned into 15 more while employees fumbled around inside. When they finally came back, they tried handing me food that wasn't even what I ordered. At that point, I should've known better. Got home and, shocker, it was worse. The food was burnt beyond saving, and the hot chocolate? Made with water instead of milk. Who does that? That's not hot chocolate -- that's sad brown water. There is zero heart, zero pride, and zero accountability here. Everything about this place screams laziness and incompetence. Slow service, incorrect orders, trash food -- the full trifecta. And before anyone says "bad day," no. This is not the first time I've had a piss-poor experience here. It's just the final straw. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go literally anywhere else. I will never be coming back.
