My wife and I haven't been in a Dunkin' Donuts in many years, so one day, craving a doughnut, we thought we'd go inside and try this new location. We won't be returning. Really, in my opinion, they should just drop doughnuts and focus on beverages. They had a very limited selection of basic doughnuts; we've found more selection at our local Giant Eagle grocery store. The DD we've always been familiar with had a big selection of doughnuts, but that was in another era. We never got to speak to anyone; ordering was done from a kiosk at the counter. I saw our doughnuts being picked out and bagged. I didn't know I had to wait for them to be put on a shelf. The bag was set on a side counter, so I went to grab the bag and got a snotty, "Please don't touch," by the girl who bagged the treats and set them down. When our bag made it to the unmarked side shelf, I grabbed them and walked out. My wife said I got an icy glare from the girl. So zero stars for customer service--not a great first impression. Maybe Starbucks has us spoiled, where we get cheery greetings and smiles, even when they're busy. Everything seemed to be clean, even on a rainy day, so kudos for tidiness, but also no signage (that we could see) to tell us where lines started, where to place orders, or where to pick up food. Doughnuts were okay, but, again, I think the focus now is on beverages. Customer service here feels like an afterthought. Maybe it's okay if you go through the drive-thru. read more

Everywhere says they open at 5 AM. At 5:30 AM I tried to go inside to order but the doors were locked. The employees just pretended like they didn't see me. Otherwise have had great experiences and love the remodel. read more

So I've stopped at Dunkin' Donuts got their new candy drink and two donuts. They ended up double charging me for two drinks, which I don't even know where they heard two drinks when I pacifically, said one when I left at the receipt and I realized that there were two drinks and two donuts. I was trying to get the peoples attention and took my fingernail and kindly tapped on the window. The girl finally came over and belittled me and telling me to not pound on their window. I was not pounding under the window there's a difference between pounding and tapping, and I tried to explain her I was tapping. I was trying to get your attention and every time I tried to talk she rudely interrupt me. This is how y'all do service. I won't be going to this location anymore. She was very rude very unprofessional and told me this conversation was done as I'm trying to tell her I was not pounding. You need better workers there if your workers cannot be professional then you need to find different people because her attitude was totally unacceptable and I did not appreciate it read more

UPGRADING TO 5 STARS: This location continues to do me well! The guy I've been getting recently at the window is the NICEST, and he always makes my drinks PERFECT! They will keep getting my business :) ORIGINAL REVIEW (4 stars): This is my go-to Dunkin' location because it's the closest to my house. Truthfully, I've never had any issues with this location! The employees have always been friendly, or if not, they're professional. They normally make my coffee right; sometimes it has too much cream, but it's my fault for not ordering a splash of cream! They've only ever been out of something I wanted once, so that's not an issue. While I prefer Starbucks coffee, this location does brew theirs well! The biggest downside is that you might have to wait for a while here! If they have a line inside & at the drive thru, they have to cut their time between the two. Each time I go, I never assume it'll be a quick trip, but sometimes I'm surprised! Overall, this is one of the better locations based on my experiences. I'll continue to go to this location read more

Dunkin' - Butter Pecan Iced Coffee made PERFECTLY! - Donuts Near Me - Stow, Ohio

This is the second time I have been disappointed at this location. No bacon avail for the avocado toast. That's ok but when the toast hardly has avocado its ridiculous. Then no cheese on the ham and cheese sandwich. The first time I only got cheese as they forgot the ham and they ran out of sour dough bread. Time to switch franchises Here is what is advertised vs received. read more

Even when busy and there is only 1 or 2 workers, always friendly service and delicious snacks and drinks

I know that this location is inside of a gas station and has a drive thru service as well, but they are extremely understaffed, they only have one or two employees that I see actually working. And don't bother going here at night or during morning rush because you'll be waiting forever! Staff doesn't make drinks right sometimes, and there donuts are not as good as other locations. Staff needs to be attentive to customers and speed of service and accuracy needs to be worked on as well! Dining area is small as well, and isn't quiet or private since it's not separated from the gas station. I worked right next door at the McDonald's, and still wouldn't go to this location unless I had no choice. read more

This location is the absolute worst! We just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with 4 cars in front of us. Finally got to order and they informed us they only have coffee. Now we are trapped and can't even get what we came for! I should've know better since every time I've come here it's something. Never again! read more

Won't serve you unless your driving a regular car. No counter service. No service to motorcycle riders. I service to truck drivers. Rude. Discriminatory. read more

This was the location at 750 east steels corners road in stow Ohio inside the circle k location. The manager there by the name of Jen or jenifer told me to go f myself when I said that the food tasted expired and not made the day of and was indeed day old! Don't do it. Go to another Dunkin location. The manager there is extremely rude, the assistant managers there don't treat there customers with respect. Go to another location this place should be shut down have seen employees hand out spoiled and rotten food at this location inside circle k. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

630a. One person working and a 10+ minute wait at drive thru. Hire more staff. Very poor service and the one staff member they had working didn't grasp the concept drive thru timely service. read more

Dunkin' - a drink in a plastic cup - Donuts Near Me - Stow, Ohio

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff is the absolute worst. I have lived close by for three years, and despite the high turnover rate the staff is continually atrocious. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Not to mention the fact that they act completely put out and almost hostile if you order. If you come after rush hour, they will always be lurking in the back and you have to ring a bell to make them come up. I understand at 3 am, but at 8 at night? C'mon. I rarely write bad reviews, but this place deserves it. read more

This review is for Becca- such a great asset to the team there! I'm visiting from out of town, staying at the hotel close by and without a car. I walked over this morning and there was a sign that the inside counter was closed, I asked if I could just walk the drive through and Becca was so kind, she turned on the inside computer and accepted my order inside. She and the other girls were so nice and accommodating and I appreciate Becca for bending the rules a little bit to help me! :) read more

By far, the last four years they've had the rudest staff even with a new crew of workers. They don't seem to miss.

