Usually a breakfast sandwich and tea through the drive thru... everything tastes great but I've sat in the drive thru for 15-20 mins each time drive right up and order and then if one car is in front waiting and waiting for my order. While this place has so much potential, it unfortunately falls flat when it comes to timely service and cleanliness. We came in on a Sunday morning. Only two baristas, which should be fine, if there wasn't constant chit-chat. After taking our orders, the barista on reg, does not help with backed up drinks and food. Rather, she starts talking with the other barista which holds up production for our order, as well as the line of cars in the drive thru. There is a serious lack of urgency. Drinks and food taste decent when we finally receive them much later than it should've taken. In the lobby everything is covered with a layer of dust. Probably several years worth of dust on the ceiling fans above where they make the product. There's so much potential to do better here and with a big box shop coming in down the road, I hope they can make some improvements to keep up with the competition. read more

Stopped in here for a quick coffee with some company. I absolutely loved the interior, very homey feel and cozy vibe. The staff was so friendly and the girl behind the counter helped me pick a drink that I would like. I ended up getting the cold brew which was super smooth, not bitter at all and I did not even think it needed any milk or syrup which is great. I tried also my friends' london fog latte and iced chai, both were very good but the London fog was a bit too milky for me. my only complaint which really is not a complaint at all is that there was no background music or anything, so it was very very quiet in there but understandable as some people were working, etc but it felt a bit weird talking since there was no background noise. lots of really good options and definitely worth stopping in as there are a ton of fun drinks, coffees, teas, and more! read more

Last day in Ohio and of course we needed coffee. What caught my eye here is that they have many selections of beans, and their logo is adorable!! What should have had me walk back out was the fact that I saw they had Torani syrups. I am not a fan! So, I got a Cappuccino, easy, right? No syrups! Well, the beans they used for the Cappuccino were burnt. You could taste the bitterness and straight out burnt taste. It was just no saving this cup of cappuccino, I tossed it once we got to the hotel. I know, outrageous. I wasn't a fan of my sister's choice either, artificial flavor and all. I got a macchiato here. I've had bettermacchiato elsewhere. However, the flavor was nice and strong the way I like it . What I didn't like about it was that they didn't really put any milk in it. It was more like a shot of espresso. That was disappointing. The presentation was average nothing fancy or beautiful as I've also had elsewhere. The presentation is a little harder with a macchiato because there is not a lot of milk, but I've seen it done quite well. The customer service was good. They have a lot of good seating areas for large groups and small. They even have a little bar area. They have a unisex bathroom I think all unisex bathrooms should have urinals in them, but they do have a sign at least saying please put the seat down when done. Parking is easy if you're from out of town and you're hungry for food along with your coffee, there's a Mexican restaurant next-door. read more

For some reason that's a hit or miss beverage (don't even think about trying to order hot tea from Dunkin or Starbucks drive thru, it will be awful). No, Nervous Dog delivered it properly, and it was one of the best I've had. I'll be back many times just for that reason. I stayed a while and did some studying, for which there was ample space. This cafe and its extended hours to 6pm are perfect. So often you find a gem like this that has good offerings but close early, the Dog doesn't! Looking forward to my next cuppa read more

I stop by this location every few months since it's conveniently located off of Route 8. All my visits have happened during COVID-19, so I hope to drink inside at some point. Hard to tell what the room would be like, but I come back to this store because the coffee is great. I'm a peaberry fan and they have had it available every time I stopped and once it was the base fir their cold brew. Staff has been nice and they have a good assortment of hoodies in their case (eg cookies, cakes, scones). Recommended. read more

I've been looking for my Luke's dinner or friends coffee spot and this is definitely it. The food is well made and delicious. They have bakery goods which I'm sure are delicious because how could you go wrong. The drinks are delicious I've only had their chai but the ladies are kinda enough to accommodate anything. The workers are so sweet and gorgeous. I had a lot of anxiety about going here for the first time but they made it easy for me. The atmosphere is super lowkey, chill, work/study vibes. Great place to work, grab a coffee and a snack!! I had the REAL pumpkin latte which has pumpkin purée. I was hesitant at first but it was SO good. Way better than just using pumpkin flavor syrup. I also got the golden lab sandwich and a scone which were both excellent. Great flavor and moisture in the scone which is tough to do. Also lots of fresh coffee beans to go! We were in the area to hike with our pup BUT oh so hungry. My husband used Yelp and we ended up here! A coffee place that also has food, WIN! We both grabbed sandwiches. He got the Jive Turkey and I got the Golden Lab. YUMMY! We so enjoyed them both. We washed them down with a pumpkin latte (it legit tasted like real pumpkin) and a cold brew. Also huge wins for us. All in all we so enjoyed this shop. The atmosphere was great and the staff were so helpful when we were struggling to order our food. I love suggestions and they were so good! Inflexible business owner only accepts credit card, a carry-over from COVID that is lazy. That to me shows zero customer focus. I really hate that. I have to write this review, but I feel it is necessary. This establishment has a very high approval rating but our experience was not good. The staff and all were quite pleasant. However, the food was absolutely atrocious. We got an apple fritter, and it smelled, and I kid you not, like exhaust fumes combined with gasoline. It was such a god-awful smell. I asked to replace this with a lemon, poppyseed scone. This scone unfortunately, while the flavor was there, the texture was awful. Just not a good taste in your mouth. I think this place is probably better for flavored sugary drinks. My wife got a special Valentine's Day latte which was OK. I got a regular latte, however the coffee level of acidity and the milk did not go well at all together, and it really was not good. My wife also got the cucumber sandwich which was not bad in her opinion. I really wished this place lived up to the hype. But compared to Heartwood Roasters, a Porchlight, Coffee, and Open Door Coffee Co. this place is levels below. also, I was kind of disappointed that we stayed there and they gave us these cheap paper cups. Usually when you sit down in a coffee bar, you might get a nice ceramic cup of some kind. Just adds to the ambience. This was not there unfortunately. read more
