I went through the drive thru and somebody doesn't know how to make a matcha latte so I had to bring it back but they were closed by then , 3:00 in the afternoon, and 2 employees sitting in the shop looking at me and telling me too bad...call because we're closed although the hours are listed as open until 10:00 pm. read more

This location constantly does not serve hot food. I've ordered twice on the app and they have not been able to give me my food. Then they can only give refunds in cash? Consistently bad service here. I worked at a dunkin for over a year in high school, I know how it works. I can be understanding of being understaffed, but we absolutely would never just stop serving food, especially if you can't make that clear on the app. I suggest going to another dunkin :) read more

When I pulled up to order I asked about the medium free coffee for today September 29th for members. I wanted to make sure that adding flavor did not make the medium coffee not free. She said that didn't matter, so I ordered a donut and the free medium coffee with the vanilla flavor. When I got up to the window I scanned My rewards on my app and then I was charged full price for the coffee and the donut. Before I pulled away I asked for my receipt to check and asked why I was charged full price. The lady at the window told me just because I had scanned My rewards that didn't make me a member and that for whatever reason I wasn't eligible for the free coffee today. That was the only reason that I came to this Dunkin. Every time I visit any location my order always seems to get messed up in some way so I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on, aka, Starbucks. read more

Horrible customer service. Went in on Saturday morning. Waited 25 minutes for coffee and donut holes. Instead of donut holes, the worker gave me a dozen donuts. When I asked him to correct his error, he actually wanted to know if I wanted my $8.99 back. Really. This morning, tried drive thru. Even worse. As I pulled up to get my iced coffee, I waited and waited. And waited. All along watching the employees inside laughing, talking to one another, and meandering around doing absolutely nothing. After waiting more than 10 minutes, told them to cancel the coffee and asked to talk with the manager, Terri. She never came to the window. Obviously, the manager does not know how to run her business; the employees have no work ethic and could care less about their customers. Extremely disappointed in this establishment. read more

This Dunkin' is the closest one to me, and always on my morning route. Since August they have been continuously messing up my order when I go to the drive thru. So I started going in to the lobby. They still manage to mess up my order, or just walk by the line of people until someone finally decides to take our orders. They're supposed to be open at 5am, but they really just open the lobby whenever they have enough people. It's amazing to me that they can do that. I'm a preschool teacher. I need my morning coffee. I really hope the new management gets things fixed soon. read more

We got ripped off for our money. The half dozen we got was only around $6, and only $4 was given back. After waiting patiently for some help, we were told that we could not receive the remaining $10 back from the $20 we used to pay. The manager 'counted' the money, and by that I mean, she looked in the drawer and came up with some random number that we didn't even understand what it meant. We do NOT appreciate your BULLSHIT, and hope you get fired. On top of all this, we had asked for blueberry cake donuts, and were given regular cake donuts. Customer service is second to none. Nothing better than to sit down with Almond coffee and a two scoop Jamoca almond fudge hot fudge sundae after a hard workout. I drive 18 miles round trip to get here, pass several coffee/donut places doing it. LOVE IT!!! read more
