The store has been renovated and looks great but the service has gone WAY DOWN HILL!!!! It takes FOREVER to get your order, even when ordering ahead on the mobile app. If you go through the drive through you wait a very long time and if you go inside, you STILL wait a very long time. The staff seem to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off and morning shift is DEFINITELY not a time of the day to be training new people. I am so disappointed with what this store has turned into. The taste of the drinks are not consistent. I order the same drink, daily, and it never tastes the same. I feel a lot more training is needed, outside of the most busy times of the day, especially in the amounts of each ingredient to put in the drinks. read more

I visited the drive-thru on August 24th between 11:30-noon. I ordered two large ice teas. I gave the girl a 20 dollar bill and told her to keep $1.00 for a gratuity. There was a very long line. She gave me my change, which she dropped part of it on the ground. I threw the bills and coin on the passenger seat and drove off, not checking the amount she gave me. When I arrived home I realized there were only three $1.00 bills, no $10.00 bill on the passenger seat. How do I get the $10.00 owed to me for this purchase? I went inside because the drive thru line looked too long. The 2 people in front of me got their orders. I gave my order a large iced chai latte with light ice. The 3 people behind me got their orders. 4 people at the drive thru got waited on, and then i finally got my drink. The cup was 3/4 full of ice and so my drink was really watery. Yuck read more

After waiting for 5 minutes to get served, the female worker was rude and said nothing after the transaction. My vehicle doesn't fit thru their drive thru, the 3 workers were focused on the drive thru only. At least 8 cars went through before I was served, only to get a stale donut. Clean place. Friendly clerk behind the counter. However putting two donuts and a muffin in one bag probably wasn't the best idea. Especially when the first donut goes face down for the icing to be all over the bottom of the bag. read more

This Dunkin' almost never has the brown plastic stoppers/plugs for the plastic lids. I AM TIRED OF HOT COFFEE SPILLING ON ME AND IN MY CAR because this franchisee is trying to save money by not having lids with a flap that closes, and not buying enough brown plastic stoppers to prevent spills. They fill the coffee to the top and hand it to you and it spills before you can set it down. And of course it spills during your drive. Many times I am purchasing two or three at a time and I am tired of coffee spilling. I think it's time for me to start submitting dry cleaning bills to this irresponsible franchisee or to corporate Dunkin'. This has been going on for MONTHS. 4 out of 5 times they say they are out of them. I go to that Dunkin' at least five times a week, but I am about to switch to nearby Starbucks, McDonalds or Circle K. Add it up...they are about to lose a long time Dunkin' customer. The bill today was over $13. And in addition to not have enough stoppers, the employees at the Drive-Thru window tell me they are only permitted to give out the stoppers when a customer asks for them, (the lobby is closed again due to COVID-19). They are ruining your good Dunkin' reputation by allowing this franchisee to continue to do this. read more

This specific store has the lowest quality you can get. I always get coffee grounds in my coffee, and unfortunately they are all so busy talking to one another behind the counter they can't take time with you. I called to let the manager know how terrible their customer service is and how slow her people are and she had nothing to say. I will drive out of my way to get coffee elsewhere. Donuts and coffee. That's what they do. Shouldn't be that difficult, right? I guess it is, because over the last several months the drive thru got a simple, small black coffee wrong. A small black coffee. No cars behind or in front of me to confuse the staff. It's so bad that I normally just go inside to get coffee to make sure they give me the correct order. The three times I used the drive thru I was in a hurry and hoped for the best. I even had the employees repeat the order back to me. I made the mistake of driving to my destination without looking in the cup, so that's on me. I LOVE Dunkin coffee. Unfortunately this is the only one nearby. Listen, I never post anything negative on here, but this was just ridiculous. I pull up to the drive-thru and ask for a bagel with cream cheese and an iced coffee with pumpkin, mocha, and skim milk. I then pull up and I get handed the bagel and a hot coffee, with cream and Splenda. I politely say that it wasn't what I asked for, and I then receive the same coffee, but iced. I say something again and I then receive the exact same coffee, with maybe a little bit of pumpkin. At this point I give up and accept it. When I get home, however, I find the bagel is SEVERELY burnt, and there was only cream cheese on one half of it. Not to mention, the staff was rude, talking badly about customers as if nobody could hear them. If you can, avoid this location at all costs. read more
