My wife and I haven't been in a Dunkin' Donuts in many years, so one day, craving a doughnut, we thought we'd go inside and try this new location. We won't be returning. Really, in my opinion, they should just drop doughnuts and focus on beverages. They had a very limited selection of basic doughnuts; we've found more selection at our local Giant Eagle grocery store. The DD we've always been familiar with had a big selection of doughnuts, but that was in another era. We never got to speak to anyone; ordering was done from a kiosk at the counter. I saw our doughnuts being picked out and bagged. I didn't know I had to wait for them to be put on a shelf. The bag was set on a side counter, so I went to grab the bag and got a snotty, "Please don't touch," by the girl who bagged the treats and set them down. When our bag made it to the unmarked side shelf, I grabbed them and walked out. My wife said I got an icy glare from the girl. So zero stars for customer service--not a great first impression. Maybe Starbucks has us spoiled, where we get cheery greetings and smiles, even when they're busy. Everything seemed to be clean, even on a rainy day, so kudos for tidiness, but also no signage (that we could see) to tell us where lines started, where to place orders, or where to pick up food. Doughnuts were okay, but, again, I think the focus now is on beverages. Customer service here feels like an afterthought. Maybe it's okay if you go through the drive-thru. read more

Everywhere says they open at 5 AM. At 5:30 AM I tried to go inside to order but the doors were locked. The employees just pretended like they didn't see me. Otherwise have had great experiences and love the remodel. read more

So I've stopped at Dunkin' Donuts got their new candy drink and two donuts. They ended up double charging me for two drinks, which I don't even know where they heard two drinks when I pacifically, said one when I left at the receipt and I realized that there were two drinks and two donuts. I was trying to get the peoples attention and took my fingernail and kindly tapped on the window. The girl finally came over and belittled me and telling me to not pound on their window. I was not pounding under the window there's a difference between pounding and tapping, and I tried to explain her I was tapping. I was trying to get your attention and every time I tried to talk she rudely interrupt me. This is how y'all do service. I won't be going to this location anymore. She was very rude very unprofessional and told me this conversation was done as I'm trying to tell her I was not pounding. You need better workers there if your workers cannot be professional then you need to find different people because her attitude was totally unacceptable and I did not appreciate it read more

UPGRADING TO 5 STARS: This location continues to do me well! The guy I've been getting recently at the window is the NICEST, and he always makes my drinks PERFECT! They will keep getting my business :) ORIGINAL REVIEW (4 stars): This is my go-to Dunkin' location because it's the closest to my house. Truthfully, I've never had any issues with this location! The employees have always been friendly, or if not, they're professional. They normally make my coffee right; sometimes it has too much cream, but it's my fault for not ordering a splash of cream! They've only ever been out of something I wanted once, so that's not an issue. While I prefer Starbucks coffee, this location does brew theirs well! The biggest downside is that you might have to wait for a while here! If they have a line inside & at the drive thru, they have to cut their time between the two. Each time I go, I never assume it'll be a quick trip, but sometimes I'm surprised! Overall, this is one of the better locations based on my experiences. This is the second time I have been disappointed at this location. No bacon avail for the avocado toast. That's ok but when the toast hardly has avocado its ridiculous. Then no cheese on the ham and cheese sandwich. The first time I only got cheese as they forgot the ham and they ran out of sour dough bread. Even when busy and there is only 1 or 2 workers, always friendly service and delicious snacks and drinks

I know that this location is inside of a gas station and has a drive thru service as well, but they are extremely understaffed, they only have one or two employees that I see actually working. And don't bother going here at night or during morning rush because you'll be waiting forever! Staff doesn't make drinks right sometimes, and there donuts are not as good as other locations. Staff needs to be attentive to customers and speed of service and accuracy needs to be worked on as well! Dining area is small as well, and isn't quiet or private since it's not separated from the gas station. The manager there by the name of Jen or jenifer told me to go f myself when I said that the food tasted expired and not made the day of and was indeed day old! Don't do it. Go to another Dunkin location. The manager there is extremely rude, the assistant managers there don't treat there customers with respect. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff is the absolute worst. I have lived close by for three years, and despite the high turnover rate the staff is continually atrocious. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Not to mention the fact that they act completely put out and almost hostile if you order. If you come after rush hour, they will always be lurking in the back and you have to ring a bell to make them come up. I understand at 3 am, but at 8 at night? C'mon. The worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They're pretty consistent though. Consistently broken down ovens , Consistently broken down drink machines , Consistently out of food. Tried to get a gift card today , after the employee was done making small talk with another employee about personal business while ignoring me I was informed that the manager was not in and all the gift cards were sorta kinda locked up and they didn't have access to them. Customer service was great until I took back up the Jelly donut to tell her it was stale and she questioned me saying they bake them everyday. Well this was rock hard so I don't know what to tell you. They did replace it but left the rest of the stale ones for others to get and be unhappy with. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is always so slow and not the best customer service. Several times food and drink orders were incorrect and staff has little care to correct the issue so it is easier to accept the wrong order. I think with better staff or more training it would go a long way but I am done going to this particular store. This Dunkin is open 24 hours yet it never seems to have any food at all after a concert at blossom Music Center. Literally, when I pull up though the drive thru, they always turn me away saying they have no food... No food at all... At 11:30pm-midnight on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night. I don't understand that. That would be a huge money maker for Dunkin. Every single concert goer has to go by this place to go home. To not sell anything after a concert of 20,000 people, I feel like this is a huge opportunity missed. I tried giving this place another chance. This place is just terrible and over priced for it's quality. I seriously have had better donuts at a gas station. It tasted like a day old. Even the coffee tasted old and flavorless. Lastly I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel that tasted stale and just not a good taste to it. With the exception of two employees, this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. Half the time they can't make any lattes, or specialty coffee, then the next shift they suddenly can... The staff is always hanging out in the back, and when you ring the bell to have them come up they act as though you asked them to donate a kidney to you. I just moved to the area and have visited this location a couple of times now. My experience has been abysmal to say the least. SUPER SLOW service. It took literally FIFTEEN minutes to get a coffee and bagel the other morning. I stopped going here because the employees are the slowest in the entire world. You would think that people that work at a breakfast place would have more of a sense of urgency. I waited for the employee to put gloves on for at least five minutes, and the next ten getting a bagel and coffee. The morning ladies look at customers like they are being bothered by them and when they ask you what they can get started for you, they have their back turned, making coffee etc. with nobody else at the counter.
