I was so happy to see that the menu items did NOT contain any added sweeteners or harmful ingredients. I really appreciated the stores cleanliness and organization as well. Typically I prefer supporting small businesses, but Robeks certainly won my heart. It didn't feel like a typical crappy franchise, and instead made me feel like the original creators of this company had great intentions, and they brought health conscious ingredients to life through delicious concoctions!! The smoothie I had was very yummy and is a thoughtfully crafted recipe. All around, I really dig Robeks and i'm certainly looking forward to returning! Thank you for such a great experience Steve!

I noticed a cheese quesadilla and thought I would try it, hoping it would be worth $4. When we were ready to order, I asked about it because it wasn't on the menu. The girl at the register didn't know what to do so a coworker said they could make it. We got our peanut butter smoothies, with whey protein, and the quesadilla. We got everything to go since COVID-19 restricted seating options. The smoothies were awesome and priced better than other places. The quesadilla was only $4 but not worth it- $1 for each little piece with small amounts of cheese. The inside is very clean. True they just opened and you can't really stay inside but hopefully it will stay that way. I signed up for text alerts and get notified with deals about once a week or so. We will return because 1) the smoothie was awesome and 2) my daughter said their wraps are also awesome. Welcome to Cuyahoga Falls.

But the last time I went, I asked about whether the drink had multivitamin powder in it, and what kind of protein it contained... and the kid's like 'it's just regular protein.' I tried to ask if it was pea protein or whey protein or what... 'no, it's just your normal protein.' Other questions were met with similarly imperceptible, witless responses. He couldn't even give or show me a paper menu showing what supplements are automatically included in what drinks. 'You have to go online.' What an idiot. It's also $10 for a medium (albeit huge) drink. Between that and not being able to know or trust what's in your drink, thanks to the dozy halfwits working there, I think I'll just make something at home.

Kitchen, real food doesn't start until 1030. So essentially I went twice today lol On the first round, I got an iced Americano with a tablespoon of condensed milk, which was plenty sweet enough, and the espresso had really good, strong flavor. My daughter got the seasonal blueberry wildflower tea, it was a beautiful purple color, but it was a little too sweet for me. There is the option to add lemonade to the tea, but that would've made it so sweet. We also got a bagel with cream cheese and a Rainbow rice crispy just to get a little bite before we came back to order the real food. Once the kitchen was open, we went back, I got the iced coconut Matcha with Boba. It was really really good and quenching. We got all our food to go, the vegetarian fried dumplings, bibimbap with beef, a papaya salad and a veggie bahn mi. It was all very good, the papaya salad was not spicy at all. Next time I would forgo the meat on the bibimbap, all of this food had such great flavor, no meat needed. The guys working the register on both occasions were so patient and helpful. They were not annoyed at my questions at all. Only complaint is they need to be open in the evenings so I can get this for dinner!