The customer service was horrible, but my coffee was made properly definitely needs work on the customer service end

This is the worst Dunkin'. Did an app order and then had to wait in like for 45 minutes. There were only 6 cars in front of me. Not really sure how it takes 45 minutes to get 6 orders done (drive thru is the only thing open). read more

Customer service was great until I took back up the Jelly donut to tell her it was stale and she questioned me saying they bake them everyday. Well this was rock hard so I don't know what to tell you. They did replace it but left the rest of the stale ones for others to get and be unhappy with. read more

Dunkin' - Inside the circle k dd. - Donuts Near Me - Stow, Ohio

This place has gone down hill. They no longer have iced dark roast sometimes they get your order right but usually it's hit or miss. I don't frequent Dunkin' any more. Boooooo! You wrote a bad song Petey! read more

The worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They're pretty consistent though. Consistently broken down ovens , Consistently broken down drink machines , Consistently out of food. Tried to get a gift card today , after the employee was done making small talk with another employee about personal business while ignoring me I was informed that the manager was not in and all the gift cards were sorta kinda locked up and they didn't have access to them. Are you kidding!? Will never patronize this dunkin again. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is always so slow and not the best customer service. Several times food and drink orders were incorrect and staff has little care to correct the issue so it is easier to accept the wrong order. I think with better staff or more training it would go a long way but I am done going to this particular store. My last trip I had to wait 15 minutes for my mobile order which ended up causing me to be late to work. read more

I'd give it less if I could! The woman working the counter was so incredibly rude! She was yelling at the patrons telling them "If you're not happy with what you are getting, then get a refund and you leave"! First of all, you share this establishment, so you can't tell people to leave. Secondly, as I turned to walk out she says "Just like that guy! If you're not happy. You leave"! I proceeded to tell her that she was being incredibly rude and that's why I was leaving and she just kept screaming at me. I then went to McDonald's to get a black coffee read more

10 am and they are out of egg and glazed donuts. Then when ordering charges us for something completely different from our order. I feel a restaurant, especially if you specialize in something, should not run out at 10am. read more

I just experienced the worst service from dunkin' in my life. I ordered 4 things, only got 3, and 2 of those 3 were completely wrong. I also waited 20 minutes in the front of the drive-thru line for my incorrect order, while the workers were laughing (not working) and made a comment about how I was staring. Do not give this place business. read more

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. Don't go to this store. The employees prove themselves to be incompetent time and again. I live in the neighborhood & I have seen no improvement on the part of manager to increase order accuracy. 50 percent of my orders are wrong on a consistent basis. I keep going hoping somehow that they can improve. I'm beginning to believe that they don't care to improve at all. read more

Slowest service every time, and they are always out of the featured donuts and featured coffees flavors. Date of time, avoid.

This Dunkin is open 24 hours yet it never seems to have any food at all after a concert at blossom Music Center. Literally, when I pull up though the drive thru, they always turn me away saying they have no food... No food at all... At 11:30pm-midnight on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night. I don't understand that. That would be a huge money maker for Dunkin. Every single concert goer has to go by this place to go home. To not sell anything after a concert of 20,000 people, I feel like this is a huge opportunity missed. For anyone reading this, don't bother after a concert, they'll tell you every single time they have no food. Go to the McDonald's next door. read more

Nice place to go to after or before taraweeh In the nearby mosque. It was great to work here and everyone here is incredibly friendly

Not that the other Dunkin Donuts don't have great service, but this location has the friendliest staff. Thank you for making my morning better! read more

I tried giving this place another chance. This place is just terrible and over priced for it's quality. I seriously have had better donuts at a gas station. It tasted like a day old. Even the coffee tasted old and flavorless. Lastly I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel that tasted stale and just not a good taste to it. I should have just went back to sto diner or a local donut place who are much better but I was in a rush. I will never come back to this place again read more

With the exception of two employees, this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. Half the time they can't make any lattes, or specialty coffee, then the next shift they suddenly can... The staff is always hanging out in the back, and when you ring the bell to have them come up they act as though you asked them to donate a kidney to you. When you peer over the counter it is nothing but filth. The employees don't even have the energy to stand up, never mind clean. Just terrible. read more

I just moved to the area and have visited this location a couple of times now. My experience has been abysmal to say the least. SUPER SLOW service. Expect to wait anywhere from, 5-15 just for you coffee alone. Very disappointed, I would recommend the McDonald's across the street if you don't want to wait. read more

It took literally FIFTEEN minutes to get a coffee and bagel the other morning. I stopped going here because the employees are the slowest in the entire world. You would think that people that work at a breakfast place would have more of a sense of urgency. I waited for the employee to put gloves on for at least five minutes, and the next ten getting a bagel and coffee. Bagel was not toasted and cream cheese on the side, so I'm not sure what took her so long. The other two employees stood there and stared. It's hard to imagine how they haven't all been fired. read more

I stop in almost every day before work. The morning ladies look at customers like they are being bothered by them and when they ask you what they can get started for you, they have their back turned, making coffee etc. with nobody else at the counter. Just rude. Looking at the other yelp posts...Im obviously not alone in my thoughts maybe the owners should get on Yelp and take a look.. read more
